Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery - Northolt

I was very nervous about my daughter starting nursery as she is so particular with so many things and worried how she will settle in without me being there, however from the moment of going, the staff were very good and extremely patient. They would call if my daughter got too upset, upload photos on the parents' app so I could see how she was getting on. These are just only a couple of the many things that made me feel at ease. The staff are very easy to talk to and are very quick in responding to any concerns.

We have sent both our children to this Hungry Caterpillar nursery as we appreciate the care and attention they give to our boys. The staff’s kind and caring nature made it an easy choice for us to send our second child to this nursery. We highly value the professionalism and friendly approach the staff have to both the children and parents. We have found that staff listen to our views and address any concerns immediately. We have and would continue to recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter's nursery has not just made her feel very welcome but also us as parents too. The nursery has provided a wonderful start to her education with daily enriching learning activities, which includes a lovely outdoor space. She has flourished since attending the nursery and been given the opportunity to develop into an independent learner. It’s great to pick her up at the end of the day with a big smile on her face. That’s all thanks to the wonderful team at the nursery.

My son is very happy here and is always happy to see the staff. The staff are friendly and welcoming and take an interest in us as a family. They communicate well through the famly app and we get to see photos of our son doing various activities.

My children have been going to this nursery for the last 3 years. My eldest child is now in school. Children are very happy and have bonded well with all the staff. The staff are so supportive and even the staff out of the nursery have been supportive. They are amazing managers and the rest of the ladies are absolutely great too. I honestly couldn’t ask for better people to teach and take care of my children. I really appreciate the girls.

As nervous as I was about my baby starting nursery, she has settled in so well. She is very happy. I must say a big thank you to all staff because they were all implicated and they all made it easier for my baby. She loves it there and we love every bit the nursery has offered so far.

My son has been at Hungry Caterpillars Northolt for over 3 and a half years. I am so happy with this nursery and we will miss the setting and nursery workers a lot! I have recently looked at three nurseries for my baby daughter which are closer to my son's school but I’m unhappy with them all when comparing them to Hungry Caterpillars.

All of the staff are so friendly and I trust them all with my children, I love the layout of the nursery and that the manager's office overlooks the baby room. They are always doing fun activities with the kids and my son comes home talking about all of the lovely things he’s done and variety of things he’s learned.

Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Very attentive staff and management that genuinely care for the little ones. I will definitely miss this nursery as will my daughter.

My child has been in this setting just over 2 years, the current management and staff at the setting put me and my wife at ease, knowing that she is in a nurturing, educational and emotion building environment. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds and this can be partially attributed to the nurseries input.

Firstly a huge "Thank you" to the Northolt Branch. I am very happy with the support I received at the nursery. I am always welcome to ask questions (especially being a new mum) they advise me where needed and they always ensure the wellbeing of my daughter from her first day at nursery, crying because she was new at 10 months, to her asking to go nursery to see her favourite teachers and friends. I have seen her growth of which I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness. Now 2 years old my daughter with the help of Northolt is prepping for school.

I have been using the nursery since 2012. The staff were very helpful during the settling in period and throughout until today.

Your staff are friendly warm and professional. They are organised and keep us well informed and up to date. We love the staff they're like extended family than child care providers. Our son is happy, enjoys attending and misses nursery when on vacation. He was very shy and has become bold and confident and developed vastly since he joined the nursery. Amazing staff all round.

I feel as though I can ask any question, call anytime and the girls are always friendly and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable.

Most of all my son loves it. He has learnt so much since he started and he loves his key worker as well as the rest of the staff. He is always happy when he enters and when he leaves and nearly every week he has a little gift or something he's made which is lovely.

You get a full insight of what he has done today and how he has been.

I don't think I could ask for more.

Very pleased with how my son's key worker and all staff at nursery handled readjusting him back after being away on holiday for 3 weeks, especially when he has been very clingy and emotional at morning drop offs.
