Busy Bees Ealing 2A and 2B The Grove

Our boy has been going to Busy Bees at Ealing, 2B The Grove since September 2019 and we are very happy! He started in the baby room where he was well looked after and at the same time allowed to explore on his own. He connected very well with his keyworker and another member of staff. Since January 2021 he moved to the bigger room and he surprisingly adapted quickly and absolutely loves the change. The team nurture his interests and help him develop at his own pace. He instantly connected with his keyworker who is 'my favourite', as he always tells me. Our boy has integrated very well overall and the staff has made his transition from one room to another slowly and smoothly.The staff are well trained, very approachable and caring. I love the fact that you get daily updates and regular 'observations' in the app and that the key worker makes time to speak to you should you want to get a bit of one to one time with them, to understand how things are going for your child. Trust and recommend.

We could not have hoped for anything better for our daughters first nursery. She started when she was thirteen months and I was worried how she would settled in after having the best part of a year in lockdown, with just her parents at home but its been a wonderful experience for us all. When we arrive every morning the staff are so welcoming and give her the biggest hello. She now runs in without even looking back at us. When we pick her up we are greeted with a massive smile and she often hugs her key person goodbye. I've also noticed how much her 'talking' has come on and how much she gets involved in anything and everything at home. The staff are brilliant with us as well, keep us well informed and call if there is anything on their mind. We get a daily breakdown of what they've been up to and what they've had to eat. We also get great pictures of her playing on the website. We have such a happy baby, an adventurous little baby and Busy Bees at Ealing, 2B The Grove have really encouraged these attributes.

We used Busy Bees at Ealing, 2B The Grove for our daughter from eleven months old to nearly three years old. We have had an overwhelming positive experience and highly recommend their services. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at the nursery and formed close bonds with both staff and other children. We want to say thank you for taking such good care of our daughter and being a safe pair of hands.

My son has been attending Busy Bees at Ealing, 2B The Grove since he turned one last year. I have nothing but good things to say about the place. All the staff are wonderful, they work each day with a massive smile on their faces and are always happy to help. They have been fantastic key workers during what has been a very tricky year and the manager is so accommodating at last minute requests for taking care of our son on an extra day. Our son loves going and chats about the staff when he gets home. They carry out a range of activities and my son has grown leaps and bounds with them. Such a peace of mind to have him in a safe and happy place whilst we are at work. We are so, so sad to be moving areas, otherwise I would have kept him there forever!

The nursery is clean, homely on a large scale with a great outdoor space which is enclosed. Sad to leave.

My child spent so many happy days there, the environment is good and clean with lots of toys, the teachers are wonderful, read books and prepared for so many activities. There are no words to describe how lucky I feel to enrol my child with them.

My son attended Busy Bees at the Grove during the COVID-19 lockdown. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating at settling him in so we could get back to work quickly. He settled in very quickly and has loved his time at Busy Bees, especially the outdoor space, and the very caring staff (he still talks about everyone). We're not sure how we would have managed the last couple of months without Busy Bees.

I am very happy and grateful to the staff for looking after my precious little one so well. We are going to miss the nursery very much. Thank you to the manager and the staff. Highly recommended.

My son has been with Busy Bees at Ealing 2B The Grove for the last eight months. It was an amazing journey for both of us. He not only had so much fun but also learned a lot. The environment, staff, communication with parents, are excellent. I would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a nursery.

Our daughter has had 9 extremely happy months at 2B - she has skipped in every morning, absolutely delighted to be there and loved every second of her time with her friends and the staff. We cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff go above and beyond to make your child happy, and work brilliantly with parents on any aspects of nursery/growing up that are challenging, they communicate brilliantly with parents and most importantly, forge fantastic relationships with the children. Our daughter comes home each night chatting about what she’s d done each day and would often talk about the staff with such fondness - she really adored them all.

The staff know the children really well - what helps them sleep, their favourite activities/books etc and also have lots of helpful tips with any difficulties you might have at home.

We’re so sad our daughter’s time here has come to an end - can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us and our daughter.

The management and staff have been extremely helpful and supportive with our baby girl. Dad is in a wheelchair and everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate us. We couldn't be happier with her care and development since starting.

Without exception, all of the girls have been excellent, very professional yet full of love, hugs and patience making it very easy for the little ones to settle in and then thrive every day. For the parents, there is lots of support and very clear updates during the settling in period and regular progress reports once they are settled - it's reassuring to have a professional view on development and to see the genuine care expressed by the key workers. We can't recommend Treetops enough.

My son started going to Treetops 2B The Grove (Ealing) at 11 months full time.

The team is very friendly and professional. I trust them, I have a good experience on how they take care of my son and they always keep me updated on my kid's development or if there are any particular topics that could affect him.

The classroom is always clean and has different areas to help kid's development and they do lots of fun activities.

I will definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter started at the nursery just before her first birthday. The baby room was amazing, very spacious with plenty of activities and a very friendly team. They always provided detailed accounts of her daily activities and food intake. Now that she has moved to the older class, we have noticed a huge positive change in her character. She is extremely inquisitive, loves listening to stories and plays very well. This is all down to the amazing staff encouraging her and giving her so much attention to enable her to learn. The staff are so welcoming and they have the child’s welfare at the heart of what they do.

My wife and I both love Treetops 2B The Grove and our 5 months old loves it too. The place is clean, bright and has a friendly atmosphere. But most importantly all the carers are great. They are gentle, friendly and caring with the children and they keep them busy in fun ways that help them develop. We've seen our son progress in many ways since he's joined, already in only 1 month. Finally, the daily summaries that we get (both verbal in conversations and written) are a great way to catch up with what our son has been up to.

We are extremely happy with choosing this nursery. All the staff are super friendly and Amazing at their jobs. I feel that my son is looked after very well and he loves his key worker who has helped him settle in wonderfully. I am very happy and will recommend to all my friends.

The nursery is wonderful. Clean, tidy and loving caring staff.

I'm so happy with the care provided by both 2a and 2b in Treetops 2B The Grove. My 2-year-old in 2a absolutely loves his wonderful carer as well as all the other great staff there, and all his little friends :) The management were amazing with dealing with my little boy when he suddenly became ill at nursery. I feel lucky to be dropping off both my boys at their respective nurseries in the morning, where I know they are being really well cared for, entertained and educated amongst some lovely staff and children.

As the father of a small child (under a year old) I am happy with the care provided. The staff are very kind with the babies and work with them through a lot of activities that help their development.
