Little Garden The Hammersmith Day Nursery & Pre-School

Ok, if I had to pick 3 things, I would say we like it so much because:

1) it provides a very loving care, the children are loved up and feel comfortable and secure and it often feels like I am dropping them off in their second home - especially when you can smell the cauliflower being cooked!

2) the children are being taught to be nice and kind with each other and I have witnessed many times the benefits of this.

3) incredibly flexible, keen to accommodate neurotic (or not!) parents' needs.

Oh but I forgot the amazing French lessons and last but not least Playball lessons on a Tuesday which is an amazing activity to have for the development of all children but especially energetic little boys like ours...

We are very happy with this nursery. Our son likes it too, he never says that I don't want to go etc. We like the nursery's layout that everything, also the garden, is on same level, always nice and clean. The teachers are friendly and really care about children. As our child is nearly 3 years old he is in the same room with older children which is very good for his development.

I am very happy with the care my grandson is receiving. He has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery, the facilities are clean, inviting and he enjoys the garden, he likes the open space and the freedom of being outside with the toys especially the slide.

I have two sons that attend this nursery. Let's just say it is the highlight of their week to be surrounded with so much love from their teachers and their friends. They both went from being fussy eaters to overeaters in a matter of weeks. They love all their learning activities and mini science projects. They especially love their newly refurbished garden with a tree house and a slide. They really love the French lessons too. The most important thing for me is that they are safe, loved looked after and developing well academically.

The staff at Hammersmith are amazing and very supportive. The children attending always seem happy and this is thanks to the great learning environment the staff have created, approachable teachers and the fantastic management team. We will be sad to leave Hammersmith when our daughter starts school, but will definitely have the nursery on stand by for our second child.

Overall this is a great nursery, the staff is more than doing their fair share, they are kind and caring. I would recommend the place from baby stage.

Hammersmith Day Nursery & Pre-school staff has created such a nice environment for both of my boys to think and feel encouraged to learn, engage and build friendships. They really like the space indoors and also the beautiful garden. The nursery manager and teachers are extremely caring and very helpful during tough times, especially appreciated when staff make a great extra effort when I was having severe back problems and my younger son wanted (and needed) to learn how to walk. I can highly recommend the nursery to others.

There are a lot of activities, toys, books and a really nice garden.

The Hammersmith Day Nursery and Pre-school is a wonderful place for my daughter. The staff are superb, caring, loving and inspirational. Every time I go there the staff and children are always smiling, having fun and most importantly they are always engaged in so many different activities. This nursery is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend anyone to go there.

I often use this nursery to bring and collect my nephew. I find the staff always well mannered and jolly and friendly. The children are always in good spirits. The building is clean and warm.

Excellent 1st class ... service which the staff are the most friendly staff members I have come across. Always collecting a happy child whatever the weather. Would recommend to anyone with children.

My son has been going to the nursery 2 days a week and has had an amazing time every time. The staff have been very welcoming and available to me whenever I needed. The manager has been very nice and welcoming. Thanks to her energy, the whole place runs smoothly and very efficiently. Plenty of activities are available from the youngest age, my son can do activities that I would not be able to do at home so easily. He is learning something new every time. I recommend this nursery.

My children benefit from a loving, fun, creative and stimulating environment. The inspirational staff help children to develop educationally, emotionally and socially. The facilities are superb, with a lovely new garden area and fresh, healthy food prepared on site. This nursery is second to none and highly recommended!

We have been coming to the nursery for nearly four years, and if you measure standards of education by our boy's happiness and development, they are top of the class.

Since the redevelopment the nursery has leapt forward in all senses, the staff have been incredible and the whole atmosphere has lifted.

Testament to the hard work of the teachers is the way the children respond to them, enjoying their days and visibly improving and being proud of their own development.

Hope to organise more activities outside of nursery like green park.

I had a good feeling about this nursery when I visited it 2 years ago to find the right place for my first daughter. Today, both of my daughters are happily placed every day in this wonderful nursery. The quality of the people, the care and most importantly, the fun that the children have every day is nothing short of extraordinary. The women that work here truly enjoy their jobs and are so loving with all of the children. They pay close attention to how my girls are developing and provide detailed feedback on a daily basis. Our children eat healthy food, play inside and outside every day and diverse activities for learning and fun are organised multiple times a day for education. This nursery has become a second home for our girls. We couldn't be happier to see what a wonderful, loving and inspirational environment they spend their day in. Thank you to all of the members of staff at the Hammersmith nursery. Each of you are absolutely exceptional at what you do!

The Hammersmith Day Nursery and Pre-School is an excellent place to bring up your children.

There is a fantastic team of warm welcoming, friendly and caring people who will make sure your little ones are well looked after.

The manager will go above and beyond her needs to ensure every child and parent's needs are met. This is a very important factor of the nursery to me as a parent and makes it such a success.

The nursery prides itself in the wide range of activities it provides ensuring the children's education and social and emotional well-being is looked after.

I would gladly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have peace of mind and knowing their child will be well taken care of in every way.

In general I am very satisfied with Hammersmith Day Nursery and grateful for the members of staff there for taking care of my boy so well. The period of settling-in was quickly arranged and went very smoothly. I was a little worried initially as my son had a bad experience with his previous nursery, so I explained my situation to the manager and caring team. They were extremely considerate and flexible and the key person managed to develop a strong bond with my son within short time. Ever since then, my son has been thriving in the nursery, picking up new English words (English is not his first language), mastering new skills (flipping on his jacket, singing, dancing, doing some cleaning) and starting to make friends. One person that I cannot speak more highly of is the manager, she is the most passionate person I have ever met so far. There's so much energy in her that all children loved bounding up and down around her, singing and listening to stories. I surely recommend.

My baby is really happy there. He is 10 months old and started 2 months ago to go to nursery. They are doing loads of different activities. He is enjoying water play and dirty play as well. All the staff are lovely. The woman that is mainly looking after him is genuine and always in a good mood. I'm really happy and mind free when I leave him there 2 days a week because I know that he will be well looked after! Also, the cook is making fresh food for them.

I am so pleased with the nursery, my daughter's attended this nursery and now my son attends this nursery. They learnt a lot on everything and they are very happy. The staff are very good and very kind and they tell me what my son does at nursery. The management is very good and friendly too.
