View Full Details of Cybertots On The GreenOur toddler started nursery in the baby room and has now moved to the toddler room. We were supported and reassured throughout the adaptation process, and we've always been confident in the excellent staff and their care of the children. There are some lovely activities included weekly (Spanish, dancing etc) and a great range of sensory/creative activities on a daily basis. We're provided with daily updates and photos via an app and are being kept up to date with a weekly nursery newsletter. Our daughter enjoys interacting with all the staff and other children, and is always happy to go in in the mornings. It's not uncommon for her to want to continue playing at pick-up time too!
One of the things we were most sad about leaving Ealing was saying goodbye to Cybertots on the Green. We had both of our children start at one year old in the baby room with our son progressing through the toddler room. Our experience was always consistently excellent - the staff are wonderful: affectionate, attentive and knowledgable. We always felt our children were seen, supported and encouraged - and they flourished in the setting. We particularly like the outdoor space at the nursery and the amount of time the children spent outside. We often commented that the food our children had at nursery greatly surpassed what we were able to produce! The current management team are excellent - and we have no doubts that they are leading an outstanding nursery. We would wholeheartedly recommend COTG and will miss it.
My child absolutely loves attending this nursery and I have no doubt that is due to the support and care of all of the nursery staff and the environment they are in daily. Days so jam packed full of fun and learning that I struggle to get them to leave at the end of the day!
Our daughter started Cybertots On the Green when they were one year old and are now in the toddler room. The team were brilliant at supporting transition to the toddler room. They adapt the transition period depending on the individual child's needs. We are so grateful to the team there for making every day fun and filled with exciting learning opportunities. Our daughter attends full time and has flourish at this nursery! She looks forward to nursery every day and comes home with lots of wonderful stories about her day. The nursery has a lovely outdoor area and the child gets outside multiple times each day to play, paint, garden and run around. They have a chef onsite producing a fantastic menu with great variety!
My little one has been with Cybertots Group since turning 11 months. She has enjoyed every transition from the baby room to the toddle room and now to pre-school! Along with free play, there are very good learning opportunities and focused activities planned each day. They also have lots of sensory play, visits to the park, going to the supermarket, nature walks and even learning languages (Spanish and Italian), along a weekly dance class. There have been staff and management changes over the past year but has has only a positive impact! The staff are very nurturing and genuinely care for the children with updates provided on the app daily. Yes, there have been some tough times recently, but the nursery has come out even stronger, supporting parents, enhancing their policies and procedures, communicating and making changes, dealing with the situation exceptionally well! Without hesitation, I would to recommend Cybertots to anyone wanting nothing short of the best care for their children.
My daughter has been at Cybertots on the Green since she was just a tiny tot, 10 months old! Now she's a whopping 4 years old, and she's doing absolutely fantastic! I can't thank the staff enough! They are absolutely incredible! They are so nurturing and calm, and they've really helped my daughter grow and develop. I can see how much she's learned and how her language has improved. She's also become so confident and social. I would highly recommend Cybertots on the Green to anyone looking for a great nursery for their child. You won't regret it!
Our daughter is doing really well at Cybertots On The Green. We really like the practitioners and the relationships they develop with the children. She's full of smiles for them when she sees them in the mornings and when they say goodbye. There seem to be a great range of activities for the children so you get the sense that good thought goes into how the activities will develop them in various ways. Motor skills, listening, etc. The staff are great at updating on Parentzone and sharing what activities are done, what's been eaten, length of sleep. So all in all really pleased.
We are incredibly grateful to have found On the Green for our children, a pre-schooler and a toddler, who attend full-time. The staff in both rooms are exceptional. They are not only highly qualified but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child's needs. Our pre-schooler has flourished under their guidance, developing both academically and socially. Our toddler has also thrived in this warm and supportive setting. We must also commend the manager, for her outstanding leadership and dedication. The manager is approachable, compassionate, and always willing to listen to parents' concerns. Her commitment to creating a positive and enriching environment for the children is evident in every aspect of the nursery. Communication with parents is excellent. Overall, OTG has exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their children can thrive, learn, and be cared for with the utmost dedication and love.
Our daughter, has been attending Cybertots on the Green since she was just 6 months old, and she absolutely loves it. The staff is lovely - they genuinely care for the children and create a nurturing, safe, and fun environment. It's been amazing to see her grow and thrive here. We highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a warm and supportive place for their little ones!
This nursery is just amazing. They literally raised my 2 kids, who are incredibly happy being there. Practitioners are indescribably professional, talented, helpful and caring. Can't find words to express how grateful I'm for the support and kindness that staff do for kids.
