New Beginnings Day Nursery Rainham

New Beginnings in Rainham is a fantastic nursery. My child has been attending this nursery for two years now and he loves it and is very happy and settled there. He loves his teachers and friends and has made excellent progression. They have a great outside area and resources throughout the nursery. My son is very well supported and cared for at all times and the support not only my son has had but I have been given throughout a difficult time has been amazing, the staff go above and beyond and are fantastic. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Absolute exceptional care, my son joined New Beginnings Day Nursery Rainham in September 2022 at 23 months. Given he was a Covid born baby and he was spending a lot of time with the family I was apprehensive about how he would settle in and cope in a new environment.

It's now November 2022 and upon arrival at the nursery in the mornings he's essentially ready to leap out the car. He settled in with such ease, he is incredibly advanced in my opinion, they were supportive in assisting him with phasing him off of his comforter and his speech has developed incredibly.

My son is able to recognise letters and colours at ease. Exceptional development, cannot recommend them enough, they keep us well informed and display genuine care for the children.

An outstanding nursery. My daughter is now in the Sunshine room (preschool). It's her 3rd year attending. She loves going to school and she has formed deep relationships with the staff and the kids. We feel the staff are part of our family. Always looking after the wellbeing of the children with care and always give advice when we have any questions. I know my daughter is in safe hands every morning that I drop her off. I love the constant updates on what they do every day. The activities and the way they learn is amazing. My daughter can recognise numbers and letters and knows how to count in order. A big thank you to the manager and her team for the outstanding work.

My son has been attending this nursery since just about over 1 year. He is enjoying his time thoroughly. He's 20 months now and has started to form 2-3 word sentences. The staff are very good, pay attention to detail and have been friendly and warm. I get daily updates about what is going on in terms of food, activities etc. They have made birthdays also very special. My son loves going to nursery.

I was so nervous about my 6-month-old baby starting nursery (as my other children started at 1 year old); but he's settled in so well and the team has been very supportive. I'm now much more comfortable on the days I leave him at nursery.

Really lovely, friendly service and care at Rainham. Everyone is so friendly and the level of care is outstanding. My daughter is loving transitioning into pre-school and has met lots of friends and we have had so much help and advice on potty training. My daughter has excelled in the couple of years she has been at nursery and it's all down to the ladies that work here. Thank you New Beginnings.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since September. The settling has been very easy for her and for me as well. All staff members are very lovely and caring. My daughter loves going to the nursery and enjoys taking part in all the activities they do. She has learned so much and I feel at ease as the nursery always keeps me updated on her progress.

My twins attend the nursery and I cannot emphasise how much care and attention the staff have provided. They have been attending for the last 2 years and they are confident happy children. I feel no guilt leaving them there. The staff are like family and I really don’t know what I’ll do when the kids start school next year! Cannot recommend enough!

I was a bit apprehensive about my baby starting nursery (being a covid season baby) simply because he is very clingy and doesn’t know anyone else due to covid. I was continuously reassured by the manager which made me feel better. As expected, he did cry at drop-offs but within a short period of time, he soon started flying into their arms at drop-offs which was so heartwarming. I have zero complaints and am quite happy with the way he’s being cared for. The best part is he comes home with a clean bottom.

Simply the best. I currently have a 3-year-old and 6 month-old attending four days a week. We joined when my firstborn was 1-years-old. We transferred from a different nursery, and we’ve never looked back. The lovely team are like our extended family. I feel at ease leaving my little ones here - I know they are comfortable, well looked after and happy. They get involved in many different activities, and I’ve seen amazing growth and development in my children. There is nothing short of excellence here. I cannot compliment the nursery and the lovely team enough. Honestly, I dread the day my kids will move on to school.

My son has joined New Beginnings in September and we can definitely see such a difference in his learning! Before he joined, I was a bit worried about his development, we haven't had much social interaction either because of the pandemic and all the changes that happened then so I was a bit nervous. Since then, he seems very happy every morning we go to the nursery, he will even wake up and go straight to the door and wave bye-bye. I am happy with the overall service, I can definitely see he is cared for and will definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!

