Tenderlinks Day Nursery - Streatham

Only been a few months in but we had no problems at all. The staff are always nice and approachable. Always keeping us posted on our little one's progress, uploading pictures regularly. Uploading their observations and next steps. Always feel safe and happy dropping off our little one to the nursery.

The staff are very friendly, my son learned a lot from this nursery which includes being more confident and friendly to everyone he met. He is able to express his feelings and talk about things that he really wants. Excellent. Thank you.

I am a mum of three and all of my children have been attending Tenderlinks Nursery for just a little over two years. We had our down days with missing clothing or paint all over their clothing (nothing a spear outfit in their bag wouldn't resolve) but all of the ups superseded that. The staff are amazing, so diligent and caring. I felt like they all had an individual relationship with each of my children. They would do the smallest of things that would make a great impact. Bending down when greeting or address the children, using their best skills the cater to each specific child's need. I really felt comfortable dropping them off at Tenderlinks, they felt like family. Every time I collected the children, on our ride home the children always had lovely things to say about their day. One of them would cry quite frequently when he realised I was there to collect him because he just didn't want nursery to end.

Great nursery all round. My little boy started when he was 2 years, he absolutely loves it and enjoy all the different activities. The staff is friendly and nothing is ever too much. Staff always welcome parents and their children with a lovely smile.

My son attended from October 2018 to September 2020. He settled in very quickly and built positive relationships with the staff and other children. He enthusiastically went along early in the morning and developed a good routine. He ate well and staff always gave me good detailed feedback at the end of the day. He was always engaged in activities and it was great to be able to get news during the day via the famly app. The nursery are very accommodating, helpful and flexible and really has a great personal touch. My son had a very positive experience at the nursery and I fully recommend it to others.

The outdoor space at the nursery is rather small but we feel they have made the best use of it and put on a varied range of activities for children throughout the week.

Me and my son are very happy with this nursery. He always wanted to go, he liked the carers very much and talked about them all the time. I can recommend it to my family and friends and everyone.

Over the past couple of months during the crisis the manager has been working very hard in the nursery by decorating, putting new furniture, toys for the children to play with and also she has been keeping the kids engaged by sending emails of activities to do with our children at home.

Staff are all friendly, although sometimes they don’t really interact with parents during handover.

My child was at this nursery for over one year. He settled then unsettled, this continues due to staff turn over and change. The nursery never had parents evening to give parents a progress report. I never saw a baseline of my child’s development. Some staff came across lovely, however never lasted. Routines didn’t seem to be daily eg., cereal times etc. Overall I had a bad experience at this nursery, the changes have been happening since we first started back in 2017 and still not satisfactory.

Lovely, friendly staff who pay attention to each and every child. Great range of activities and happy, active atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This is my son's first nursery experience and he is settling in well. The staff are very kind and friendly. I am happy with the setting and with his progress.

Happy, energetic, professional environment. Organised and achieves a sense of progressional development for your child. My daughter is always smiling when I come to pick her up.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for a few weeks now and I have been satisfied with the effort they made for her to settle in. Excellent staff and nursery.

I feel that my experience at this nursery has been exceptional. It is a kind and friendly environment that my son really enjoys. My son loves coming to nursery and gets on well with all the staff. He is more of a confident boy. When he comes home he is always happy and tells me about the day he has had.

Recent changes to management structure. Seems to be nil disruption to services or care standard provided.

Though small and with limited garden space and facilities, I immediately got a good vibe from the friendly staff and happy children. My daughter loves nursery and adores her keyworker. She skips off happily at drop-off and is sometimes reluctant to leave at pick-up! She is chatty and sociable and comes home with new words and songs all the time. I feel she is in a great, loving environment, which is all she needs at her age.

Good all round experience. My daughter enjoys her time here and is learning well for her age.

Only thing I would like to change is a bigger outside space and trips to the local park for more open space, activities.
