Parent's involvement is critical to their child's care and early learning, so staff are always on hand to discuss concerns, suggestions or queries.

They are fully committed to regular communication between parent and the child's key worker; in addition parents have full access to their child's personal file as well as a daily report sheet.

Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington is always super welcoming and friendly, to the children and us as parents. Our son joined the nursery in the baby room in January 2020 and I always felt his welfare was the highest priority of the nursery. There are lots of fun and interesting activities for him to
explore each day as well as activities for the family to join in for special days. During the Covid-19 lockdown, the nursery has been great at keeping in touch to ensure the children still have familiar faces nearby.

Our son has been at The Magic Roundabout since he was 9 months old and from day one the staff have felt like an extended part of our family. The settling in process was so gentle, the nursery staff gave our son (and us!) so much love and support to make sure it was a success. Our son loves it there,
everyone knows his name, everyone waves and makes a fuss of him when he arrives and again when he goes home, and it's the same for all the children there, they're all made to feel special. And it's not just love they get, they get a lot of tailored development too, and great food - I've been amazed at the meals he's eaten while at nursery!
The Magic Roundabout has made a really positive difference to all our lives, I get to go to work happy and confident that my son is in the best possible care.

The staff at Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington really go above and beyond, they are so caring and make you feel like part of the family. They have been flexible and understanding of the needs of a working parent, particularly through the Covid pandemic.
And my son is absolutely thriving there, he
loves it so much it’s often a struggle to get him to leave in the evening.

This nursery is one of the top nurseries I know. I have never had a problem with the staff here and the appearance and classrooms here are kept well also. My eldest daughter attended this nursery at the age of 1 and left to go to primary school at 4. She was very well looked after as during her time
at this nursery she undertook chemotherapy at the age of 3 for a whole year and the staff ensured she was ok and safe at all times and I seriously trusted them with my daughter's health and keeping her safe as she had tubes from her chest. My second daughter who is now 1 started this nursery last year September at the age of 4 months and honestly has improved with her awareness as a baby. Her teachers are so informative and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better nursery to place my kids in!

By the time our youngest leaves the nursery, we will have been using this nursery for almost 9 years continuously. In all this time we have always felt the staff is very caring, and the management supportive.

I first chose this nursery because there were no other nurseries that started this early and finished as late and this was needed as I am a school teacher.
In the end of January, my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and was hospitalised for a few weeks. The nursery not only were very supportive
and bought my daughter presents and welcomed her back with open arms, but they also underwent training in order to understand how to deal with the condition and now many of their members are type 1 diabetes trained. I was incredibly impressed by the initiative the nursery took to help myself and my partner to resume work and feel comfortable that she was being taken care of.
Aside from this its worth mentioning that the staff are very welcoming and jolly people. It's nice to know the children are in a positive happy environment.

My nephew and niece are both attending Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington.


Whenever I drop off or collect them there is always someone to greet you, they have established a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff are always engaged with the children and carry out activities from morning until evening.


I

also notice outstanding diversity with children of all different cultures and backgrounds attending the nursery. My nephew and niece speak fondly of both staff and children alike.

I am very pleased with the care my little 2-year-old gets. Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington is a wonderful place that promotes equality and diversity. The children enjoy healthy, fresh on-site cooked meals. My child has learned a lot and became more confident and outgoing. I am extremely happy with
the way staff care for my child and management that is always attentive. My child flourishes in a safe environment. The garden and the entrance are guarded with two security doors.

Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington is the best nursery for the area of Southwark. Staff is caring, looks after each child individually; they listen to the parents and to the child! My younger son joined Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington when he was a baby at 11 months old and now he is turning 3
in a few weeks time. His care has been outstanding, the staff know all the children regardless of which room they belong to, they take the time each morning and evening to talk to each parent to check and report on the child's wellbeing and achievements. The staff are very patient in teaching new concepts, letters, numbers, shapes, colours, good behaviour, etc. and they work hard with each child to ensure that the child learns at his own pace but not left behind. When my son had medical needs (as all young children do from time to time), they were fantastically caring like a home to home environment. The facilities are spotlessly clean and with a variety of toys and other activities (indoors and outdoors) suitable for EYFS setting.

My little boy attends in BR and he has settled really well. The staff is loving and caring and they respond to my child’s needs.
The management is very supportive and provides lots of reassurance.

I cannot say how happy we are to have found this nursery. The staff (every single person) is amazing, my son loves everyone, keeps mentioning the ladies names at home and showing us what he learned during the day (dancing, singing, counting now). We see him making so much progress and he seems really
fulfilled.
Our son was three months old when he started at Kennington Nursery (he is two now), so easy to imagine how hard it was the first day I left him. But all the ladies reassured us, they respected all the "rules" I asked them to follow regarding food, nap, etc. (they keep records of everything in a book you can consult each day).
He never cries when we leave him in the morning, is always happy to see the ladies and his friends, which is the most important as a parent, to see our little one happy!
We really recommend Magic Roundabout nursery at Kennington for all these reasons and many others (conviviality, smiles, kindness). Thank you Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington!
