The nursery staff are incredible, they are so compassionate, hardworking, dedicated and caring, considering the emotional and physical effort of looking after so many children. They should be proud of themselves for all they do to keep the children in their care safe and happy.

Some mornings we've had tears but the staff in his room go the extra mile to ensure my little one is settled and will then update me with a phone call

I couldn't recommend this nursey enough, my son started in the baby room in April and it's been the best decision I ever made. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, my son absolutely loves it! Because of this Nursey returning to work has been so much easier, I can't thank them enough.

The only reason why I marked management down is because they have swapped managers a lot since we joined.

The staff definitely make the nursery what it is and I am so grateful for the time, effort and support they put in day in day out!

Updates are on time and we love seeing pictures of what she gets up to.

My son has been attending Sheepbridge since he was 9 months old and I've been really happy with his experience there so far. The staff are all really lovely and friendly and create a warm atmosphere within the nursery. My son absolutely adores his key workers and he seems really comfortable with them. They have been fantastic with things like potty training and his speech development; I feel like they genuinely want him to succeed and have supported him to make progress at his own pace. He eats a range of interesting, healthy meals all made by the talented cook, he isn't the fussiest eater but still the fact he eats so much of what he's offered is really impressive! He loves being outside and I feel like they offer plenty of opportunities for this; there is even a forest school area where he can bug hunt! When he was a baby they would use the sensory room, this well equipped and enjoyed! Overall I would 100% recommend this nursery :)

He eats well & comes along in leaps and bounds.

My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The range of resources/toys are really good and there is always a good variety of food available for them.

My child has been at Kids Planet Sheepbridge since he was 4 months old and he is now 3. He has progressed from the Baby room through to Toddlers and now Preschool. My child has made excellent progress, his speech is superb and the nursery staff have supported and encouraged with his physical development from crawling and taking his first steps to now helping his fine motor skills. I would strongly recommend Kids Planet Sheepbridge.

The staff were really helpful and friendly in his settling-in sessions and the communication via the app is great, updated in real-time and our son is always happy when we come to collect.

We couldn't have asked for a better start for both of our boys!

Staff are really good at informing you of how your child has gotten on in the day. Updates are always effective. Always supporting and my child loves going to nursery and gets on well with staff. Really helpful and safe!

It took us a long time to choose the right nursery and I had a lot of anxiety around leaving my little girl. However, as soon as we walked in to Kids Planet, we liked the feel of the place. The setting is well resourced, welcoming and the staff are all so friendly. Our daughter has taken a while to settle and the staff have been so patient and caring. She needs a lot of reassurance and they always give her cuddles to comfort her, especially at drop off time. The app is updated throughout the day so we know what she's been up to, what she's eaten, and how long she's slept. She has forged a strong bond with her key worker, who clearly knows our daughter well.

All in all, we couldn't be happier and are so pleased we chose Kids Planet.

Great outside area and friendly staff. My son loves going to nursery. The food cooked by the onsite chef is varied and good quality. The nursery is always clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this nursery.

Really happy with our experience. It is the best feeling knowing that you can drop your child off and know that they are safe and being looked after by the amazing ladies at nursery. Our little boy loves the ladies and is building strong bonds and it makes us really happy. Feedback is received on collection to give that reassurance. Wow! What can I say?! I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are incredible. I know my child is loved, nurtured and cared for. They are always doing things that I've never know a nursery do before. The food is brilliant. Facilities are great and I cannot praise them enough.

My child's's development has improved drastically since starting nursery and she really enjoys it. She has come out of her shell and feels confident, she also loves playing with her friends and has started to engage in different activities since being at the nursery.

I can't thank this nursery enough for everything they do for my little boy. As a parent of an autistic toddler, I had alot of anxieties about how my son would cope at nursery and how he would be treated. The staff at Sheepbridge Kids Planet are just amazing with him and he has become really attached to his lovely key worker. She goes above and beyond for him and has managed to achieve things that even I couldn't do with his eating. As well as being a picky eater he is also gluten free and dairy free which the nursery accomodates and the chef there is so caring and considerate. She really goes out of her way to cater to his tastes and sensory needs. They really allow him to be himself and celebrate his uniqueness. He absolutely loves the facilities as the nursery is nice and big with large outdoor areas so he can run around and climb all day. His two favourite things! The manager is doing a fab job as the new manager and the nursery is going from strength to strength.
