Wonderful nursery. I would and have recommended the nursery to other parents I know. They do go above and beyond to satisfy and alleviate any fears we, as parents, may have, which is really reassuring for us.

It's been really good. My son has been going to Snowflakes since May. Staff always come to me when I am picking him up to tell me about his day. Always treating me with respect and caring for my son. I would stay with him on his first days of settling in, and I felt comfortable, and my son is safe at
nursery. I feel the nursery is very organised and the staff are very professional. I am really happy with my son's development.

My daughter started pre-school in January 2022. Her previous nursery closed, and I naturally had my concerns about how she would settle; however, all the staff here went above and beyond to adapt and welcome her with such love and care from the first settling-in day. She has developed and learned so
much more than I was expecting, and that has made her "school ready" more than I thought was possible. I feel happy that my daughter is happy, safe and loved, which makes me so relaxed at drop-off. Thank you to everyone who has made this experience so invaluable for me as a mum and to my daughter, who loves coming to Snowflakes.

Brilliant Nursery! My son has been attending this nursery for about a year now. Staff are extremely caring and supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for every child when in need. When you walk through the doors of this nursery, you can tell that they are different. Many of the other nurseries I visited, they did not even acknowledge that my child existed. At Snowflakes, the whole family was welcomed and made to feel at home. The staff are great, and the activities are great.
I am happy to rate Snowflakes, 5-stars.

In the beginning, I was so nervous to leave my child in the nursery, thinking that how will he stay long hours without me, but Snowflakes staff looked after my child so professionally, and all of them are very caring that I don't feel anxious or nervous anymore knowing that my child is in safe hands.

Overall, I am very happy with the care that my son receives at Snowflakes. He is well looked after by the staff, and they are extremely helpful. They genuinely care about his development and are always very welcoming. He has been attending for a few months now and has already made a lot of progress.
I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has improved significantly in his speech and communication skills within 5-months of attending this nursery. The staff are very caring and alert of my child's needs. The management is very accommodating of requests for timetable changes when my circumstances changed. My son loves the meals he
has at school and enjoys all the Montessori activities he engages in there. I'm very grateful to the staff at this nursery for the excellent care they provide my son with.

Overall, I'm very happy with the nursery staff and the settings. The staff are very friendly, patient and caring. The room leader and managers are very experienced. Every day I have a chance to speak to the staff about my child and received feedback, including a diary, videos and photos electronically,

It's an excellent nursery. My child has thrived while being there, and we even altered moving plans to make sure his younger siblings could go there. My child has been taught valuable life and social skills and actively (mostly) looks forward to going on a Monday morning.


While the outside space

is small, they often take the children to local parks etc, and the outside space when the weather is suitable.

What I like the most about this childcare is that the inside space has lots of room for children to play, and that children are preoccupied with many different activities during the day. I like the idea behind Montessori activities.

The staff here are amazing and really do treat the children as their own. I was worried how my son would settle in as he’s just been at home with me due to Covid, but he now loves it there!
I love how I receive daily updates on how well he eats/sleep and photos of how he’s developing.
The nursery
is always clean, which is even more important at the moment.

This is my second child at Snowflakes, and it is still just as outstanding.
My son attended Snowflakes until the end of last year. He learnt his phonics, numbers and manners. He is now in reception at school and continuing to thrive. He is currently in the higher set, and I’m sure this is thanks to
the teachers at Snowflakes.

Snowflakes isn’t just a nursery but it’s a second home for my daughter. She started the nursery when she was 9 months old and she has been very happy to go to the nursery. The manager and staff are very good and cooperative they have taken very good care of my daughter till date.
My daughter has learnt
so much from the nursery became very confident, when we go to bring her, she doesn’t like to come back she wants to be in the nursery only .... I am truly happy and grateful to the manager and the staff. I think I have made the best decision to put her in Snowflakes Nursery.

I looked at 5 other nurseries before I settled on Snowflakes as they were head and shoulders above the other nurseries. I was concerned about starting my child during a pandemic, but I felt very assured by seeing the standard of hygiene at the nursery. They have also exceeded my expectations in terms
of my daughter's learning and development. I had no idea she would be reading and writing before going to school, but she is!

My son has been attending Snowflakes since 2018. He's made great bonds with the staff. Getting updates every day and throughout the week gives me a great insight into how he spends his time and the activities he takes part in. Since attending this nursery, my son has become so independent and solely
thanks to the lovely staff and management. I can't praise the staff enough. I feel happy and confident leaving my son. Highly recommend this nursery.
