Storkway Neighbourhood Nursery is run by a well-qualified, kind and caring team who make the most of indoor and outdoor learning environments in order to support positive early years learning. The nursery offers 50 Ofsted registered places and all professionals are trained to pursue key EYFS objectives.

Part of the Alliance, the nursery offers a friendly and secure approach to learning for children aged from birth to five-years-old. A team of caring, friendly and qualified staff help each child develop at their own pace and actively encourage parents to become involved in the life of the nursery.

Rated as 'Good' by Ofsted (November 2023). The nursery, located in Kidbrooke - London, is open from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays and three staff training days.

Our daughter has been at Storkway for 5-months since she was a year old and we're so pleased with the experience both for her and us. She was very scared of any new people and surroundings having spent most of her life in lockdown with only us, but the staff were patient and confident which really helped
the settling in process. It wasn't long before she no longer cried when dropping off and now is happy to walk in each day and enjoys so many different activities. Her eating has also improved which is another big relief knowing she is having a balanced and varied diet. Having an app to see updates from food to sleeping to development observations is also amazing, we can't imagine being without it. I also find the cost very reasonable and finally I was able to safely visit and meet staff before enrolling which many nurseries were not doing during the lockdown and I couldn't imagine sending a child to a nursery where I couldn't meet staff in person so I'm glad they were able to do this.

We have had a very positive experience with Storkway Nursery so far.
The staff are enthusiastic, hard-working and knowledgeable. They deliver the Early Years curriculum effectively, and it is astonishing how much progress our little boy has made in less than half a year!
There is a caring and supportive
ethos that values all children, prioritising their needs and celebrating their successes. No wonder why our little boy wakes up every morning with a big smile asking to 'play'!
The app offers an insight as to what happens every day at nursery; from learning activities to snacks.
Overall, we feel very fortunate as parents that our son attends this nursery. He is happy, safe and overly excited!

I would highly recommend Storkway Nursery.
Staff are amazing – kind, caring, full of passion and energy.
They do plenty of learning and fun activities, they’re really creative.
They somehow manage to support the individual child’s needs, and make sure every child is happy, feels secure and comfortable.
They have also been amazing throughout the Covid period, providing extra safety measures which are both kid and parent-friendly.
They use an app logging the child’s progress, activities as well as all the daily info like food, nappies, naps etc. This makes a parent know what’s happening during the day which is really helpful.

My daughter has attended Storkway for just over a year and a half. She loves it! The staff are so welcoming and friendly! My daughter settled almost straight away which is great, the staff are also very approachable with any concerns and are always available to chat. She has learnt so much whilst attending
here and she always comes out with a smile. The Famly app is great as we are able to see what our daughter has been doing/eating etc. Would definitely recommend this nursery!

Storkway are always professional and fully fun for my daughter. They organise varied activities and have an amazing outdoor play area where the children can play whenever they wish to. We are very happy with the team.

Storkway Nursery is a warm and welcoming environment for children to play and learn. The staff are lovely and care for each individual child to a high standard. I never worry about leaving my son in their care. He settled in well and easily built good relationships with each staff member. The family
app is a great way for me to check in on his progress and general well-being. I am so happy I found this nursery. I always talk about Storkways to my friends and family because my son enjoys it so much.

I have a very positive experience with Storkway Nursery in Kidbrooke.
My daughters started this nursery in January 2019 and they have settled in very quickly.
The staff and management are extremely helpful and open to discuss any matters or concerns we may have.
The children are doing many different
activities during the day and they are learning a lot.
They also play often outside in the garden.
Overall I am very happy that we have found such a friendly place for our daughters where they enjoy playing and learning and making new friendships.

Storkway is the best nursery I have sent my children to. The staff are friendly and they always make you feel welcomed and always ensure the children are number one priority. Always serve happy, nutritious food and ensure children always have a different activity to do every day.

My daughter struggled to settle. However the loving and caring staff and management help to make the difficult transition to nursery a great experience. My daughter has settled and loves nursery and her teachers very much.

My daughter is attending Storkway Neighbourhood Nursery for about 6 months now. Although we had difficulties at the start with settling in she absolutely loves nursery now. Staff were very supportive, management provided extra settling days, just to make sure my daughter is happy. My daughter is starting
to talk now and I have noticed she picks up a lot of new words from nursery. Great thing also that you can monitor your child's activities from provided app, so you can see from work when your child is fed, how many times changed or went to sleep.
I highly recommend this nursery.

Storkway Neighbourhood Nursery is a wonderfully welcoming and warm background where children are nurtured. Fun is woven into the environment and children are shown genuine warmth and affection by all of the staff. There is a range of activities set out by the nursery nurses but children are still free
to make choices as to where they play and develop. Storkway comes highly recommended.

Storkway Nursery has been a wonderful and positive environment for our daughter. She started at 11 months young and has gone for 1 year so far and she's learned so much in that time. The Storkway team really make the difference and everyone at Storkway has been fantastic and exactly the kind of folks
you want your child to spend their day with. We are very pleased all around with her care and growth and owe so much to the team for the love and education they provide each day. We especially like the use of the Famly app as we can easily check in on how she's eating, her nap times and even her nappy changes! We also like the regular progress reports that help us see how her development is progressing and understand how we can enhance at home the great work the Storkway team do each day. It's just a great neighbourhood nursery and we are so happy with the care they give.

My son started here when he was 5 months old. As a first time mother, I was worried and didn't know how we will all take it. 2 years and 2 months later, we couldn't be happier. The staff are firm yet lovely and they teach me a thing or two as we go away. Very pleased we picked Storkway Neighbourhood

My two girls attend nursery five days a week. I find the staff extremely caring, friendly and attentive to me and the girls.


The girls love going to nursery and often talk about their carers with excitement and affection.


I highly recommend this nursery.

My eldest son has attended this nursery for approx 3 years. My husband and I have been very pleased overall and my son has been happy and extremely well cared for. I have always been able to talk to all the staff openly and freely.
Whereas I've had some worries about my son's behaviour/development,
I have been able to speak to staff and get feedback and we have worked together. Most importantly, throughout all his time here, I have felt staff have cared about him and I know he is well looked after. My baby how starts in the baby room and I have no worries he will be well cared for. I have also recommended this nursery to friends and it's good for us.

I find Storkway staff very professional and helpful, ensuring all my child's needs were met. The equipment/toys were always set up and presented very well, engaging children to want to play with them! Lunches were varied and staff always encouraged children to eat, giving parents feedback daily on eating/toilet
time/the day in general.
