About this price
How funding is applied, how the monthly figure is calculated.More info
- Working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can usually claim up to 30 funded hours a week. The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 38 weeks of the year. You've selected 30 funded hours.
- This nursery applies up to 5 funded hours per day, stretched across 38 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 15 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
- We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing - so friendly and warm with the children. As it's a relatively small nursery, you know your child will receive lots of attention. Our first child has been there for two years and runs into nursery and looks forward to being there. We have just started our second child there and I am comfortable knowing she will be well cared for and have lots of fun! This nursery has been wonderful and I would strongly recommend to anyone.
Thank you for your lovely review, it is an absolute pleasure looking after your children.

Jigsaw is such a fun, loving and nurturing nursery. My son started when he was just 9 months old, which was a big step for us as a family, but all the staff were so kind, reassuring and helpful, making the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. He was always so happy to go in and couldn't wait to go back each day. The girls have excellent communication and would always keep me informed if there was anything I needed to know or if something wasn't quite right. It was really reassuring to know that he was so well cared for. The nursery is always clean, welcoming and very well looked after. The food menu is varied and my son really enjoyed the meals. I genuinely can't fault the Jigsaw team for the wonderful care and attention they gave my son. Having to move areas and leave the nursery was a very sad decision for us, but we feel incredibly grateful to have been part of the Jigsaw family. Thank you to the whole Jigsaw team for everything you did for our son.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Emily Aoun

Jigsaw is a small and very caring nursery. The staff are the best part and are all very caring and seem genuinely invested in our children's development and wellbeing. I like that staff from other rooms know all the children, and it creates a lovely community atmosphere. My older child is in the pre-school room and they do at least one outing a week which we really like, and they have been helping him prepare for school. my younger child is in the baby room and has formed a wonderful bond with his keyworkers there. They have really helped him work on key milestones such as eating and walking.

The big draw for us was the outside space at Jigsaw - more generous than any other nursery we visited, with a mixture of toys, nature and sensory areas. Children play outside nearly every day. They also do a range of activities - crafts, sensory play, story time. They even go on trips (chessington world of adventures last week!)
Communication is great. The app is updated daily with sleep, meals and nappies etc, but we also get photos and videos every week, tracking our daughters development. The nursery is a really nice size - max 9 under 2's in the baby room.
The best thing about Jigsaw is the staff. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and professional, they all genuinely care about the children they look after. We feel so lucky to have found Jigsaw!
