Kindred Teddington Nursery and Pre-school

Would definitely recommend Kindred Teddington.

The team at Kindred have been amazing with our little boy - such skilled and caring staff and thoughtful activities. He settled in really well, and they've been great ever since. The app is great too.

As new parents, we were apprehensive about sending our daughter to nursery, but work commitments meant we had to find a suitable place. When visiting Kindred, we felt the warmth of the staff, which was crucial for us. After a settling-in period of a month or so, our daughter now walks into nursery with a giant smile and loves her time there. She barely notices me by the door when I drop her off. The staff there are attentive and introduced our little one to many activities which we enjoy doing at home now.

The great news was that we saw that in practice and we keep seeing it. Our son has settled nicely, he actually loves going to school to meet his friends and play! Our daughter is also settling in and seems happy and content when we pick her up! Our kids are well cared for by people that care for and enjoy what they do! The staff are giving us a good handover, too. Most information is also provided by the app, which is very handy! I would happily recommend this nursery and if we were to choose again, we would choose the same!

Our son loves it at Kindred. We had to move him from another nursery as we were moving house and we were quite nervous but he has been so much happier here. His key workers have always been great and he has made strong relationships with both the staff and children. They always mix it up with activities and sensory play to keep him entertained and we have seen such a huge difference in his speech and development since he started. We love that its quite a small nursery, as he now knows everyone and it has a close-knit family feel. We would definitely recommend.

My soon to be 4 year old has just started at Kindred. After being at her previous nursery for a few years I was a little worried about how she might find Kindred with so many changes in her environment, friends and carers. I am super pleased with Kindred. My daughter absolutely loves it here! She tells me she really likes it, I asked if she misses her old nursery she said no and told me the names of the new friends she made. The parent app is incredible too, I get to read reviews on how she's been doing, exactly what she has eaten and see photos of her progress too. Communication with nursery via this app is very convenient. So far so very good.

I found myself in a difficult situation needing an urgent placement. I went to see Kindred and was so delighted with the tour we had! The staff seemed to really know their stuff and they seemed to have a great ethos! I immediately felt at home and really saw the care of staff towards the children. This really made me feel at ease, and I'm so happy we got a placement for the girls! I think the girls will really thrive there and be safe! They were also very strong on safeguarding, which I really appreciated. Seems like a great place and we're very excited to now be part of the Kindred family.

Our son looks forward to going to nursery every day and always has a happy smile when we pick him up.

My son loves it here, after having to move nurseries due to him being unhappy in his previous one, it is amazing to see him walk in happy and return home all excited and keen to tell me about his day! My son is quite shy, sensitive and struggles with leaving me, but the staff are amazing and extremely helpful in making sure he is ok and for me, as his mum, I can relax knowing my boy is happy and thriving there !! My son's behaviour has transformed now he attends Kindred, I very much recommend this daycare for your child.

My son joined the baby room a few months ago and seems to be really enjoying it. The staff are very caring and helped him to settle in. He now can't wait to go in when we drop him off! We get regular updates on his day so know how he is, and the activities that he has been doing. We're very happy with our choice of Kindred Teddington.

As first time parents, we are very happy with the care our 1 year old is getting. In 2-3 weeks he has settled in superbly. I love that the food menu is so varied everyday and diverse. Thanks to a great team. Highly recommend.

Our daughter waves us goodbye from the nursery door each morning before happily walking in - we couldn’t ask for more. Her key workers are wonderful at keeping us updated and she clearly knows, and is known by, the rest of the nursery staff - it makes us feel very comfortable that she’s part of such a welcoming family.

We really appreciate and enjoy the updates we receive on the parent app each day. It’s lovely to see photos of him enjoying himself.

The staff in the baby room at Kindred Nursery are very caring, friendly and professional. Our toddler comes home with a big smile every day. The management of the challenges around Covid has been excellent: clear communication and real desire to keep everyone safe.

Our twin boys absolutely love attending this nursery. The staff are very caring and provide feedback at the end of each day to let us know how they’ve got on. The boys want to go in every day and when we pick them up tell us all the fun things they’ve done. We also receive photos occasionally about what they’ve been up to, which we love to see. The boys have come a long way in their development since joining - so thank you!

I was so nervous ahead of my son starting nursery and I really didn’t know what to expect. However, after a warm welcome combined with regular updates and photos over the first few days, I was quickly reassured. It’s been a fab first experience and our 13 month old has a ball! Great variety of meals and activities too. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

My daughter has attended Kindred Teddington from before her first birthday and just turned three. We've had a wonderful experience in our time there. The staff have been wonderful and she's always so excited to go in in the morning and to tell me about all the exciting things she's done.

My daughter has been attending Kindred Teddington for the last six months and she loves it. She has just moved from baby room to toddlers, however during her time in the baby room she formed a strong bond with both her key workers, she would talk non stop about them when she wasn't there. Knowing that your baby is happy whilst you are not there is what every parents needs to feel reassured. Would highly recommend Kindred Teddington to others.

My three year old loves coming here every day and runs into the nursery happily, with barely a look behind him and he is happy to see his friends.They have plenty of space both inside and out to keep him busy and everything seems to be well organised, clean and tidy. The environment is very friendly and the staff have done an amazing job of keeping everything open and as normal as possible despite an extremely turbulent time for everyone. They have ensured that they have kept all parents up to date in a very timely fashion, with any of the changes necessary in line with government guidance. They use the family app to provide general updates on the nursery as well as observations as to how he is progressing. Every time I have had a specific question, the manager or a member of the management team has responded very quickly. Overall, I am extremely happy the care he receives and am happy with how he is progressing.

We have found Kindred Teddington to be a friendly, welcoming and caring nursery with supportive staff in a bright and modern setting. Our daughter has been attending for seven months and is very happy there. The communication from nursery staff is excellent and through the use of an app, we're able to see photos, leave messages, check nap times and nappy changes. We also receive observations around her development which is very useful. Throughout the pandemic, they have been incredibly flexible and supportive. They've communicated in a timely way to keep parents up to date around Covid-19 related issues. Our daughter has flourished in the time she's been at Kindred Teddington, learning songs and dances, making friends and forming good relationships with the members of staff. She loves it so much she gets upset when we walk past at the weekend and she can't go in! We highly recommend Kindred Teddington.
