Sophie Richman has been the dedicated Manager of Bright Kids Day Nursery since 2021. With an extensive background in early years education, Sophie brings a wealth of experience gained from working across multiple nursery settings prior to joining Bright Kids. Her deep understanding of child development and unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds make her an invaluable leader within the nursery.

Under Sophie’s management, the nursery has flourished—now registered to care for up to 130 children. She oversees a growing team of eighteen staff members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that reflects her strong leadership and genuine rapport with her colleagues.

Sophie is equally passionate about building meaningful relationships with families. Her emphasis on Parent-Partnership ensures that every child receives high-quality care tailored to their individual needs, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where children can thrive.
