Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington

Really recommended.

Our baby started at twelve months in the baby room - the staff are very experienced and he settled in well within six weeks. Our toddler now has good connections with the staff in his room and is developing in confidence. He's always really happy when we see him playing even at the end of a long day. There is a good variety of food offered throughout the day, cots for young ones to sleep in and a small outdoor playground on site.

Really great outside play area - much bigger than other nurseries in the area.

My son started three days a week at the beginning of November (11 months old) He has settled in so well and has been looked after amazingly by all the wonderful staff. I feel so at ease and comfortable when I have to leave him each morning. Would recommend it to all my mummy friends.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly and offers him stimulation that we can't in our flat. He seems genuinely happy to go in.

Our son is so happy at Magic Roundabout Nursery - a year in, and he’s still excited in the morning to go play and learn with his friends and carers, who get hugs on arrival. When we collect him, he is buzzing around the playground, having such fun! We have to persuade him to come home for dinner sometimes. He has flourished during his time at Magic Roundabout Nursery. Staff are friendly, caring and approachable. We love the large outside area for children to safely play in all year round.

I never write reviews about anything but my son has been at this nursery for 2 years and I’m in love with the nursery! At first, I was weary about the lack of representation and diversity but over the past year the staff has really diversified. I can tell the staff actually care about children, from the baby room to the preschool room the staff are amazing. No exaggeration I feel like I hit the jackpot with this nursery, they have taken my child and transformed him, I owe a lot of my parenting to the nursery lol! The Manager and Deputy Manager really know what they’re doing and I’ll be low-key upset if they don't get an outstanding Ofsted rating!

Nicely situated on a quiet residential road between Walworth and Kennington.

Great nursery. Both my little girls attend and have learnt so much. Key workers give good end of day feedback on children's day. Playground could be updated and have more outdoor play equipment. But kids have fun either way

Since our son has been at the nursery the staff have been great with us and our son. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for nursery. They are so accommodating, there's a sense of community and they are always so positive around the kids. They also have a variety of food on their menus, my son has really gone out of his comfort zone to try new foods.

The nursery app is also really good and we appreciate the detailed updates and photos of our son throughout the day!

This nursery is absolutely brilliant, it was my first choice when we moved into the area but there were no places at the time. Covid happened and I had to move my daughter's nursery and this was my first choice! They were accommodating and helpful, so kind and answered every crazy question I may have had. The teachers are brilliant, they know all of the kids and parents well and you can tell they all care about each and every child from the heart. My daughter loves nursery so much she doesn’t want to leave! She has learnt so much since being here and having the app to also be able to see what she’s up to is amazing. Thank you to all the team at Magic Roundabout Nursery Kennington, you guys are all doing such an amazing job!

Great school, they have lots of staff, who've all been really nice and have a really positive, child-led approach to caring for the kids. Our daughter loves it there and has gotten so much out of it. I'd recommend this nursery wholeheartedly.

I am very happy with this nursery. My daughter started at 6 months and the staff were so friendly and accommodating it reassured me she would be just fine there. All of the staff seem to be extremely passionate about their work and have a good relationship with my daughter even if they do not work in her room. The management is great, any issues/ queries I have will be dealt with quickly and appropriately. The nursery are also taking the Covid restrictions very seriously which is so important. My daughter does so many different activities which I can see throughout the day via the app. This nursery is great!

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old and has been really happy since the beginning. The Staff are what make the nursery so good, they really go out of their way to make it a warm and welcome place for her be. I would recommend it highly!

My son loves the nursery, since attending he grew at home, he is full of excitement (and his energy is already on 10 - so that times 2!). His carers are so lovely and when I asked for feedback the manager and key workers gave informative and practical feedback, that I could even implement at home. The nursery also provides a parent app which they update every time my son attends!

My son has been going to this nursery for a year, and absolutely loves it! The staff are always ready to listen to our needs and concerns and are always so hands-on with his learning and development. The practitioners are always so friendly and enthusiastic, and my son is thriving.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