Great nursery in a lovely location in the area. Really like the use of the outdoor space, kids seem happy and the staff are lovely. Had a bit of nonsense from ofsted recently, and as a parent I'm rather upset with ofstead and the council council, who caused a lot disruption over absolutely nothing.
My Son started in the baby room and has now been in the toddler room for the last 8 months, he absolutely loves it. The staff are very attentive, you can tell they genuinely care about the children and they seem to really enjoy their job. I love that they get the kids outside as much as possible, they are shown how to grow plants, etc. and even have chicks at Easter. The food there is of excellent quality and variety, they offer Spanish and dancing classes and all sorts of creative activities. They have made some dramatic improvements over the last couple of months with a new Nursery Manager and leadership team and I'm confident the team want to offer the best environment possible for our little ones. My little boy will be transitioning to their pre-school in the summer and I'm excited to see how he progresses even further.
My daughter loves the baby room at Cybertots on the Green. The staff are simply wonderful - really warm and attentive... she will happily skip through the gate towards any of the team. They have recently refurbished the setting and it looks great after a refresh. My daughter especially loves the dancing classes on Thursday mornings, and we get lovely updates of her progress via an App. It is so rare to find a nursery in Ealing with a big outside space, and the team try to get the kids out in the fresh air most days - she loves the garden. We would definitely recommend the nursery.
We've been with this nursery for 5 years with two children and we love it as much how as we did when we first started. What we love most about the nursery is: 1) The extensive and varied outdoor space that I've not seen in any other nurseries in the area. 2) How genuine, warm and caring the staff are. They really treat your child as an individual. And the pre-school really prepares children for school, my child learnt so much. Don't let the slightly tired exterior or the negative ofsted ratings put you off because you's be missing out on a fabulous place.
Cybertots has been great for our daughter. She has received excellent care and fun daily activities. There is an app where all updates are recorded throughout the day, meals, naps, nappies and photos of the children. There's access to a camera exclusively for parents so you can check in on your child throughout the day. She runs in every morning when we get to the gate. There has been a rocky period for the nursery with some harsh ofsted reports, and Cybertots have dealt with the difficulties in an admirable way. Ofsted have been highly disruptive with minimal explanation to parents, frankly we have been thoroughly unimpressed by ofsted.
My daughter has attended Cybertots on the Green for more than two years now. She loves going there, adores all practicioners and comes out every day with a smile in her face telling me all the things they did. She has been in all three classes, and the experience has always been fabulous! All practicioners are lovely, very caring and they teach the kids a wide range of skills and manners. The place itself is great! Each room has their own garden so kids spend lots of time outdoors, food is cooked there daily, and it's location in the park allows the kids to go out for runs and adventures. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for childcare
My son attends the toddler room, and my daughter attended the pre-school, where we had great experiences. I found the teachers to be very dedicated and attentive. However, at toddlers room experience was totally different. They spending hours in front of a tablet, there were no age-appropriate activities carried out. There was also a constant turnover of staff-new people in the classroom every week-and we were not even informed about who was looking after our child. I also had a very serious situation where my son told me in detail what had happened to him, and when I spoke with the management, they dismissed it as just his imagination, taking no further action. The General Management leaves much to be desired in every situation, offering little support. I also felt that the overall cleanliness of the school could be improved. I want to share my experience to ensure that other parents do not go through what I have.
I can’t fault the staff here. They are attentive, caring and want to support you and your child. My son had such a great time here and had a family-type bond with his key worker. We loved that they celebrated all the different events and cultural observations in the year and he always was gleaming with happiness when going in. He and I also loved that they did Spanish and dance classes, which really set them aside for being different. I loved the outside space, some of it needs a bit of TLC but you can tell they update it from time to time. I loved that they grow things there and they had a rabbit to say hello to daily and chicks at Easter. I would have liked more photos each week but I know they were getting better at this with social media posts just before we left. The end-of-day catch-ups were always detailed and helpful.
My daughter really enjoys attending Cybertots On The Green. She had an excellent connection with practitioners in the baby room and it is the same with her new practitioners in the toddler room. All staff are excellent and the nursery set up is really good. My daughter has developed a range of skills across a variety of activities. I would recommend Cybertots to anyone looking for a nursery locally.
The team at Cybertots On The Green are very caring and nurturing towards all children. Children here are engaged in meaningful activities based on age and interest. My son thoroughly enjoys his time at this nursery and it feels like a home away from home! Highly recommend this nursery!
