Kindred Bromley North Nursery and Pre-School

I am very happy with Les Enfants nursery. The staff are very helpful and supportive and take a genuine interest in the well being and development of my child. My son joined in babies and has made a very smooth transition into tweenies, where his key worker and other staff have helped him get the most out of his days there, proved by the smile on his face each day I collect him.

I wanted to thank you for a wonderful time here for my two daughters, they have both really enjoyed their time at Kindred Les Enfants and have always been happy to attend, The staff have always been wonderful and they have made many happy memories here. Thank you for everything the past two and a half years, we have had a wonderful experience at Kindred Les Enfants.

The staff at the nursery are fantastic. It's great to know our daughter is happy and thriving under their care. She talks about them a lot - a testament to how much she likes them and the important part they play in her life.

When we first went to visit Les Enfants we knew that this was going to be the one! My son felt comfortable and so did I. Every day at the nursery is nicely planned and organised with lots of activities and learning, indoor and outdoor which is great. We love the big garden that gives the children the opportunity to explore nature through game. The transition to the preschool was smooth, thanks to the lovely teachers and their support. It seems that my child is enjoying his time with the other children and his teachers. All staff are professional, caring and kind. Thank you all.

I was unsure about using a nursery, having used childminders previously for both my children. However, due to various circumstances, I had to find childcare quickly and decided to give it a try. My son settled into Les Enfants quite quickly and soon went in with a smile. We were very lucky to be allocated a great keyworker who was very kind and attentive to my son, and even taught him to use the toilet!

I have 2 children at the nursery, 1 in preschool and 1 in baby room. They are both happy and excited to get to school, which is a great comfort as a mum. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel that, as the parent, the nursery and I work in partnership with my children's needs. For example, my baby is unable to walk at 19 months so we have discussed this and put plans in place to try and help her. I am really pleased with the nursery and will be sad once my little ones have finished there.

We cannot recommend the manager and her team in Tweenies room enough!

I am very happy with Les Enfants. My little boy started nursery at 8 months old. He settled in easily as all the staff in the nursery are so kind to him. He always wanted cuddles in the beginning, possibly due to feeling insecure, and he always gets them without fail. As a first time mum, I feel very comfortable leaving my baby with them too. They always tell me all the details during the day and any improvement he has. All in all, I highly recommend Les Enfants.

It never fails to amaze me just how well the staff at Les Enfants know my child. They take a genuine interest in what he likes to do, he is engaged in the learning opportunities provided. The staff have undoubtedly contributed significantly to his development, in terms of learning and confidence. He feels happy, safe and listened to. Couldn't ask for more!

My son has been part of the baby room for the last few months and he has loved it. The nursery staff are completely amazing! My son is happy every day that he goes there and loves all of the staff. They are professional, kind and incredibly caring to all of the children. The children are safe and the activities they do are well thought out. Since being at the nursery, my sons appetite has improved, as well as his confidence. When I leave him for his two days, I feel confident in the staffs abilities and in their care.

I am so grateful that we found Les Enfants. It is the most caring, loving and brilliantly run Nursery. They have looked after my daughter brilliantly and have succeeded my expectations in helping her cultivate her skills with numbers, letters, drawing and socialising. The outside area is recently refurbished and is absolutely brilliant. They provide a sports class twice a week which my daughter adores.

My daughter is looked after by the most wonderful team. All of the staff are just brilliant and my daughter can’t wait to hug them and spend the day with them.

Since my son has started, the overall experience has been quite good. Staff are attentive, staff and management take time to talk to parents and also listen.

Les Enfants is a fantastic nursery. My son has been attending for the last 3 months and I have no complaints. The staff are caring, nurturing and enthusiastic. My son settled in easily into the baby room and the staff were very supportive during this process. The food is varied, healthy and they provide a range of indoor and outdoor activities. They provide daily feedback on the children's progress.

Our daughter has been at Les Enfants for four months and we are very happy with the way she is cared for. The team in the baby room are so friendly and welcoming, our daughter now leaps out of our arms to join them! We receive great feedback every evening and it is lovely to hear what new skills she has learnt that day. We are very pleased we chose Les Enfants to look after our daughter and will recommend the nursery to our friends and relatives!

Staff is great. Helpful. Provide support, respect time and situation of parents. Tweenies room staff love and treat kids as their own.

Staff are caring and professional, everything is well organised, management responds timely to my enquiries. My daughter enjoys it, so I am very satisfied with the nursery. I also like that staff take care of each child's individual needs.

Our son also went to Les Enfants and he is very bright the nursery recognised this and were able to provide additional/altered learning opportunities for him to encourage his development and not hold him back. He was very well prepared for school when the time came as a result. Everyone is so friendly and there is a very warm caring feel.

I have been extremely pleased with the support my child received from everyone at Les Enfants. I was very worried about how he would get on, but the staff have been brilliant and the change in him has been amazing. I am now confident he will be able to start reception and not struggle. The way he communicates and relates to other children has improved immeasurably and he loves going to Nursery each day. You have the feeling that staff know your child very well and care about them. Each day you generally get an update on what they have been doing. Staff have always gone the extra mile and it shows in how my child responds to them and talks about them at home. It has been a wonderful experience and he will miss going there when he starts school in September. They were also very flexible around all the options you can choose from (full day, half day, etc) and responsive to any requests for changes. The outside garden area is excellent and my child loves the opportunity to play there.

All staff at Tweenies Room helped out my child to settle in. Written and verbal communication is very good and effective between staff and parents. My child is really happy and I can see that he enjoys being there and also his teachers.

The team at Les Enfants are extremely professional. Most importantly the children have fun, explore new learning (indoors and out) - and are supported in their development each day.
