Such a wonderful nursery. Friendly and attentive staff, very good communication and a wide range of activities to keep little ones entertained, rooted in EYFS. Our 18 mo daughter is very happy and well looked after by the team! The big draw for us was the outside space at Jigsaw - more generous than any other nursery we visited, with a mixture of toys, nature and sensory areas. Children play outside nearly every day. They also do a range of activities - crafts, sensory play, story time. They even go on trips (chessington world of adventures last week!) Communication is great. The app is updated daily with sleep, meals and nappies etc, but we also get photos and videos every week, tracking our daughters development. The nursery is a really nice size - max 9 under 2's in the baby room. The best thing about Jigsaw is the staff. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and professional, they all genuinely care about the children they look after. We feel so lucky to have found Jigsaw!

The key workers work hard to forge strong relationships with the kids. Updates and use of the app are good. They take advantage of the local area. Their responses to our queries are good. Very friendly and happy nursery. They could do with a bit more space. Overall happy with the experience.
