Partou Norwood Day Nursery & Pre-school

Partou Norwood is set within a Grade II listed converted chapel that has been fully refurbished and restored inside, and it is scheduled to open in late 2026. Large, light-filled rooms give babies and toddlers plenty of space to explore, which supports their confidence and curiosity during these crucial early years. The nursery sits a few minutes from West Norwood town centre and West Norwood railway station.

The facilities are designed around children. Two new milk kitchens keep bottle preparation clean and separate from where children play, so babies’ feeds are prepared away from busy play areas. The refitted children’s toilets are larger and include child-height wash troughs, which help children feel confident and manage more for themselves during this important early years transition.

The expansive garden gives children room to move and explore, building physical movement skills while they have fun. A planting area lets them discover how seeds turn into living plants and where their food comes from. Indoors, the reading nook offers a quiet, welcoming space to settle down with a book alongside friends or team members. Age-appropriate stories and picture books encourage a love of reading and support language development and communication skills.

If you’re looking for an early years setting in West Norwood with bright, spacious rooms and a generous garden, Partou Norwood Day Nursery & Pre-School would be a great fit for your family. Read less
