Fledgelings Day Nursery (Romford)

My daughter has had an amazing time at Fledgelings Day Nursery and has thoroughly enjoyed the couple of years that she has been there. When she started she was quite shy and quiet, but she has truly thrived whilst being there and has become so much more confident and independent. The staff at the nursery are all amazing and as a family we have had the privilege of knowing lots of them for the past 5 years whilst my son was at nursery too. They are so caring and supportive to the children and the way they nurture their learning and development is brilliant. The activities and learning that they do with the children are fun, engaging and creative and my daughter loves to tell and show me what she has been learning each week. I would highly recommend this nursery- the teachers are lovely and it's a fantastic place for children to learn, grow and flourish!

Staff are very kind towards the children and put on a very good selection of activities during the day.

Would recommend this nursery to other parents in the area.

My child had a very happy start in life by attending Fledgelings Day Nursery in Romford. He attended two days a week. Whilst there he made lots of new friends, he enjoyed taking part in lots of activities and having free play in the lovely garden. He always ate and slept well whilst there, and came home with a smile. He made good relationships with his key workers and other staff within the nursery.

We would recommend Fledgelings Day Nursery to other parents looking for a happy, safe and fun environment for their child.

Both my children have had a flourishing and enriching time at Fledgelings Day Nursery Romford with my third child due to join later this year. As parents we are very impressed with their safeguarding rules and keeping us well informed with all communications about life in the nursery, especially as rules changed due to COVID. My children have learnt and developed with the support of the wonderful staff such as from the baby room with fine motor skills, toddler room with potty training and pre-school room with getting school ready to name a few. The breadth and depth of how much the nursery has taught, supported and helped my children is vast. The staff are friendly and engaging with the children also. Highly recommend.

Immediately when we first looked around this nursery we felt comfortable and confident that the staff would look after our daughter. This was the most important factor for us when considering which nursery she would go to. Fledgelings Day Nursery staff are so good with the children, they plan varied activities and promote good learning opportunities. They respect your wishes as a parent and really listen. I can leave my daughter at nursery and feel happy that I know she is well cared for. This is so important for me. Just have a look and see how you feel when you look around.

We are really thankful to Fledgelings Day Nursery Romford and all of its staff for looking after our son and making his time there really enjoyable. In December, we attended the Christmas party held by the Nursery staff and that was his first Christmas party that he attended with lots of his friends present. He really enjoyed playing with his friends the activities and the food as well.

Great nursery, with great staff, who made me feel very much happy and secure when having to leave my children to go to work. My daughters enjoy their time at nursery and come home having learnt new things which is always great to see.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, my daughter has thrived here, she loves the staff and feels very comfortable around them. The setting is lovely and engaging for the children and the staff really do a lot for them. The nursery put on great themed stay and play sessions where parents can come and spend time with their children in the nursery setting.

I was very impressed when my daughter started coming home with a book bag and reading book, which will help her get used to this for when she starts primary school in september.

I know that my daughter will be sad to leave here, as she has had such a wonderful experience.

I have had the pleasure to attend the children's Chinese New Year Party held by Fledgelings Day Nursery. It was a great experience to see how children relate to each other and their connection with the nursery members of staff. The children and parents had a great time with an opportunity to colour and play together. Fledgelingsmember of staff who are very dedicated to looking after every child and providing an amazing atmosphere. On top of this food is full of flavour and the variety serviced at the nursery is very good (very) good. One of the best nurseries in Romford. I highly recommend it.

The staff are anyways welcoming and try really hard to make my little one comfortable. They have lots of engaging activities that have really encouraged my little one to develop. Lots of songs and play. Always a good experience!

We honestly could not have wished for a better start in life for our son. The wonderful staff and environment are beyond what we could have hoped. They are so kind, caring and the level of education is perfect.

Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend the nursery to others.

Great friendly staff, my child loved it and enjoyed his time. He loved staff, had good friends and learned a lot especially language, sharing and group playing, become more confident and self-dependent.

My daughter is incredibly shy and has slightly delayed speech but the nursery did musical communication with her and we could notice the increase in confidence to use her voice in front of people. She is normally very quiet/silent. My daughter doesn't take to adults very much but she loves her teachers. I appreciate events/parties that parents can come to such as the jubilee tea party or the carnival party. I didn't give 5 stars for ICT equipment because the parent app where both sides upload info, sometimes glitches and won't let me upload videos onto it. That's not a nursery problem really (it's an app problem) but it stops me from being able to share her life outside of the nursery.

Very professional and excellent learning environment. My daughter went to the same nursery and my son and daughter had an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and my children adjusted to that setting very quickly.

My child was not social, after joining the nursery his skills improved, he is a nice boy and polite, his time and eating became organised, food is healthy and freshly cooked, I recommend it as the learning experience is excellent

My son attended the Fledgelings Day Nursery and enjoyed the time spent there. He was always happy to go to the nursery. All carers are friendly and professional and caring for my child. Carers are giving support to learning needs and it's very appreciated.

They love the garden especially and arts and crafts.
