Kids 1st Gosforth

An outstanding nursery in every sense. Staff nurture, love and shape little minds. They work long hours and are always smiley and professional. I always feel that everyone knows and loves my daughter and my views as a parent are always valued.

The nursery is run extremely well and management are very accommodating.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old and now he only has a few months left before going to school. I love the communication between the staff and parents and I always feel fully informed about what kind of day he has had. The nursery always goes out of their way to accommodate my child if I needed to swap days with short notice. I always feel my child is being looked after safely and above all having fun! I already have recommended Kids 1st Gosforth to my friends.

Staff always have time to spend discussing my son's progress and helping us to address challenging behaviours or manage emotions.

My daughter is always made to feel really special when she arrives at the nursery. The staff are welcoming and caring and have an excellent link with home life. The activities are always varied and we are provided daily updates on their day and social wellbeing. Nursery staff are always available for any advice and support.

The moment I stepped into the nursery, I knew that this was where I wanted to have my children cared for. The facilities are second to none in Gosforth, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the standard of hygiene and cleanliness is excellent. The staff are friendly and engaged and take an interest in my child. I would definitely recommend Kids 1st to family and friends.

We have two children at Kids 1st Gosforth and have always had a very positive experience. Staff are caring and go above and beyond.

We are very happy with Kids 1st. The workers know our daughter very well and when she comes homes she tells us she has been having a lovely time.

I don't know how many children attend this nursery, however, the staff make you feel that your child is the most important person. They know your child almost as well as you do. When my little boy leaves in September I will be so sad our 5 years at Kids 1st Gosforth will be over.

We have seen our child develop massively through being with Kids 1st Gosforth since 7 months of age. She has grown in confidence and in each room had someone she has bonded with and I always felt she is in safe hands.

I have always appreciated the common sense approach and Kids 1st Gosforth willingness to take on some responsibility when she has been off colour but not ill, meaning I have been able to stay at work. I have no complaints.

The staff in her rooms have made a real effort to get to know her. Kids 1st Gosforth is such a fantastic nursery. I couldn't recommend it enough to other parents and often do.

Kids 1st Gosforth has given us peace of mind that our daughter is being cared for and experiencing quality, age-appropriate and engaging activities throughout the day. The staff are wonderful and invest a lot of time and energy in getting to know the children and making them feel confident and safe. Our daughter has made a lot of progress since joining and we are kept up to date with all her learning goals - couldn't fault our experience, to have a happy child is priceless!
