Creative Kids Nursery Romford

My daughter started in September, and so far, it has been a highly positive experience. She enjoys being there, and the team is kind and attentive. They take great care of her, which gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus on work knowing she is in good hands.

We are so pleased with the nursery, the staff are great, our son loves them. They are good with communicating with us and support where needed. They have good facilities, a great garden and lovely library.

Areas for development include quality of meals provided, whilst this may be evident, I would like to know more about the ingredients and any organic preferences. An option for beef dishes would also be welcomed.

Two of my children attend the nursery, I can honestly say they are extremely happy there. All the stuff are very caring and kind. Both of them have developed so much with all of the teams support. I have recently had another child and everyone has gone above and beyond to help and support in any way they can.

I can't say enough good things about Creative Kids Nursery! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed into a vibrant and nurturing environment that feels like a second home for our little one. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, showing genuine care for each child's development and happiness.

We've had two children through Creative Kids in Romford between 2020-now. Other than the fees (which aren't unique to Creative Kids but a UK wide grumble!) we've had a brilliant experience. All the staff are friendly and informative, and the management are understanding and good at communicating information. We loved that the nursery was bigger with good amenities- garden/ play area, library, calm room, sports/ dancing teacher, farm/ police visits etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

When deciding which nursery, I always had in mind I would go for a smaller nursery, one that could give attention to all individual needs and provide that personal approach. I wasn't sure I was going to get that at Creative Kids Nursery being such a large nursery but I am happy to say I was so wrong. It's a large company with various locations but they ensure such attention to detail and personal care for both my kids as well as attending to our requests and making sure we are happy. My first has been at the nursery for over 3 years and my second born, a couple months and the level of care has been consistent throughout. I love that they have processes in place and a clear direction to where and which rooms kids are going in next, making sure there's continuous progression. Creative Kids can offer that as it's such a large nursery, the girls are truly amazing each one of them and the manager is super friendly and runs a tight ship, which I love! Thank you as always!

I am so happy my daughter attends nursery here and would definitely recommend it. It really is a magical place for the children!

Both my kids attend this nursery! Always enjoyed it staff are incredible in communicating and welcoming us from the start all the way through out the year. The manager again always on top of everything makes it feel like a family and always working together with us to give the best to all the children! Children loved it and settled in really quickly especially my daughter who always found it difficult with people she didn't know due to COVID settled in so well and loved it! Highly recommend this nursery.

A great variety of activities and lots of interesting and interactive things for the kids to be involved with.

My child has attended Creative Kids Nursery since they were 6 months old. The entire team are absolutely wonderful. They truly care for my child and I know they are safe. The nursery ensure safety is a top priority and have regular extra activities which the children love and I appreciate. The garden is ample with many available activities. The food is freshly prepared daily. My child is flourishing thanks to Creative Kids, we couldn't be happier.

I had regular updates and reports for his development, they organised various activities and celebrations for the kids (sports day, coronation day and their graduation day was wonderful).

It's a very good nursery with staff that takes the time to get to know your child and understands their learning process. The nursery is very well run: lots of updates and very clean. The staff are wonderful, they keep you informed of your child's development and they manage to teach, have fun and nurture your child at the same time. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

This is a wonderful nursery. Our daughter absolutely loves her time spent here. It is very well run; we were very impressed with how everything was dealt with during such uncertain times, our concerns and worries have always been understood and considered. Staff are so lovely, caring and provide excellent care. We know our daughter is well looked after, she is always happy and developing so much. She is always coming home with little crafts she has made, which she is so proud of - the variety of activities is excellent. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Thank you for all you do!

I just wish the app was a daily report of pictures as we only get a couple each month.

The key workers at Creative Kids Nursery have been great at looking after and really connecting with my child on a personal level which is always reassuring for any parent. My child has been going there for over a year now and I have seen a huge leap in her communication and confidence. It is a lovely nursery and I'm pleased that my child gets fresh food every day. The only thing I would like to see improve is I wish we could have all my child's updates, from nappy changes and naps to meals, on the app so we can keep up with our child's day and reduce the amount of paper being used. Overall I am happy as my child loves it there.

A very well run nursery at all levels from the owners to the manager and from room leaders to staff. Our son attended the nursery for two years and graduated this week; he was looked after so well. Rooms are lovely and bright with good facilities, the garden is huge, meals are carefully considered and their online system kept us informed of our son’s progress. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic procedures were carefully considered and implemented to keep everyone safe. The staff really care at this nursery and this was demonstrated to us each and every day. We would recommend this nursery to others.

I would be very lost without all their help teaching and looking after them.

Creative Kids Nursery Romford is a wonderful nursery. The staff are warm and caring and provide excellent care to the children. The nursery is efficiently run and well managed by the manager and her team. They have put excellent support in place during Covid to remain open and continue to provide care. We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

After over two years at Creative Kids Nursery Romford, I feel that they really have the children’s safety and development at the heart of everything they do. They have responded so positively to the current crisis and nothing is ever too much trouble, really understanding the parents view. As a parent you are well informed and the communication has been good from management through to room staff. Our little one has really thrived in the setting and I couldn’t want for more from a nursery environment.
