Fountain Montessori Nursery & Pre-School - Edgware

My 2-year-old daughter just loves to go to Fountain Montessori Nursery. She has a lot of confidence and tries to be very independent. Her key worker is absolutely very caring and takes time to give feedback. All the staff are very caring and helpful and energetic.

Our daughter has settled well at this nursery. Practitioners are well trained and provide regular updates on our child. The support we have seen is amazing and we have seen our child develop many skills.

My child has been doing great at Fountain Montessori. He has progressed massively since joining. He always enjoys his time there. He has been eating more food and talking more since starting. The teachers are all very kind and helpful with him.

Our son has been enjoying staying at the nursery, and making good progress on talking and playing! He loves teachers, and calls one of the teachers' names at home. We'll try to encourage him to engage with different materials. Thank you very much!

Teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and always approachable. We have been kindly shared with tips in many aspects, from phonic pronunciation, and drawing skills, across through school information and selection, to children's development...Truly thankful and grateful, and strongly recommend it!

The nursery staff cooperates very closely with parents, communicating observations about the children and aligning on behavioural patterns. They proactively advise on how to tackle potential challenges, so the children are facing the same boundaries and principles at home and in the nursery.

Both my boys (currently aged 2 years 6 months and 3 years 10 months) have been attending this nursery since the age of 15 months. It has been the backbone of their development, teaching at a slow and steady pace but with such enthusiasm. They have received a ton of love and care since starting at 15 months which allowed them to settle in so swiftly, as they are growing the nursery is doing a fine job in transitioning them from a warm home environment to a place of focus and knowledge ready to start school in September.

They have been such a support system to not only the children but to myself and my husband, helping us through tough parenting times including potty training and the terrible two's. I can not recommend this nursery and all its staff enough and look forward to being part of their community for another couple of years.

We have been with the nursery since January and enjoyed watching our daughter settle in and build relationships with the staff. All staff have been very kind and welcoming and our daughter enjoys her days spending time with them and exploring all the activities set out by them.

Moving my son 2 years ago from his previous nursery to fountain nursery was the best choice I ever made. I can truly say that the fountain nursery has had positive impacts on the growth and development of my son, he is now a happy and inquisitive child. I did not hesitate to also send my daughter as soon as I could from an early age.

The staff make my children feel so comfortable and like they are at their second home. I am very happy with the curriculum and the fact that they get every child involved in the learning and activities, including the more introverted children. I also love that the nursery promotes a healthy diet and both my children love fruit and vegetables, which means I can spoil my children on the weekends. Proud parents of children that go to Fountain Montessori Nursery!

My daughter attends Fountain Montessori - Edgware. All I can say is wow, what a great experience it has been for me as a nervous/overprotective mum and for my girl who had a hard time settling - but now she is a changed child. She loves going back to the nursery. I am so impressed with the observations and the homework she comes with. I am so excited to see her progress here. A great choice for me and my family.

The staff at Fountain Montessori have been nothing but caring and nurturing towards my son. I have seen such incredible growth and development in him and I know he is in good hands. The team really do treat the kids as their own. Just yesterday they arranged a Zoom party for his birthday which was so thoughtful and special. I am sure he will continue to thrive as he moves into his next class.

Great nursery. My son settled very quickly. The staff takes the time to get to know each child. He really looks forward to going into nursery every day. He runs inside which makes me know I’ve made the right choice. Thank you to the staff for making my son feel part of the community and for making me feel safe in knowing my child is happy.

A lovely nursery with such warm-hearted teachers. I love the different activities and themes every week, they are very creative and my daughter loves it. Friendly nursery and they give great reassurance about covid and the great measures they’ve taken for cleanliness.

My child is excelling here, learning a new word every day sometimes even more. Practical life skills taught on a daily basis and reflected at home unprompted. My child is happy and healthy and is cared for as if the child is their own.

The staff at this nursery are very caring and loved by the children. Management have been accommodating to our needs where they can and both my boys have been very happy there. I highly recommend the nursery.

My daughter had a very enjoyable time at nursery, making lots of friends and had a good learning foundation in preparation for reception class. I found the staff and management team friendly and focused on teaching, learning and fun. The nursery had a very positive atmosphere and engaged well with me as a parent, gaining my full trust in the team.
