Fledgelings Day Nursery (Romford)

My experience has been only positive. They have supported both my children and both children have developed as happy, confident individuals. The staff are always enthusiastic and appear to have a genuine desire to support children to thrive.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Fledgelings Day Nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, nurturing and genuinely invested in every child's development. My son is in the preschool room, and the progress he has made has been amazing. He has become so much more independent, confident and truly school-ready. The curriculum is engaging, varied and thoughtfully planned around the children's interests, making learning exciting and meaningful. What really stands out is that the nursery goes beyond the curriculum, giving children opportunities to explore new experiences, cultures and the world around them. The healthy, balanced meals are fantastic, and the staff have helped my son develop excellent table manners, independence at mealtimes and a willingness to try new foods. Communication with parents is excellent, it's clear every child is valued as an individual. We are grateful for everything Fledgelings has done for our son and would highly recommend it to any family!

My child has been attending Fledglings since September last year and it was the best decision I made.

I visited and looked around so many nurseries and the minute I walked into the setting I knew it was the environment I wanted my child to be in. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, hard working and dedicated to the children and their education, care and safety.

My child absolutely LOVES attending nursery and always comes home happy and will tell me about her day and what teachers and friends she has played with.

I cannot thank every single one of them enough for everything they are doing with my child, she is flourishing and as a parent is absolutely wonderful to see.

I feel confident that once I drop my little girl off, she is in safe hands. She's always teary when I do the drop off, but I know it's not too long before she feels settled, especially around the warm staff and her buddy.

We absolutely love the team at Fledglings Day Nursery. They helped our child to settle in so quickly and have been so engaged with his learning and his well being. They know him so well and he has developed amazing relationships with all the staff. We could not be more grateful for everything they have done for us.

My son started at Fledglings Romford in April 2024 at 10 months old and I am so impressed with our experience. As a teacher, I was initially looking for a term-time nursery however, after visiting a few different nurseries I felt the most comfortable getting a place here and paying all year round. The space is modern and the garden space is lovely! I could see the progression in rooms to prepare the children for school. The communication with all staff has been exceptional which has made it so easy to get him a place, settle in and be updated on how he is getting on. The commutation about tax-free childcare and funding has made this so easy as well. He absolutely loves going, and clearly has a great bond with the staff - reaching out for them to take him in the morning which means I can go to work with no worries. He naps well there (much better than at home), eats all his meals which have a great variety, and gets to do loads of activities.

My son was very happy attending the preschool room. He has made so many friends and settled very quickly. His teachers are very down to earth and approachable. He comes back home, always raving about his days at the nursery.

We had a wonderful experience with Fledgelings Nursery over the past 2.5 years. From her early days in Babies to Toddlers and then Preschool, our daughter has grown and thrived beyond our expectations. The nursery provided a nurturing environment where she learned a lot through a structured curriculum and diverse activities. The exceptional care and attention from the staff were standout features. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate, ensuring she had nutritious meals and regular updates. Our daughter made many great friends, and the frequent photos and feedback helped us stay connected with her progress. As we move on, we will deeply miss the warm atmosphere and dedicated staff who felt like family. Thank you for making her time at Fledgelings so memorable and enriching.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and my daughter loves going to nursery they give her the chance to express herself. They do so many different activities and teaches them good life skills to gain independence.

My eldest son attended Fledgelings Day Nursery from 2016 - 2020 and I was thrilled to see many familiar faces still there when my youngest joined in 2022. My eldest was incredibly happy there, and I had absolutely no hesitation in using the nursery again for my youngest. The level of care and attention the staff show the children speaks volumes - they still make a fuss of my 8-year-old now if he’s with me for pick up. The facilities and activities are varied and fun, and the home-cooked meals always seem popular. The location and opening hours are very convenient for us as a family.

My daughter started in the Fledgelings Romford Nursery in January 2024 and I have been very happy with her experience so far. They offered an excellent settling-in period which we were very grateful for, now my daughter is very happy walking into her room. They have fantastic facilities and a beautiful garden for the children to explore, climb and play. They also keep us parents up to date on the children and any new updates. Overall very pleased, thank you to the Fledgelings team!

My daughter loves Fledgelings Day Nursery. She smiles as soon as she sees it and everyone is so friendly and attentive. Every day I get feedback on my daughter's day. I would not change the nursery to anything else.

Fledgelings Nursery (Romford) have been amazing since my son joined. It became apparent in a short space of time how his development had improved, whether that be his speech or walking. He really looks forward to nursery and loves the staff members.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have formed amazing relationships with my children. We receive feedback on every pickup and it is lovely to hear about their day and to receive arts and crafts.

My daughter has been attending Fledglings for over 2 years now. The wonderful team here have supported my child carefully from baby room to pre-school. I am more than happy with the nursery and feel it has been a perfect fit for my daughter. The team are flexible and ensure the hours fit in with your work schedules. The facilities are brilliant, with varied rooms full of vibrant and age-appropriate activities. The garden is a certain favourite of my daughter's. The staff are all so kind and welcoming, which can be seen when the children are being supported independently and well cared for by all staff they come into contact with daily. The food is always wonderful and nutritious. In terms of access to information, the nursery's app is very user-friendly and efficient, with regular updates, photos and interactive details. For feedback, staff are so easy to talk to and welcome open, transparent dialogue. The nursery is fantastic and I've certainly recommended it to friends and family.

Our child was around 6 months old when they first started going to Fledgelings Day Nursery, initially for a couple of days a week and working up to the full five days. The staff there made them feel safe and happy from the outset and now they always come home happy. They're given quite a wide variety of homecooked meals and there are varied activities for them to enjoy. If there are any accidents, we're called and informed straight away and the care given is excellent. Overall, very happy we chose Fledgelings and our child is too.

Both of our children have been at Fledglings since they were 1 year old. Both really like going to nursery, they are really well looked after, have fun and learn. All the staff are brilliant, we have 100% trust in all of them looking after our babies.

Our eldest daughter has been going to Fledgelings Day Nursery for 2.5 years (from baby room to pre-school). We are very happy with the nursery and feel it was the right fit for our daughter. The hours are good and fit in with our working schedules. The garden space is brilliant, and the different rooms are vibrant and full of age-appropriate activities. Children are encouraged to be independent and are well cared for. The staff greet our child with open arms and are kind and welcoming. The food is varied and nutritious, and the app is regularly updated and a good way to communicate with parents. If there are any issues, staff are easy to talk to and open to feedback. We are very happy with the nursery and have chosen to enrol our youngest daughter too.
