Feedback is provided regularly at pickup and in a more formal report card at the end of each term. They have also been really accomodating with increasing days as my job became more demanding. It's wonderful to know she is going somewhere where she is so happy and well looked after!

The Manager and the team are always very open to chat about anything and are flexible and helpful. There's a lovely family vibe, with kids and parents meeting outside nursery hours too. The only slight negatives are several staff moving on (for positive career progression), which is sad for our child, and part-time/additional hours fee structuring we found slightly awkward. We deeply appreciate having such a wonderful nursery on our doorstep, have actively recommended it to multiple other families, and will be excited to send our baby there too!

Thursday, which we thought was a nice touch that we hadn’t seen other nurseries provide. Most importantly, there were so many opportunities to get feedback from the staff on the progress of our child, daily feedback also using a communication book and meeting every term to update us about her progress. The staff are all very lovely and would always be available to give daily feedback. Our kid also had daily diaries, which went between home and the nursery. The nursery also did a newsletter every few months as well so my partner and I feel very well informed and connected.
