Irmina began her journey with Bright Horizons as a Nursery Nurse in 2006 and, through years of dedication and leadership, became Nursery Manager in 2014. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education and bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in childcare, she is passionate about nurturing the foundations of children’s early development.

With a deep commitment to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), she focuses on creating inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate play and learning experiences. Her approach ensures that every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them.

She leads with the HEART principles - honesty, excellence, accountability, respect, and teamwork - creating a culture of collaboration and care. Her goal is to work in partnership with families and educators to give each child the very best start in life.

With over a decade of experience in the childcare sector, Hayley has worked in a variety of roles that have shaped her deep passion for early years education. She thrives on creativity, imagination, fun and finds genuine fulfilment in creating environments where children can grow, explore and flourish. Equally important to her is the opportunity to lead a dedicated team providing guidance, encouragement and unwavering support.

She firmly believes that staff wellbeing is fundamental to the success of any nursery and is committed to fostering a positive, motivated workplace where every team member feels valued and inspired. She looks forward to building strong, positive relationships with all the children and families who attend this high quality setting and is excited to be part of each child’s early years journey, working in partnership to ensure they feel safe, happy, and ready to shine.
