I had a very positive experience with Tenderlinks Day Nursery. The staff is very friendly and very flexible. Always very open. Over the last few months, my son learned so much all because of the wonderful care.

Our experience here so far has been nothing more than fantastic. The staff here are great with my 2 boys and they have enjoyed every day coming here. We really would recommend this nursery to others.

Overall Experience
The staff are always really friendly and take a genuine interest in my son's well-being. They have helped him come on leaps and bounds in recent months. My son loves everything about the nursery and often requests to come in on his days off.

Staff here are transparent. They made us feel welcome from the very start and did everything possible to settle our son. The Nursery is very well run and every single member of staff are friendly and positive. Nothing here is too much to ask and our son loves attending.

My son really enjoys the nursery. His key worker is amazing as well as the rest of the nursery workers. Very friendly atmosphere and we love the paintings he brings home. Can't wait for the new system which means that we can see what the babies get up to during the day. Great value for money too....

My daughter has been attending Tenderlinks for the past 8 months in the baby room. She has really grown and flourished during her time there. The staff have been very hands on and the amount of activities being done on a weekly basis is impressive, to say the least. The room itself is great. It is large and bright and is self-sufficient from the other part of the nursery. The nursery has recently implemented software which keeps the parents informed and is very interactive so that I know exactly what is going on day-to-day. The food which is served is also fantastic. They use this company called Slice of Pie which focuses on a variety of different foods using no salt and or additives ( I love this!). The nursery has also incorporated a parent's online feature which lets us parents meet one another and exchange different topics. There have been a lot of positive changes and I am extremely satisfied with the service both my daughter and I are receiving.

We really love Tenderlinks Day Nursery in Streatham. My 20 month old daughter has really progressed since she's been there. When she arrives in the morning she's really happy to see all the staff. When we pick her up in the evening we are given a full description of her day. Overall Experience
The manager of the nursery is very kind, she tries to put her self in the parents shoes. She makes sure all children are treated well. She also makes the carer feel happy working with her. They are very clean and tidy. They give a daily report for all the children, which is very good.

Hi, I’m Sonia and I am the manager at Tenderlinks Day Nursery in Streatham. I have been the manager since March 2021.
Watching a child grow and reach their potential is one of life’s greatest pleasures and knowing that I get to experience this every day gives me a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment.
With a background from Portugal, we have a strong family ethos, this always gave me opportunities to be around children and I guess in a way it was the beginning of my path into childcare.
I have been in the industry for over 19 years, working my way through various age groups and ranks, this gave me the opportunity to gaining experience, knowledge and obtain my qualifications along the way.
I started my career early in 2003 in a small setting in London, I then moved on to bigger settings where I was fortunate to be able to develop my knowledge through education. I began by gaining relevant qualifications which included my NVQ’s in childcare as well as being able to go to university where I was awarded my BA Hons degree in teaching and learning.
To be given the opportunity of becoming Tenderlinks manager is a pleasure, alongside my team we aim to provide a secure and stimulating environment, with the feal of a home from home. We follow the children’s interests and feed their curious minds through various approaches. We aim to give them the best start to their development as well as their learning journey.
