Bright Horizons Floral Place Day Nursery and Preschool

We’ve had a really good experience with the nursery so far. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and have really done their best in meeting our family’s needs. Our daughter loves going to the nursery every day.

The carers and management team at Floral Place have been fantastic with our daughters in terms of (1) Helping her develop (regular progress reviews); (2) Providing extremely useful advice when asked (as first-time parents we had a lot of questions and they always took the time to answer our questions); (3) Health (our daughter has serious food allergies and we always felt she was safe there as the team took it very seriously). In addition, the team is lovely and you can tell they are very attached to the kids. The premises are clean, and she loves the activities. Food is healthy and diverse. Strongly recommend!

Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons Floral Place for 2 years since she was 13 months. She has thrived in their supportive and caring environment. She loves her key person along with the rest of the staff and runs in the door every morning. The hours of operation are ideal for us (she typically attends from 7:45 am -5:pm). We feel very lucky that we found such a good nursery and would recommend it to other parents.

The best nursery in N16. My daughter loves the setting and the staff. They are so focused on child development and my daughter has blossomed in the care of the manager and her excellent staff. The food is also excellent, she eats better than at home!

Very happy with my son's progress and how he’s enjoying his time at the nursery. The careers give full updates on his progress every day and he really enjoys his time at the nursery and playing with all the facilities and toys.

Our son has been at Floral place since Feb 2020. He absolutely loves it there - the staff are fantastic and he has so many lovely friends. It’s full of great families. Could not recommend more. He skips into nursery every day and doesn’t even look back to say goodbye!

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. The staff and general environment are outstanding and my son is extremely happy here. Sadly my wife passed away last year and the extra love and care they showed my son was amazing and above the call of duty. During this difficult period, it has been a great relief to know that my son has this amazing nursery to come to.

It's a bit of a shame that the physical space is limited as there is not much outdoor space but this doesn't seem to hold the staff back from creating a great environment and is probably more to do with location.

Overall, it’s a great nursery and we love seeing our son grow and develop there!

As parents of 2 children who go to Floral Place full time (our eldest son has been there over 3 years), we highly recommend the nursery! Our kids have developed significantly in the nursery, the variety of activities is amazing and most importantly, they both feel they're at home. In each of the rooms, the staff are fully dedicated to the kids and there is great transparency of what the kids experience on a daily basis. The staff are always fully engaged and caring.

The staff are really caring and they are passionate about childcare. Our son only joined five months ago and yet has developed with such amazing pace. He has become a very happy, confident and independent toddler. The nursery has a key worker set up for babies and provides daily reports on your child’s wellbeing, meals and nappies. They are truly amazing and I would highly recommend to any parents who are looking for a nursery where their children are treated with so much care and love!

My daughter has developed at this amazing pace since starting this nursery. The staff have also been kind and empathetic to me as I teach myself to leave her for the first time.

My son absolutely loves his time at Floral Place Nursery, and I believe it is due to the warmth and care of all the staff. The staff are so friendly and you can see how strong their relationships are with the children. My son has come so far in his development and is a happy boy, due to the new opportunities that the team have planned uniquely for him. It makes me feel that my son is really nurtured. He has also developed better eating habits thanks to the meals prepared every day. He now tries new foods rather than push them away.

The nursery team also goes that extra mile for families when they have one of their big parties - what a treat for us as parents to be able to meet other families. Thank you for all that you do every single day Floral Place team. My day as a working Mum is all the easier knowing he is happy and safe.

My little boy is always so happy at nursery. He has learnt so much and experienced a lot of wonderful things that we could not have done at home with him. The staff from babies through to the toddler room have been so attentive to his needs. You know they really care about him. So much effort goes into making every day great and exciting. The nursery had a refurbishment and looks so fresh and new. Thank you for all you do for my little man.

Floral Place Nursery has been a terrific, nurturing place to have my child in.

Floral Place is a good nursery and is lead by great nursery managers. It has recently had a renovation so the premises look refreshed and clean.

My grandson has just started to attend Floral Place. The staff were very attentive to his needs during the settling in period. You get a real sense that the baby room team really care about the children. My grandson is always happy when I collect him and the team tell me all about the fun he has had. The whole nursery team are always smiling and helpful. The children are always busy with fun activities. It is definitely a fun, warm and safe environment for the children.

My son has been at Florals Place since he was a baby. Through those years, he was able to develop his confidence and independence. The staff were always very positive, caring and nurturing. They always catered to his needs and interests. I would like to say a big thank you for preparing him for a big step starting reception class this year using Growing Programmes in the classroom. I can't imagine life without this nursery. We are looking forward to using Bright Horizons Holiday club in the summer.
