Anerley Day Nursery

My daughter started nursery in January 2021, during the pandemic. We are really happy with the care she receives. She loves the food, loves the activities and the staff. They are all fantastic. She has made a lot of progress, now she eats in her own, communicates better and recognizes songs and games. I trust all of the staff and I know they treat all the children with care and love. My daughter especially loves the sensory room, the garden and the food. I think spaghetti bolognese is her favourite meal. I would like to receive more photos to see how much fun she is having, that's the only thing I think they can improve. App system and software is not really used by them and I think all the parents will welcome more pictures showing what our babies are enjoying there! I would recommend the nursery to anyone!

I was so nervous when circumstances changed and I had to send my daughter to nursery having just turned 6 months old. However, the staff have done an amazing job with her; my daughter is so happy here and her face lights up when we are approached at the nursery doors. The girls have been wonderful at calming my nerves; I get daily reports on how my daughter’s day has been, they have been great at supporting our weaning journey and the anxiety that comes along with that. I love receiving all the wonderful observations on EyLog and watching what my little girl is doing at nursery and how she is developing! Massive thank you to the girls in baby room, I really am so glad I decided to put my daughter in this nursery and I know she will be continuously looked after, cared for and that the girls will go above and beyond to aid her development and communicate effectively with me. COVID-19 policies are impeccable and allow me to feel that me and my partner are safe at drop off/pick up.

Our first-born son comes here 3 days a week and the nursery has really dealt well with the pandemic which has presented them with many challenges. They were fine with our son using reusable nappies and we know he has lots of fun there during the day. The daily reports at the pickup are really useful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a nursery in the Anerley area.

The nursery has great staff looking after my child. They are up for the challenges and deal very well with my child's needs. It was my first time that I trusted my daughter to someone else, now I say that my child feels home with them. Having a great hour gap, from early morning to late afternoon, will give me the chance to maximise my day, within the market fee rate. They are there to deal with parents' and children's needs. In addition, during this pandemic, they have taken extra precautions and keeping close contact with all the bubble group to maximise security and to prevent the spread of viral infection. Furthermore, my child has been attending the nursery during this time, which gave me extra time; she got to use all the hours provided by the government and grow her social interaction skills. I would highly recommend this nursey to any professional or non-professional parent. Your child will be well looked after and you will have a peace of mind.

Both our children attend Crystal Early Years Centre, Anerley, and it's excellent. The room each child attends caters very well to the particular requirements of that age group with nurturing, caring and kind staff. During the Covid-19 situation the team have worked to strike the right balance between things feeling 'normal' and being safe at the same time. I have no hesitation in providing a positive recommendation.

Our daughter started at Anerley Day Nursery in July 2020, after being in lockdown for months and minimal contact with other adults and children, we did worry as to how she would settle in. However the staff have been so lovely and attentive and she settled in so quickly, which meant my return to work was much easier. She loves the home cooked food and regularly gets an 'eaten well' report! I love seeing the photos posted on the app, with a little update of the activity - I wish there were more of these.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since she was 9 months old- on the recommendation of our friend whose older daughter also went there. The staff are all brilliant- obviously taking an interest in and great care over the children’s development and wellbeing. My daughter loves coming here and has made wonderful bonds with her teachers and the other children. I have already recommended the nursery to others and will continue to do so.

My daughter has been going to Crystal Early Years since she was 13 months old and she’s coming up to her 4th birthday. Not only does she love it there and has made such amazing friends but the staff go above and beyond for the children and parents. I always feel so safe and happy that she’s in such good hands and she always comes home super happy and fulfilled from such a wonderful creative day. I will be sad when she has to leave as it’s such a brilliant place.

I often come and collect my little brother from the nursery! The staff is always very friendly and polite! My brother seems a lot more confident since coming here and has learned lots. Would recommend to other parents.

Both of my children have attended Crystal Early Years Centre. My eldest recently left to go to school after attending the nursery since he was ten months old. Throughout all that time, the carers at the nursery have been a pleasure to work with. They have consistently gone out of their way to support my children and provide myself and my husband with regular updates on their progress. Whenever there have been concerns around my children's behaviour, they have worked through them with patience and care. At all times I have felt completely confident that the nursery has the best interests of my children at heart. They develop true bonds with the kids and delight in seeing them grow and achieve their milestones. My son started school confident in his socialisation skills and excited to learn. I am certain that the support Crystal Early Years provided over the past four years has played a big role in that. I now love to see my youngest enjoying nursery just as much as my eldest did.

After visiting several different Nurseries trying to find the right one, I couldn't be happier we chose Crystal Early Years and I know we made the right decision, it is not an easy decision.

They all seemed very lovely and I got a lovely calm feeling from the staff and nursery.

My little girl of 20 months has been going to Crystal Early Years now for almost a year. I'm so grateful that I managed to find a nursery with such lovely staff who I feel comfortable leaving her with. The nursery staff provide a genuinely warm and caring environment, they are very attentive to any queries or requests I have, and they always seem to have fun and exciting activities planned. My daughter absolutely loves dancing and playing in the sensory room that they have within the baby room. The staff have been really wonderful at helping my daughter adjust back to nursery after lockdown and she seems really happy whenever we talk about her day!

Since my child started at Crystal Early Years, I have always been extremely happy with the care provided. Staff are excellent and my child is always excited to attend. Would and have recommended to friends.

Best bunch of girls I’ve met between nurseries. They helped both my older children with their toilet training more than I could and they were brilliant with the kids if they were upset etc. They have made me and my children at ease every time I leave them for the day. My youngest now attends and can't wait to go back in September. Keep up the good work girls.

My daughter has attended this nursery for over two years. All staff have been extremely caring and professional throughout this time. She enjoys nursery and is always keen to go and she enjoys the activities. Staff have also been accommodating to her specific needs.

My son has been at the nursery for 2 years and loves it. The staff are personable, friendly and he loves spending time with them as well as his peers. Staff take into account his interests and development and tailor his learning and care when they can. They are firm but fair if necessary with any behavioural issues if they arise. My son loves going every day and comes home happy and fulfilled. My only feedback is that the building could do with some upgrading but I understand this is in the plans.

The nursery is big bright and with a lovely garden. The staff at the nursery is very nice. You feel that you can contact them to check on your baby at any time. My baby has been settling well and seems very happy.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months and he is now 3.5 years old and he loves it. Never had any issues, staff are always so lovely, my son has had some health issues and they have always been so helpful and accommodating towards this. The staff always make me feel at ease with leaving my son with them, keeping me updated on his reviews and how he is coming on so well. Definitely recommended from us.
