Kindred Bromley North Nursery and Pre-School

One of my favourite things was that, although my son only goes once a week, they arranged lots of settling in sessions for him at different times of the day.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. He has loved every minute of it. The nursery staff are very kind and caring and make him feel safe and secure. He is almost ready to start reception now and is more than ready thanks to the teachings of the nursery staff his confidence has grown.

Our son has thrived since joining Les Enfants and we have always felt happy as reassured that he is safe, comfortable and happy in the setting whilst far exceeding all of his milestones. He is so ready for school in September and this is thanks to the outstanding care and encouragement from the fantastic team at Les Enfants.

Kindred Les Enfants have demonstrated a brilliant approach since re-opening after the initial lockdown in 2020. The staff have remained as friendly and helpful as ever and our son who is two and a half loves his time there.

Kindred Les Enfants has been outstanding in caring for my daughter from the day she started settling in at ten months old. She is now thirty one months and thriving. She loves going to nursery and has made lots of friends and adores all the staff, especially her play partner. She always comes home having learnt something new and tells me all about the fun she has had when we make our way home each day. The facilities at the nursery are fantastic, the garden is huge and is fit for any type of activity. Inside is a welcoming environment that is fun, bright and colourful. The staff are all trained to a great standard. The menus are always adventurous and gives my daughter a good opportunity to try foods that I wouldn't necessarily make at home. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The managers are accessible and eager to help whenever possible.

The staff who we have encountered at Kindred Les Enfants have been fantastic. They have always done their utmost to meet our son's needs. They have worked with us relentlessly to help with his separation anxiety at drop-offs and to encourage his speech - with which, he experienced initial delays. The garden space is excellent and was a real draw for us, as our son particularly enjoys spending time outdoors.

I would like to thank the team of Kindred Les Enfants. My daughter is going to start the reception from this September. She has been well looked after and cared for during the past three and half years in the nursery. As a family, we are grateful for the love and support we had from the nursery team. We wish the nursery the very best and hope all the children have fun as my daughter has/ had. Those sweet memories will make her smile each time she looks back.

Kindred Les Enfants in Bromley has been amazing with post-covid reopening. Their approach to safety for the children with regard to the virus has been well planned and well implemented. The staff are very well-informed about the procedures to be followed and communication with parents is excellent. As a parent, it’s a relief to know that all guidelines (and common sense) are being followed, and our child’s health is top priority for the nursery. Of course the carers are amazing and provide great child-care, so we are very happy to be back at Les Enfants after lockdown.

I am so happy to have found a nursery like this. I know it can be daunting to send a child to a nursery in an unprecedented situation of COVID-19 virus, but I was assured with the arrangements made for the safety of children within the nursery and happy with the communications.

I have been a parent at Kindred Les Enfants since August 2016, with my youngest still attending in preschool. My partner and I are extremely happy with the nursery and specifically the steps taken post lockdown in the UK, to get children back into the nursery as smoothly and worry-free as possible. The government guidelines have clearly been followed but at the same time, staff are acutely aware of the children's needs and hold their well-being of utmost importance. I was initially worried about my son phasing back into preschool as he had quite severe separation anxiety prior to lockdown, however, the manager listened to my concerns and worked out a plan with me to start with mornings first, and made sure that my son was in a bubble with a play partner that he was already familiar with. The drop-off and pick-up process runs smoothly and my son is very happy when I pick him up, bubbling over with excitement about what they did during the morning.

Our little boy has become less attached to his usual favourites and is branching out and definitely showing confidence with the team and Les Enfants has bonded well with his key worker. He is trying new foods and has definitely settled. Our little girl also loves the nursery which is why we made a very easy decision.

I have been sending my son here for over a year and I am impressed with the care of excellence and experience shown by the staff that has helped my son progress through his growing and key stages. I would recommend Les Enfants to all as they have helped my partner and I with educating our son.

Good experience overall. Places for improvement, more engagement between parents and staff when picking up e.g. info on what children have eaten and how they have been in the day. Maybe a board to let us know instead of verbal handover if too busy. I feel my child is safe here and being looked after well.

Our daughter absolutely loves preschool 2. The staff in the room are great and we feel they keep her safe, happy and learning well. Previous rooms seemed to struggle more, but maybe this is to be expected with younger kids. Overall we are happy with the nursery and they always seem to be making improvements to processes and infrastructure (eg., garden etc). Big thanks to all nursery staff.

Kindred Les Enfants has wonderful staff. They got to know our son very quickly and always seem to go the extra mile. He has the biggest smiles for them. I can't thank them enough.

I love the caring staff at the nursery, as well as a continuous aspiration for improvement, including gathering and implementing feedback from parents forums. Our kid always goes to the nursery with joy. The recent extensions of working hours (plus 30mins in the morning and in the afternoon without additional fees) are very handy as well. Overall a good value for money, friendly crowd, I'd recommend.

They are not just looking after kids but teaching them a lot and developing good skills. Also entertaining so kids are more involved. It's amazing outside space so kids can spend more time there. New refurbishments of all the rooms makes it new and fresh and very cosy. The majority of the toys are wooden. A lot of books and messy activities. Only fresh cooked meals and very clean rooms. Special thanks to management and all communication in general. We're always updated with news.

Kindred Les Enfants is a great nursery, the teachers/assistants are very competent, responsible and lovely people who care about the children and their education. Pre-school 2 is a great environment and does lots of activities to prepare children for school.

This is my second child to go through Les Enfants and we continue to be happy with the level of care. It is lovely that so many of the staff are the same, as I feel we have a good relationship with them and they have a good understanding of our family and the children. My daughter is very happy.
