We have been delighted with our decision to send our 1 year old daughter to Floral Place since day one. Her settling in week was as smooth as we could have ever hoped and was thoughtfully prepared by the team. Our daughter is dropped off grinning each morning and still smiling when we pick her up after a day of fun, engaging and educational activities. Her key worker, Poppy, and Lily could not be more wonderful, and it is so clear that our daughter adores them. They already know her so well and always take the time to chat to us morning or evening to discuss how F is getting on, what she has learnt and any challenges throughout the day. I would highly recommend Floral Place!

The management has also allowed us to be very flexible and we truly appreciate their help with everything they provided. Our daughter is also a fussy eater but eats everything there and she loves the healthy and balanced diet the chef is providing. I would recommend the nursery to any parents who are anxious to leave their babies at first. The staff will look after them extremely well and you won’t ever have to feel worry about anything.

I have been a parent at the nursery since May this year. I am utterly grateful to the staff and management team for providing an amazing, caring and nurturing environment/care for my son. My son has settled really well, and it gives me peace knowing that he is being taken care of - the experience the children receive is incredible. Thank you, team.

I could not be happier. My daughter has settled in quickly, fallen in love with the staff, and doesn’t even turn to say goodbye when I drop her off; she’s just delighted to be back with her friends and toys. I’m delighted to able to follow her progress through the day via the well-updated app. Thank you for all you do team, Floral Place.

Great outdoor space for the kids to play!

I have two children in the nursery, aged 15 months old and 3 years old. We love Floral Place and know that the boys do too. The staff are very engaged and seem to have a really good relationship with the children. Really caring for them and about them and are as excited in their achievements as we are. They are also proactive in letting us know about any issues and provide lots of hints and tips. We highly recommend.

We’ve been so thrilled with our time at this nursery! They’ve done a great job getting to know our daughter and creating fun family events as well. It has been great to have flexibility with hours and we get updates via the app every day on meals, naps and activities. Highly recommend!

We used to live across the street, but when we moved farther away we decided to keep our kids at Bright Horizons, Floral Place, as we loved it so much. Highly recommended!

Bright Horizons, Floral Place is just the best nursery. Our two girls are so happy here. It’s a friendly, welcoming, inclusive environment and they have the perfect blend of learning and entertainment. Our little boy has been with Bright Horizons Floral Place since he was 8 months old, he is now 26 months. We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. They communicate on all aspects of the day and development and make great efforts to build relationships with the parents. Our second baby will also attend here!

Like the paintings

My wife and I (and therefore my two children) could not be happier. My daughter has been in Bright Horizons since September 2019 and my son since March 2022. We moved places, further away from Bright Horizons and we kept our kids there because of how happy our kids are there and how happy we are, as parents. Both former and current managers are outstanding professionals (both as managers and carers). I have seen both of them dealing equally brilliantly with a flooding after heavy rain and with changing nappies and absolutely everyone in the staff team, are brilliant. Considering the money we pay on a monthly basis, staff should get a bigger part of the pay. They are the people in whom I trust my most precious assets, my kids. Bright Horizons in Canonbury are an absolute constellation of stars!

We are very happy with Floral Place and can't recommend the nursery enough. Most importantly, our daughter is immensely happy in there. She started at 14 months old and she wasn't happy about it, but all the staff went above and beyond to respond to her settling needs/rhythm. During the first weeks, she spent lots of time in the office with the managers, as it was the place where she felt safe and the happiest (Not sure how many other nurseries around would have been this accommodating!). Now she is 2 years old and thriving in there. We still wait for the day the staff tell us she hasn't had a great day. Her key carers have been amazing, but you can tell everyone in there knows, cares and loves her. The communication is very good. Besides the app, they always try to give quick updates of the day. It is definitely a fun, safe and nurturing place to send your little one.
