Little Garden The New Barnet Day Nursery & Pre-School

I visited and viewed a few nurseries before choosing Little Garden, and I was honestly very worried about how my daughter would adapt because she has always been so attached to me. I was expecting that difficult settling-in period where children cry and want to stay at home after the first few days.

To my surprise, my daughter has not cried at all and is genuinely excited every single day to go to nursery. That alone gave me so much reassurance as a parent.

I would especially like to thank Fatma, Berivan, Hope, Karen, Fahrelle, Ayse, Silvia and all the staff for being so caring, kind, attentive and supportive. They always keep me updated and truly make both children and parents feel comfortable and welcomed.

I honestly have no words to thank them enough for the care and support they have given my daughter and also me as a mum.

I would definitely recommend Little Garden to any parent looking for a warm, caring and supportive environment for their child.

New Barnet nursery has been wonderful for our daughter, who adores her key worker and always comes home full of stories of how much fun they've had. They spend a lot of time outside in the generous garden, and have loads of toys and books at their disposal. I have always found nursery comms to be prompt and comprehensive. Fully recommend this nursery.

Our experience has been hugely positive - we're so lucky to have this nursery nearby. Our son loves coming here, having lots of fun, eating nutritious meals, and aiding his development. The staff are amazing - everyone is very friendly and has helped make nursery a fun, safe and stimulating environment for my son. We'd definitely recommend the nursery to young families in the area.

Really caring and gentle staff. Very loving towards the children. My daughter loves it here and has really developed. They've encouraged potty training and cater to individual needs and development. We are always well informed.

My little one has been here since she was 1, I chose it because of the nursery staff cause they were so welcoming and also if you had a complaint or an issue, it is dealt with subtly and officially.

The staff have always put my children's welfare first and have obliged to any personal habits or cultural differences. They make their experiences so personable. Both children have excelled in their care, and we are forever grateful to them for shaping our children's future in the way they intended to do.

I'm really happy that I chose to send my daughter to this nursery. The transition and settling in period was handled with care; all staff are friendly, caring and warm. My daughter settled in really well as a result.

My granddaughter comes here for 3 days a week and loves it. They learn numbers, alphabet, colours, and learn to be independent going toilet. Food is lovely, and when children have allergies, they have different-coloured plates. They play outside, learning about nature/planets. Really impressed, highly recommend the nursery.

We have been very pleased with the New Barnet nursery. Our son is thriving there and we feel all the staff are very caring and attentive. We love all the little artwork pieces he brings home and the detailed updates we receive at the end of the day in person. I recently went to a Mother's Day tea at the nursery and it was lovely to spend time with my son in that environment and see all the fun he has with his carers and the other children. I would highly recommend the nursery.

Little Garden Barnet is an excellent nursery and my little girl is thriving whilst doing 3 days a week there.

The staff are lovely and the structure is educational and fun.

Daily communication keeps parents in the loop and ensures progress is always shared.

I would like to say how amazing thus nursery is. I have 3 children and this place has by far been the best. Elijah loves everyone here and I couldn't be happier.

My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting at The New Barnet Nursery. He has so much fun learning and playing and loves the staff. Everyone involved in the baby room makes him and us as parents feel welcome and part of a bigger family. They are friendly and caring and always there with a smile.

I feel really happy sending my son here. I can tell the workers here really care about the children, they are fed well (better than me!) and the key workers really give their time after work to make sure we know what our child got up to. Cute homework assignments. Would recommend!

My daughter started at the New Barnet Day Nursery at the beginning of August (in the baby room) and I could not be happier with our experience so far. The team really helped my little one settle quickly and she is really enjoying her days at nursery, she goes in happy and smiling and comes out happy and smiling - I did not think it would be possible to achieve this in such a short space of time!! There are a lot of nursery in the area but I'm very very glad I chose this one!!

Our son loves his nursery, delighted to arrive in the morning and not wanting to leave in the evening, what more could you want? He has developed leaps and bounds over the past year, and this is clearly down to the care, attention and dedication of all the team at nursery. Knowing he is safe and happy means we can leave him without any guilt or trepidation, which is all we could ask for

The staff are lovely. My son enjoys going to the setting and we receive lots of photos and updates each day. I feel like the management has now improved and the activities seem appropriate for my child's age

My two grandchildren have attended New Barnet for over 2 years. Whenever I drop in they are always happy to go and see their friends and their favourite staff members! They both have thrived at Barnet and things like their speech have improved so much. We are so appreciative of the team and all the hard work they put in. If you like your children to get outside and experience lots of new things then New Barnet is the perfect place.

My little man has been going to the nursery for approx 6 months now and everything from his confidence and happiness, to his eating habits and speech have continuously improved. I just wish we had found this place sooner!
