My daughter has attended Cybertots on the Green for more than two years now. She loves going there, adores all practicioners and comes out every day with a smile in her face telling me all the things they did.
She has been in all three classes, and the experience has always been fabulous! All practicioners
are lovely, very caring and they teach the kids a wide range of skills and manners.
The place itself is great! Each room has their own garden so kids spend lots of time outdoors, food is cooked there daily, and it's location in the park allows the kids to go out for runs and adventures.
I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for childcare

My son attends the toddler room, and my daughter attended the pre-school, where we had great experiences. I found the teachers to be very dedicated and attentive. However, at toddlers room experience was totally different. They spending hours in front of a tablet, there were no age-appropriate activities
carried out. There was also a constant turnover of staff-new people in the classroom every week-and we were not even informed about who was looking after our child. I also had a very serious situation where my son told me in detail what had happened to him, and when I spoke with the management, they dismissed it as just his imagination, taking no further action. The General Management leaves much to be desired in every situation, offering little support. I also felt that the overall cleanliness of the school could be improved. I want to share my experience to ensure that other parents do not go through what I have.

Most concerns were raised after your children left for school, limiting our chance to respond. Regarding tablets, they are used sparingly for songs and short educational clips, not entertainment. Toddler activities focus on sensory play and open-ended experiences, emphasizing the process over polished outcomes. Staff turnover is lower than average, though unavoidable due to factors like relocations or maternity leave. Cleanliness is ensured by daily professional cleaning and weekend deep cleans, though sensory activities and outdoor play may create natural messes. For the concern raised about your son, protocols were followed, and evidence provided. We are sorry to hear that you feel there were issues, but are proud of the many happy years your children spent with Cybertots.

I can’t fault the staff here. They are attentive, caring and want to support you and your child. My son had such a great time here and had a family-type bond with his key worker. We loved that they celebrated all the different events and cultural observations in the year and he always was gleaming with
happiness when going in. He and I also loved that they did Spanish and dance classes, which really set them aside for being different.
I loved the outside space, some of it needs a bit of TLC but you can tell they update it from time to time. I loved that they grow things there and they had a rabbit to say hello to daily and chicks at Easter.
I would have liked more photos each week but I know they were getting better at this with social media posts just before we left. The end-of-day catch-ups were always detailed and helpful.

My daughter really enjoys attending Cybertots On The Green. She had an excellent connection with practitioners in the baby room and it is the same with her new practitioners in the toddler room. All staff are excellent and the nursery set up is really good. My daughter has developed a range of skills
across a variety of activities. I would recommend Cybertots to anyone looking for a nursery locally.

My daughter goes to Cybertots On The Green (baby room) since she was six months old. The staff are serious, friendly and take care of her safety and development in a professional way.
Lots of effort is made to create unique events and themes in the decoration, indoor and outdoor activities, and a tasty

This setting has gone from strength to strength. The pre-school team are structured, encourage learning and creativity and there are lots of opportunities to get the parents involved in the setting. Having experienced the nursery from baby room to toddler and now pre school, we have constantly been

We’ve had our child at Cybertots for over a year now and it’s honestly the best decision we ever made. The staff are brilliant, so caring and clever in how they interact with the children throughout their different stages of development. The outside space is terrific. I recommend Cybertots to anyone

I just want to say this nursery is one of the best investments for your children to learn through play, build on their child's physical development and make their play matter. In the child's moments of happy play, you got a child building on their steps.

Both my daughters attended Cybertots On The Green Day Nursery, with my youngest still there. Cybertots is a nurturing, secure environment for little ones to thrive. My eldest daughter loved her time there largely due to her fantastic key person. He helped build her confidence and taught her great football

The nursery is wonderful! All the staff are so caring, fun and responsible. My daughter particularly enjoys the male team members. It has been such a successful and wonderful environment for them to grow and learn that we have sent my youngest there too.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 14 months old and she's now 3. We have nothing but positive things to say about Cybertots and we have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to others. The staff are all very friendly, engaged, interested and clearly really enjoy their work.
Our daughter is happy to go in every day and comes home every day full of stories having really enjoyed herself. During the pandemic the nursery management team have shown themselves to be compassionate, caring and their communication has been excellent on all levels. We feel very fortunate that our child is at such an excellent nursery.

We have been using the nursery for nearly 5 years, with our second child leaving for school in September (both in from 12 months old). We are absolutely delighted with Cybertots and the level of care - it is a testament to both management and the brilliant staff that they have been able to maintain

My son started at Cybertots when he was 14 months old and we were very nervous about sending him to nursery. All the staff were so caring and understanding and really listened to our concerns. As it turned out we needn't have worried as our son absolutely loves it there and we could not be happier.
Our little one has come on in leaps and bounds since starting here and the staff are in constant contact with updates on his development. I honestly couldn't have wished for more in a nursery and highly recommend Cybertots to any parent who is anxious about sending their little one to nursery!

Cybertots On The Green may look unassuming from the outside, but behind those gates is a loving, joyous and extremely hardworking team of caregivers. I have never doubted their abilities or dedication to my child's safety, progress or wellbeing. My daughter has blossomed and excelled under their care.
She wakes up so eager to spend the day with her teachers and friends and comes home excited to show me all the wonderful things she has learned. Cybertots is extremely well managed with regular updates at the gate and via their online observations app. We always feel supported and part of a big family who really listens to us and cares about our child. I couldn’t ask for more.

Our daughter has attended Cybertots since she was 10 months old so we have experience of all three of their rooms. My wife shopped around and visited 8 nurseries before settling on Cybertots and we are very happy with our choice.
The people who work there very genuinely care about the children. I’ve
seen them literally jump for joy while regaling me about something my daughter did. They are flexible, professional and addressed all of our concerns promptly and with empathy. We have never doubted our choice and would throughly recommend them.

Cybertots and the staff are fantastic. I was very nervous when I first brought my son into nursery but they listened to all my worries, stayed in touch and answered all my (daily) questions. My son didn't attend long before the pandemic started and throughout this uncertain time, they had been great
in communicating with us parents about what was happening and what they are going to do to open up safely for our children again. The re-settling process was really well organised and my son quickly got used to nursery again without any problems. He loves the members of the team and looks forward going to 'nursy'. The staff are so attentive, kind and loving and they take the time and give an overview of his day when I pick him up. Cybertots has a lovely garden where my son likes to hang out the most at the moment. I have been and will keep recommending Cybertots to anyone who is looking to leave their child in loving and well-looked after hands.

Cybertots is an absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are kind and patient and they really love the children. It can be so hard to choose a nursery but I wholeheartedly recommend this one. I feel so lucky to have found Cybertots - both of my children are very happy there.
