An exceptionally well run and caring nursery. The staff know their children on an individual basis. They engage well with them to develop their needs in an holistic way. In terms of parent engagement, their handling of and communication around the pandemic was first-rate. In normal times, they work with parents to assist with childcare needs, even short notice requests.

Really happy with Kids Planet Day Nursery - my son had only been looked after by family until he was 2 but he is really enjoying nursery. The staff are lovely and welcoming. They do lots of different activities - I would highly recommend Kids Planet.

We are overwhelmingly pleased with our child's progress since she started at Kids Planet Sheepbridge (formerly Jungle Days) and with the way that the nursery is run. We are safe in the knowledge that she is well looked after and constantly stimulated while making new friends and developing her social skills. The staff are extremely helpful and support too. We are very happy parents.

My daughter attends nursery here once a week and has done for around 18 months. She is two years old and loves going to nursery. She gets excited when she sees some of the staff and always looks like she has had a great day. The staff keep you up to date on changes, sleep, food and activities when possible which always puts my mind at rest knowing she is happy. She has progressed lots since attending and even though it is one day a week we have seen a huge difference particularly in her speech. The staff are friendly, polite, nurturing and appear to work extremely hard. The resource facilities are lovely, the menu seems varied and healthy. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. I am a teacher myself and feel happy that she is looked after well and makes good progress.

The nursery and hallways are very clean.

Nursery is open good hours and even have an after-school club and breakfast club for older children. I recommend this nursery

Staff are great, they communicate daily. They understand a child's separation anxiety and help the child to work through it. My child loves nursery while there, and she is fully occupied and wants to learn. The room and hallway are always clean and tidy. Nappies are changed regularly.

I am so happy I chose The Jungle Day Nursery.

When my little boy has been changing rooms they have done lots of settling sessions to help that progression. Make it feel more of a flow and not a big jump. Staff are always friendly, helpful and work with parents as well as the children.

Such a lovely nursery, very glad we found it. Excellent facilities and lovely staff. Everything you want from a nursery.

Our daughter comes back each week having learnt something new and the staff have really helped her settle in.

Our daughter really enjoys nursery, she teaches us the songs she learns and tells us about her day. I would like the quality of the food to be improved but it is varied and they try new things.

Any questions and queries and complaints are dealt with quickly and professionally. Our daughter has come on a long way since she started nursery at 8.5 months old.

My son's speech and learning has improved hugely since being at school. He has a good relationship with the staff. I am very satisfied.

Really good nursery, brought my daughter on a lot, very friendly staff who encouraged her to mix with other children and joining in doing things together, really brought her out of her shy zone. My daughter really enjoys The Jungle Nursery and can't wait to come the following day, comes out every time with a big smile, enjoys her days always.

The Jungle has been really good. My son really struggled to settle but they have been brilliant. I always felt confident leaving him and knew I would be contacted if necessary. They always keep me well informed. He loves it now, he eats well and can always tell me what activities he's enjoyed. He has good consistent relationships.

Very good, have seen massive development in social; learning and communication. He's become more confident and enjoys going to nursery.

Such helpful and friendly staff. A fantastic range of activities especially in the toddler's room. My little boy loves it here.

The fact my little girl (nearly two) cheers each time we pull into the nursery car park is testament to the Jungle Nursery team in itself!

My daughter has been at Jungle Nursery for nearly a year, and we love it. The staff are professional but you can see they genuinely care about the children and their interests. The facilities are great, spacious and well kept. My daughter is happy and evidently learns a lot at Jungle Nursery. Overall I would highly recommend the Jungle Nursery to anyone looking for high quality childcare.

My little girl started nursery in Nov 2015, very unsure at first whether it would be a good idea. Was unsure whether she'd pick up bad habits from other children in all honesty, but really wanted her language to pick up and build her social skills. Jungle Nursery staff have been outstanding and not only made my little girl excel with her language but she now shows empathy and can relay everything she has done that day with staff and her friends at nursery.

Not only have they supported me (mummy) giving outstanding advice and support but made my little girl so happy to go to nursery that she doesn't even give me a kiss good bye from excitement to play with her friends. Highly recommended by anyone having doubts, best thing I've ever done for building my confidence as a mummy and making my little girl develop in an amazing time scale.
