Kindred Teddington Nursery and Pre-school

My daughter has been attending Kindred Teddington for the last six months and she loves it. She has just moved from baby room to toddlers, however during her time in the baby room she formed a strong bond with both her key workers, she would talk non stop about them when she wasn't there. Knowing that your baby is happy whilst you are not there is what every parents needs to feel reassured. Would highly recommend Kindred Teddington to others.

My three year old loves coming here every day and runs into the nursery happily, with barely a look behind him and he is happy to see his friends.They have plenty of space both inside and out to keep him busy and everything seems to be well organised, clean and tidy. The environment is very friendly and the staff have done an amazing job of keeping everything open and as normal as possible despite an extremely turbulent time for everyone. They have ensured that they have kept all parents up to date in a very timely fashion, with any of the changes necessary in line with government guidance. They use the family app to provide general updates on the nursery as well as observations as to how he is progressing. Every time I have had a specific question, the manager or a member of the management team has responded very quickly. Overall, I am extremely happy the care he receives and am happy with how he is progressing.

We have found Kindred Teddington to be a friendly, welcoming and caring nursery with supportive staff in a bright and modern setting. Our daughter has been attending for seven months and is very happy there. The communication from nursery staff is excellent and through the use of an app, we're able to see photos, leave messages, check nap times and nappy changes. We also receive observations around her development which is very useful. Throughout the pandemic, they have been incredibly flexible and supportive. They've communicated in a timely way to keep parents up to date around Covid-19 related issues. Our daughter has flourished in the time she's been at Kindred Teddington, learning songs and dances, making friends and forming good relationships with the members of staff. She loves it so much she gets upset when we walk past at the weekend and she can't go in! We highly recommend Kindred Teddington.

Our daughter joined the nursery and she enjoyed every single day. All the team were giving their best constantly. During the Covid19, the nursery manager was sending us daily emails regarding the meal of the day to create at home and some activities and ideas to try at home as well. Those were greatly appreciated. We couldn't ask for better and we highly recommend it. We will miss them all.

I absolutely love Kindred and all the staff that work there. I’ve always felt the staff are very invested in helping the children to grow and really understanding them as an individual and also how I feel as a parent. They do a number of different fun and educational activities and have lots of garden time too which is great. I know that every day my son is there he is learning a variety of skills whilst enjoying himself. The food menus are brilliant with a wide range of healthy options that have really broadened my sons taste buds. My son has been attending the nursery now for two years and I can honestly say it’s been really great for him.

After much thought and deliberation, we made the (difficult!) decision to send our first daughter to Kindred nursery and thankfully we've never looked back. The environment is welcoming, the staff have always been first class, and everyone truly cares about the children, from the chef to the manager. Based on our experience first time around, making the decision as to where to send our second daughter was as such, much easier. Both daughters love the nursery and have really flourished having made lots of great friends. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful environment and staff taking care of the children. Being a complete nervous wreck to leave my toddler for the first time, the manager and the nursery staff put me at ease and my daughter loved the nursery. I am very impressed with the social distancing system they have in place. Thankful to have found them for my daughter. Highly recommend.

My daughter began at Kindred at 10 months old and is now a toddler there. She loves it - always arrives with a smile and is eager to get in and see the staff and other children. Kindred feels like one big family and it's lovely to see staff and children in other age-groups interacting with my daughter when she's there. We get a daily record of her day and plenty of opportunities to discuss concerns/development. Highly recommend.

My daughter always seems to have done so much during her days at Buttons and is happy and confident there. She even recited 1-10 in Spanish at the dinner table the other day, so the children really do learn loads! I especially like the way that the children learn about all different celebrations and festivals like St David’s and St Patrick’s days and how they make links with the local community. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buttons Teddington to anyone.

An amazing nursery with excellent facilities and staff. The manager is very passionate about her role and she always comes up with ideas to inspire her staff and the children. The staff are lovely and care for the children well. Wonderful setting, would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

We love the care and love he is shown by all the staff. The preschool is such a nurturing and educational environment which really is helping prepare him for starting Reception next September.

The meals he receives at nursery are also amazing and he almost always has second helpings too!

My son is very happy with the nursery and the time he spends there. Every time he comes back from nursery he is very happy and excited. The staff are friendly, the learning and care is excellent. Very happy with the nursery in general.

My son always leaves nursery saying how much he 'likes' nursery. Asked what he has done, the response is always 'played'. He enjoys the wide range of toys, activities and garden play. The staff are always caring and the rooms set up for the days activities when we arrive.

Positive staff attitude always listens to any concerns. Gives feedback every day. Happy and cheerful staff. Such a pleasure to always talk to the staff.
