Would recommend to anyone!
Management very approachable!
I recommend this nursery as my daughter has been coming here since she was 1 years old. She has been settled and happy by support from consistent staff members. I am so happy with the level of service and support I received from them. My daughter participated in fun activities every day which she enjoys. These activities cover the seven areas of development, helping her grow in confidence and ability.
I had 2 girls attend Oak Tree, no complaints at all. My fist daughter loves coming back to visit. Both children were/are well looked after, well fed and very happy here.
My son really enjoys going to this nursery. The staff are great and the activities are fun and educational.
My son attends Oak Tree day nursery and I've had no issues. He's well cared for. The staff are friendly and attentive to his every need.
My son is clearly happy at the Nursery and is developing well. The nursery staff are attentive and diligent whilst always giving the parents comprehensive feedback at the end of each day. There is a wide range of fun and educational activities including a very interactive and safe garden. We have felt from day one that they have taken the time to get to know him and have helped with the aspects that he needs i.e fussy eating.
What I really like is the fact that there are pictures of the children and display them on the walls amongst their drawing/ paintings. You feel like you know what they've been doing.
The garden is amazing and they go as soon as possible and as often as possible.
They also sometimes have someone presenting animals; they offer French lessons and music lessons. They organise parties for different celebrations such as Halloween or Christmas.
Really like them!
I am very happy with Oak Tree Nursery. My children love it so much. They are happy every day they come in. The care is excellent, staff super friendly. People working in this nursery are really experienced in childcare. I can see how my lads are developing every day. Love this place!
We have used Oak Tree Day Nursery for five years. They are caring and friendly and have contributed fantastically to my children's development. As a working mum they're a big part of my life.
My daughter went to Oak Tree from 1-3 so all the way from the baby room to just starting in pre-school. It's a wonderful place and we're so pleased we found it. The staff are friendly, helpful and really get to know the children (not just the children in their direct care). If you have any concerns they are very responsive and respond quickly. There are also great activities that you may not find elsewhere such as french, music, the annual farm trip, various other trips and parties-visits from the animals with zoolabs and the Christmas party were always a highlight for our daughter. She really enjoyed her time at Oak Tree and was almost always happy to go to nursery in the morning and always happy when we picked her up, chatting about her day. She made lots of friends amongst both the children and staff and has become a really sociable, happy little girl.
give day to day of your chiid's performance.
I am a mother of 4 children and every single one of my children has attended Oaktree Day Nursery. The nursery is very clean, the classroom and toilets are cleaned throughout the day. In the evening cleaners come everyday to give it an extra wipe down which is very important to me. The staff are warm and welcoming. They are very easy to talk to and any concerns I have had, have been dealt with immediately. I really enjoy the professional bond I have created with staff. I truly believe they prepared my 2 older children for school by encouraging them to write their names, circle time, simple problem solving and also introducing other cultures to them. Oaktree is a very diverse Nursery and really encourage children to experience new things by taking the children to Polka Theatre, and inviting zoola bugs. Music lesson with boogy mites and French lessons every week. They provide breakfast, morning snacks, lunch and afternoon tea which all consist of healthy 5 day balance which my children really enjoy and makes life a lot easier for me. Overall I have no faults with this Nursery and definitely recommend it. It's a wonderful Nursery truly happy with the nursery.
This nursery is a gem in Streatham Hill and I would recommend it to any prospective parent wholeheartedly. My daughter attended Oak Tree Day Nursery from when she was 1 1/2 years old all through to when she started school. The staff at the nursery were very caring, attentive and guided her through all her milestones and key stages. Days are wonderfully planned and organized, and there are many extra activities - both on and off site - to choose from, not least a regular annual trip to the farm which my daughter always enjoyed. I would particularly like to recommend the Nursery Manager, who is the perfect combination of competent and caring, making sure all parent's, children's and staff's needs are met, and never forgetting even the tiniest requests that we had. Our time with the nursery was a very positive one, my child is a more confident and engaging as a result of the atmosphere she received there and our years of loyalty have proved our satisfaction with the care received there. I wish all the staff and management of the nursery all the best going forward.
My son has been going to Oak Tree Day Nursery for over 12 months now and I'm pleased with his progression. The staff members are always very friendly and I like the settings of the nursery and their day care. Would definitely recommend!
We have been at Oak Tree Day for the last 3 and 1/2 years and had our last day this week as our daughter starts school in a few weeks. Our youngest went there too. We are very sad that we cannot leave our son there (too far from the primary school and home). We extremely recommend Oak Tree for any mums who needs a nursery. Our daughter grew into a social, lovely, bubbly, intelligent girl and all thanks to the staff at nursery. She will be the youngest in school, but the staff made sure she will OK, and she is ready. They have been talking about big school for months and all the children in Pre-school are very excited! We have no negative things to say about Oak Tree. Our daughter started when she was 6 months old with a milk allergy. I was always happy with the care they gave her, from adapting to her diet, to teaching her how to walk, weaned her off the dummy, getting her into a daily nap after lunch, to being potty trained in a week. My daughter always got a personalised Birthday Card from the staff, as well as Christmas ones too. The outside is bigger than any other nurseries we have seen in the area. They organised trips to the library, local parks, theatre and a yearly trip to a farm. They also have weekly music and French lessons which my daughter absolutely loved! The staff managed to make me cry on our last days with personalised goodbye cards, filled with photos of my children with their key worker. Oak Tree is a big family that we will deeply miss!
