The activities that are laid out in the garden are full of fun, the garden is big. Parents aren't invited to participate too.

Since visiting Bright Horizons North Finchley until today, we have not one complaint regarding their care. The staff are so warm, friendly and work as a team with us as parents for our daughter's wellbeing. They put on great activities for the children and families to be involved. Strict safeguarding and safety rules for picking up and dropping off. Our daughter was always well kept especially if she had any toilet accidents. We are picky parents when it concerns our children's wellbeing and all the staff have contributed to making us feel secure knowing our daughter is happy and well looked after. Our daughter misses nursery on her days off, and management are always available to speak to about anything. We will miss everyone dearly and recommend this nursery highly.

When my little one started nursery, she had stranger anxiety. But the Bright Horizons North Finchley team was able to form friendships with her quite soon and she settled in sooner than we expected. Special thanks to the staff for being kind and patient with my little one.

We have been so, so, so happy with nursery from the very beginning. The staff and management are so kind, friendly and professional and most importantly, they take excellent care of our son. The environment is very supportive, loving and stimulating. We love the garden, and we are impressed with the activities that the staff organize: crafts, holiday celebrations, building activities, outdoor and indoor play, puzzles and reading, it's just great for the kids! We also enjoyed the open days, which are good opportunities to meet other parents and chat more with the staff.

Our child had a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons North Finchley Day Nursery and Preschool. He joined in June 2022. It was his first nursery and separation from parents. He took his time to get comfortable with teachers, peers and surroundings. The staff made an exceptional effort in making him comfortable building friendships with other kids, building his confidence and encouraging him in all kinds of activities. We saw immense growth in our child and are immensely pleased to see him school-ready. The staff, food, activities, outside space, learning and care have all played a role in shaping him up. The overall experience has been exceptional.

Very important to mention is that food is amazing, our son loves it, the outside space is very big and the facilities ticked all the boxes.

Both of my children had the pleasure of attending Bright Horizons North Finchley Day Nursery and Preschool, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The nursery quickly became a home away from home for them, and the warmth and care they received is a testament to the incredible staff members. Every individual at the nursery is hands-on, constantly engaging the kids with a variety of enriching learning activities. As parents, the peace of mind we feel knowing our children are not only safe but also genuinely happy is invaluable. My husband and I are deeply grateful to the entire team for creating such a nurturing environment for our kids. Highly recommended!

In a world where childcare staff turnover is high, their staff retention has been steady since 2020 and that shows in the happy environment that the children and parents are welcomed into every day.

The staff are wonderful and warm and come up with brilliant ideas. The chef makes delicious and varied food which my son loves. I really can’t rate it more highly.

This nursery is one of the best, if not the best, nursery in the area! Our daughter moved to Bright Horizons North Finchley Day Nursery and Preschool from another nursery in July last year and she has been extremely happy and I can see a huge jump in her development and confidence since she came to this nursery. We absolutely love it! The room leader does so much to provide the children with the best care and always has great ideas to help the children develop further! Everyone in the nursery truly cares and I feel my daughter is in a safe and happy environment. The outside space is a huge plus at this nursery and allows children to play and explore, which I find fantastic! The facilities are great and my daughter absolutely loves the food at the nursery!

Our daughter (four-years-old) has been attending Bright Horizons North Finchley since she was 11 months old. She has been well looked after by caring, kind and enthusiastic staff throughout this time. We have always felt that she is safe, nurtured and happy here - she really enjoys her nursery days and has learnt so much. The nursery has a lovely, warm, family atmosphere; although it's part of a larger corporate, it feels very personal and intimate. This made it a very easy decision to send our son (one-year-old) here too. The settling-in period was very different due to Covid precautions, but we were amazed at how fast he has settled - he absolutely loves going to nursery and we have seen massive changes in his development already. I am very happy to recommend this nursery.

We’re very happy with everything at Bright Horizons North Finchley. It’s a lovely big space, with a great garden, and the staff are fantastic. Our daughter, now in reception, had a great time building fond relationships with the staff and making good friends. Our son, who’s two, is there now and is developing so well. He loves the garden and talks about his teachers and friends. It’s lovely seeing what they get up to on the app and the staff have made a real effort to organise Covid safe events (like graduation for our daughter and a Xmas party for our son) so we all feel involved. They did such a great job keeping the kids safe and staying open as much as possible during the pandemic. Finally, the office staff are so great too. They’re so welcoming in the morning and always happy to see the kids. My daughter still loves to see them too when she picks up her brother with us! Big thanks to all the staff. You’ve had a real positive impact on our kids early years.

Our eldest daughter has now been at Bright Horizons for almost three years and I have nothing but positive experiences, the staff have all been lovely throughout and she has grown and developed into a lovely young girl. She’s excited to attend and talks about all her friends and teachers non-stop. Our youngest started during the Covid pandemic which was worrying as we were no longer allowed into the nursery and had to drop her at the door. The staff were so reassuring and welcoming and she settled so quickly into the nursery and has loved it since. The new family app gives a window into what they’re getting up to which has been a lovely addition. The nursery is an extremely nurturing environment with both girls learning so much there and being very well cared for. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Our daughter is so happy at Bright Horizons North Finchley and has been since the day she started. She loves all the staff, the brilliant activities they do with the children, and the fab facilities. Even though she’s only been there during the pandemic, so we’ve not been able to go inside and see her room. The manager and all the staff have been great at keeping us informed and making us feel part of her nursery life. We would absolutely recommend Bright Horizons North Finchley to anyone for their child.

Our daughter attended this nursery from the age of 18 months until she left to start school. We are really pleased with her time at the nursery and would recommend it to anyone. The nursery offers lots of activities, in an open, cosmopolitan and respectful atmosphere and with lots of support for the child based on the child's needs. The staff are lovely too and make the overall positive experience, with lovely smiling faces on drop off and pick up, to the staff in the rooms and the lovely chef! The nursery manager and the management team are excellent and have navigated the coronavirus pandemic and associated lockdowns and restrictions brilliantly. Overall a fabulous nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent nursery, the garden is great and what makes it are the staff. They genuinely care and love the kids and go out of their way to help and make the kids feel loved and settled. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons North Finchley since February 2018 and has just left to join school. When we looked around the area at all the nursery this was easily one of the best and there was only one other that came close (but only because it was cheaper)! We picked North Finchley because the nursery was a lovely environment for my daughter with a fantastic garden and staff who cared and nurtured her while she was in their care. She developed socially and has a great foundation before starting school. My second child will be starting the nursery in a few months so I am very happy to recommend.