I have lived by the nursery since I was a child myself and as I went to school I saw parents drop off their children. Even from this distance 15 odd years ago I recognised that the interactions with staff and families seemed so lovely. So, when I became a parent we decided that New Beginnings in Rainham would be an amazing place to send our daughter. This was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter - she is so happy at this nursery! The teachers have created an environment where my daughter has excelled in her development, but also feels safe and confident enough to be herself. Teachers share books she enjoys and how I further support her learning at home. They have amazing curriculums! She comes home with lots of amazing stories and we can now see some of her adventures through the nursery's online journal. To my daughters' Key Worker, the Nursery Manager, those that update her online journal and meet us in the evenings at pick up - thank you for all you do.

Excellent nursery and would recommend for everyone. Due to lockdowns and not meeting people or other kids, my baby had a hard time settling in at the beginning as well as me as a first time mum but everyone at the nursery is very supportive and no matter how many times you call to check up they are always positive and answer any questions you have and reassure you that he is fine. I love the care they provide and that they know each child and how they develop. I can see that now he is settling really well and although he still cries when we drop him off he smiles and laughs when we pick him up. I like that upon pick up we have a short discussion about how the day went and receiving these observations and care diary on the online journal is fantastic as you know what happened during the day etc. There is also a Twitter account where pictures are shared and while working or being away is really reassuring to see your baby is having fun. Overall, fantastic nursery and all the staff working there.

My daughter started New Beginnings Day Nursery Rainham when she was 6 months old and she has come on leaps and bounds. New Beginnings has offered her a safe, caring and nurturing environment. From the lovely warm welcoming staff who greet you in the morning to the amazing freshly cooked meals onsite, my daughter is always happy to go to nursery. As working parents, it's lovely to be able to leave her knowing that she is very well looked after.

My son has attended the New Beginnings Day Nursery Rainham setting since 2018. He absolutely loves nursery and it is so lovely to see pictures on Twitter and the app of him interacting with his friends and learning new things. He has spent time in every room and was moved up to the next room when he was ready. The staff at New Beginnings are all so friendly and always take the time to speak to us about how he has been. I would highly recommend New Beginnings and will be sad when it is time for him to leave.

I am very grateful for this nursery, all staff are friendly and well trained. It's a pleasure to come every time. My son comes home every time in a good mood. I like the menu, the nursery has a menu for everyone's likes.

My son has been attending the nursery for 9 months, starting when he was 13 months old. He is excited to attend each morning and has developed significantly since being there. The range of activities and the variety of healthy food is great - we have been really impressed. The new online learning journal has made it a lot easier to communicate with the nursery staff and keep track of my son's care diary. I can't recommend New Beginnings Rainham enough.

We are extremely happy with New Beginnings Nursery. The teachers are lovely as well as the management. My son is very happy to go to the nursery and always coming back home full of joy, he loves spending time with his friend and teachers. For us being foreign, it's like having a big family. Thanks a lot for making my son feel at home and for your amazing job.

My children have been coming to New Beginnings since they were 10 months old, almost 2 years ago, and the nursery goes from strength to strength. The care and dedication is clear to see. Always going above and beyond to ensure every little detail is covered. 2020 has been challenging for everyone but this has been met as a challenge to overcome rather than a problem, and the children have adapted to new measures and it is a testament to the team that they can take it in their stride. I can’t imagine not having new beginnings in my children’s lives - they are like family and my children adore them.

My 12 month old joined New Beginnings in September. She really loves it here! She is excited to go to nursery every morning.

She has been at New Beginnings for a month now, and I can see that she has learnt so much from the staff and from the other children in her group.

There's an astroturfed outdoor area with toys that the kids can play with. The playrooms are fairly big and they have good indoor activities such as painting. I really like the private Twitter group for parents as it is good to see what the kids are up to, it is a nice bonus!

Lisa and the team are really friendly and are great with the kids.

An improvement would be if they could stay open later as a 6pm close is quite early. I would definitely recommend New Beginnings Rainham.
