The complaints procedure is very poor and when I complained, I was left feeling that all the stuff was made up and instead of an apology I was offered “good luck with your new nursery”. That is not the support and understanding I am looking for from the nursery. Afterall I expect 100% communication when leaving my child. All in all, I did not feel secure or safe to leave my baby there and would not recommend Baby Nest.
