Daffodils Day Nursery - Norbury Avenue

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 1. The care and love she got there is amazing! I'm forever grateful to all the staff from the nursery for what they've done for my daughter over the last 3 years! Thank you aunties!

My son has attended this nursery since he was three and he is now graduating for reception! After two amazing years! I am so so delighted with his time at Daffodils Day Nursery. The staff are all amazing and make the children feel at home! You can feel the love and care from all the aunties! Well done Daffodils team you will be missed dearly! Best wishes.

My daughter refers to the staff as aunties and she has so much love and respect for them, they make her feel special as they do with all the kids that are in their care. Home away from home, family connections cemented.

My son (2 and 3/4) has been at this nursery since September 2019. He has blossomed into a well behaved little boy. The nursery does a nightly handover so I know what’s happened during the day. There are weekly themes that shape their activity, a four-weekly menu and a beautiful, large garden with lots of toys, shades and a vegetable patch! We have just completed potty training and the nursery kicked it off and he nailed it within a week! I can’t recommend this nursery and its caring staff enough. His little baby brother will be starting there in January 2022.

I love this nursery! We have used a few nurseries with my now older children, but have been using Daffodils Day Nursery - Norbury Avenue for my youngest daughter since returning to work when she was just 9 months old. She has always loved going to Daffodils and we love that she loves Daffodils! One thing that has struck, compared to the other nurseries, is that staff turnover is incredibly low! The staff, my daughter's caregivers, are amazing and I'm so grateful that she has seen the same faces since she was a baby. My daughter has another year to go before starting school and the thought of leaving this extended family makes me feel sad! Thank you for the love and being a constant reliable part of my daughter's life! The nursery is genuinely all about the kids. I wholeheartedly recommend Daffodils.

My son has attended the nursery since he turned one (almost four now) and I cannot be happier with his progression since starting. His speech, writing and social skills have all come on in leaps and bounds. He really enjoys nursery and playing with all his friends and the aunties.

Since my son has recently started attending this nursery, I have noticed a great improvement in his confidence, his language, and his willingness to interact with others. I couldn't be more pleased with his development so far, as he appears to be moving in the right direction.

Daffodils Day Nursery is an excellent place for a child to be they have excellent and very friendly staff, the environment is very clean they provide healthy food for children. My child is so happy with the staff as they are very friendly and welcoming, the nursery provides information on daily bases on how your child is performing or developing for example things that need to be looked into like behaviour, activities and collaboration with other children so far they are best and they are reliable when you leave your child with them. You also have confidence in them, the staff are very caring.

My little boy started in January 2020 he settled in quickly, the staff are lovely really friendly and caring with the kids. I would recommend daffodils nursery to all parents.

I feel so confident about leaving my son here at Daffodils Nursery. The staff are amazing and work closely with every child to learn about them. Definitely would recommend to every parent.

Fantastic nursery, my girls are very happy there, they love to go there every day. Staff very nice and caring, I recommend it to every parent. Lots of activities and play.

Lovely staff who are always willing to help. The staff here ensure childcare is provided at best levels possible. A friendly and safe environment for children.

I am so happy with the care and education provided by Daffodils both for my older daughter in the past and my younger daughter currently there. The staff are so lovely and diligent and go out of their way to ensure my daughter gets the best care possible. They notice little things about her that even I have missed. All the staff are wonderful and they feel like family. The staff always give me an update on what has happened that day. My daughter usually cannot wait to get to Daffodils in the mornings.

Both my boys have attended Daffodils and have been really happy there. It's a lovely, bright, clean and welcoming nursery, the stuff is helpful, kind and professional. The kids learn through play and exploring and are encouraged to express their own persoanlity. I have and would happily recommend Daffodils to anyone who is looking for a nursery where their child can be happy, developing and learning.

Daffodils is a brilliant nursery. My daughter is very happy there and the staff are very caring, approachable and encourage development.

The staff are extremely caring and are not afraid to give cuddles when the child needs reassuring. I feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care.

All the children from the three separate rooms eat together and the older children have been taught to be kind, gentle and caring toward the younger ones.

My daughter is in the pre-school room and the transition was smooth. Her ability to share has improved greatly and she is eager to learn.

Daffodils is a busy, lively, fun, organised and caring nursery. I couldn’t ask for more.
