MRN believes in the 'shared care' of children whereby parents work in partnership and contribute to the shared information between home and nursery.

Parent's involvement is critical to their child's care and early learning, so staff are always on hand to discuss concerns, suggestions or queries.

They are fully committed to regular communication between parent and the child's key worker; in addition parents have full access to their child's personal file as well as a daily report sheet.

Since our son has been at the nursery the staff have been great with us and our son. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for nursery. They are so accommodating, there's a sense of community and they are always so positive around the kids. They also have a variety of food on their
menus, my son has really gone out of his comfort zone to try new foods.

Fantastic nursery - our son (2.5 years old) is really enjoying it here, after starting a month ago. The outdoor play area is great - it makes drop-off and pick-ups really enjoyable and is conducive to being able to chat with staff, receive informal updates etc. (Some nurseries are a bit like a fortress
outside and don’t feel as welcoming!)
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcome input from parents. There is a real effort to try and understand the child’s individual interests to inform the activities they do at nursery, which is excellent.
The nursery app is also really good and we appreciate the detailed updates and photos of our son throughout the day!

This nursery is absolutely brilliant, it was my first choice when we moved into the area but there were no places at the time. Covid happened and I had to move my daughter's nursery and this was my first choice! They were accommodating and helpful, so kind and answered every crazy question I may have
had. The teachers are brilliant, they know all of the kids and parents well and you can tell they all care about each and every child from the heart. My daughter loves nursery so much she doesn’t want to leave! She has learnt so much since being here and having the app to also be able to see what she’s up to is amazing. Thank you to all the team at Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington, you guys are all doing such an amazing job!

Great school, they have lots of staff, who've all been really nice and have a really positive, child-led approach to caring for the kids. Our daughter loves it there and has gotten so much out of it. I'd recommend this nursery wholeheartedly.

I am very happy with this nursery. My daughter started at 6 months and the staff were so friendly and accommodating it reassured me she would be just fine there. All of the staff seem to be extremely passionate about their work and have a good relationship with my daughter even if they do not work in
her room. The management is great, any issues/ queries I have will be dealt with quickly and appropriately. The nursery are also taking the Covid restrictions very seriously which is so important. My daughter does so many different activities which I can see throughout the day via the app. This nursery is great!

My daughter absolutely loves the nursery! The staff are incredibly attentive and supportive of both the children and parents, you can tell they love what they do and love the children. My daughter has been attending since she was a baby, the settling in was smooth and reassuring, and now she is an active
toddler and is thriving! The staff are always available for a chat (even on Zoom) and care about your child’s development and progress. There are excellent resources and the staff take time to pay attention to your child’s likes and dislikes and get them involved in new activities. They keep the parents updated by an App which gives daily feedback and a monthly newsletter so you know what your child is learning. The food menu is also great and varied!
I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old and has been really happy since the beginning. The Staff are what make the nursery so good, they really go out of their way to make it a warm and welcome place for her be. I would recommend it highly!

My son loves the nursery, since attending he grew at home, he is full of excitement (and his energy is already on 10 - so that times 2!). His carers are so lovely and when I asked for feedback the manager and key workers gave informative and practical feedback, that I could even implement at home. The
nursery also provides a parent app which they update every time my son attends!

Both my children have attended Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington. The nursery environment is warm and inviting, all staff and management are very welcoming and friendly.
The partnership with parents is brilliant, always keeper update with child’s progress and the latest activities and event.

my children development went from strength to strength.

Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington is always super welcoming and friendly, to the children and us as parents. Our son joined the nursery in the baby room in January 2020 and I always felt his welfare was the highest priority of the nursery. There are lots of fun and interesting activities for him to
explore each day as well as activities for the family to join in for special days. During the Covid-19 lockdown, the nursery has been great at keeping in touch to ensure the children still have familiar faces nearby.

Our son has been at The Magic Roundabout since he was 9 months old and from day one the staff have felt like an extended part of our family. The settling in process was so gentle, the nursery staff gave our son (and us!) so much love and support to make sure it was a success. Our son loves it there,
everyone knows his name, everyone waves and makes a fuss of him when he arrives and again when he goes home, and it's the same for all the children there, they're all made to feel special. And it's not just love they get, they get a lot of tailored development too, and great food - I've been amazed at the meals he's eaten while at nursery!
The Magic Roundabout has made a really positive difference to all our lives, I get to go to work happy and confident that my son is in the best possible care.

The staff at Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington really go above and beyond, they are so caring and make you feel like part of the family. They have been flexible and understanding of the needs of a working parent, particularly through the Covid pandemic.
And my son is absolutely thriving there, he

This nursery is one of the top nurseries I know. I have never had a problem with the staff here and the appearance and classrooms here are kept well also. My eldest daughter attended this nursery at the age of 1 and left to go to primary school at 4. She was very well looked after as during her time
at this nursery she undertook chemotherapy at the age of 3 for a whole year and the staff ensured she was ok and safe at all times and I seriously trusted them with my daughter's health and keeping her safe as she had tubes from her chest. My second daughter who is now 1 started this nursery last year September at the age of 4 months and honestly has improved with her awareness as a baby. Her teachers are so informative and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better nursery to place my kids in!

My two children have attended this nursery and as a father I was extremely happy with the care the whole of Kennington staff put in to make sure my children were very well taken care of and developing well. Daily feedback was always given and always very welcoming by all.

I first chose this nursery because there were no other nurseries that started this early and finished as late and this was needed as I am a school teacher.
In the end of January, my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and was hospitalised for a few weeks. The nursery not only were very supportive
and bought my daughter presents and welcomed her back with open arms, but they also underwent training in order to understand how to deal with the condition and now many of their members are type 1 diabetes trained. I was incredibly impressed by the initiative the nursery took to help myself and my partner to resume work and feel comfortable that she was being taken care of.
Aside from this its worth mentioning that the staff are very welcoming and jolly people. It's nice to know the children are in a positive happy environment.
