Kids Planet Lymm

Our twins have flourished since starting Kids Planet in Lymm. I've started my review from January as that's when we found out about some medical issues regarding the twins. Without going into detail the nursery have been amazing. All the needs and plans that had to be put in place were implemented straight away, they work with all involved and keep us constantly informed on everything. We can't drive past without the twins shouting school, school. They go in full of beans and to see your children looking so happy to go into nursery each time, as a parent you just know you chose the right nursery for your children to grow. We feel that Kids Planet is outstanding in every area of our personal expectations, it's now like an extension of our family. I couldn't ask for a better place for our children to be. Well done Kids Planet.

Kids Planet Lymm has been excellent in the daycare of my child over the past 18 months. He has come on leaps and bounds through the engaging activities and the nurturing care provided, and that is a testament to all the dedicated staff and care providers.

I have attended the nursery three times with my son for settling in sessions. Each time was made to feel welcome despite current difficult times with the pandemic. My son has enjoyed his days there and I hope that he will settle in further over the coming weeks and months.

My child has only been going to this nursery for a month and I am very happy with how he is doing. The staff come across as caring and helpful and are easy to contact with nothing seeming too much trouble. I like how I can keep up to date with his day on the parent zone updates too.

My son has started here and they have reassured me, and even rang me as soon as he settled down after me leaving. He was a bit unsettled and they just offered him another settling in day. Thank you kids planet.

My child didn’t enjoy nursery until attending Kids Planet. Since starting preschool at Kids Planet this year, he has been speaking so positively about the people and things he does there. This difference has been so important for me as a parent to feel confident and happy with dropping him off. I believe that the staff truly care for the children and have such a genuine relationship with them, and it has made all the difference. My son loves the ‘yummy food’ and all of the indoor and outdoor activities, as well as the staff. I like that they share what the children are doing daily and that they get little pieces of work that they can complete at home too.

The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable and down to earth. My son loves nursery and always has a mixture of activities to enjoy. They look out for his individual needs and take a personal approach with him. Very happy with the service Kids Planet provides.

I have been incredibly impressed at the way that the events of the past few months have been handled by all staff at Kids Planet Lymm, from the CEO to the managers to the staff in the rooms. Communication has been excellent and has made us feel like valued customers. My son has returned to the toddler's room after lockdown and had some settling issues initially, but the staff in the rooms have been amazing in helping him to get used to the hustle and bustle of nursery again. The staff have been brilliant and very flexible in terms of moving days for a variety of reasons. After only a few weeks, my son now walks straight in through the doors in the morning and always has a great day. They always do a great variety of activities and post pictures of his adventures on the ParentZone app. The food is great and the staff always report that my little one has eaten everything! We are very happy with the service we receive from Kids Planet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Cannot speak highly enough of the nursery and its staff; they genuinely care for the children and have a really personal approach; every single one of them is amazing! My little boy absolutely loves going to the nursery and thrives there.

My daughter loves attending this nursery, as did my son before he started school. A warm, welcoming atmosphere, stimulating environment for the children with happy members of staff. I also find the new manager very efficient and helpful with any queries I have had.

My firstborn son attended kids Planet Lymm. He really bonded with staff and loved learning and engaging with other children. Even though he is now at school, he still enjoys returning for holiday club. My daughter is there now (aged 2yrs) and we have loved watching her confidence grow along with her levels of independence. The staff are always warm and welcoming and make her feel at ease - especially given the recent transitions that have needed to be applied during COVID. Both of my children have been very happy and well looked after and I have never questioned their safety or well being.

My daughter had trouble adapting to changing to this nursery, and it resulted in many tearful mornings. The staff listened to concerns and also suggested remedies for the situation that helped the transition. I find the staff thoughtful, kind and always willing to share their time. I would recommend this nursery to everyone, my daughter is happy, and well looked after. I have full confidence the staff creating a loving, creative and nurturing environment for all the children.

My daughter joined Kids Planet at 6 months old. I was anxious as a first-time mum, the Kids Planet team reassured me with the parent zone app. I love checking in to see what she’s had for dinner or what activities she’s been doing that day. Always given updates to how she’s been, settling in different classes, child development, potty training, I can’t fault them. My daughter is now nearly 3 and she loves to go to nursery to see her key workers and friends.

Our youngest daughter had not been back to nursery since lockdown began, but contact was maintained throughout this period to check on how our daughter was doing, which we found very personable. Much care and consideration were provided to our daughter's return and how she would be. We were really happy with how it was all handled and the response to social distancing requirements for both staff and child safety. Our daughter has loved being back, and that is mainly down to the staff and her surroundings whilst there.

I have had children at Kids Planet Lymm for the past 5-years, my son first and now my daughter. I have always found the team to be kind and caring to my kids; they are always amused and learn so much. Neither of mine has ever dreaded going or clung to my leg at drop off as they have such a great time there and are always happy to go. The staff are all so patient and seem to genuinely love being with the children. There is a huge variety of activities too, always doing different and creative things, plenty to occupy little minds! I can't fault the Kids Planet Lymm team, well done to all of them!

Over the last 8 years, all 3 of my children have gone to Kids Planet in Lymm, my youngest now being 3. They have all thoroughly enjoyed their time and are still friends with children they met there now. It’s such a friendly warm, nurturing environment and has exceeded my expectation with how they dealt with lockdown and the measures that have been put in place to reduce any infection risk. I have always highly recommend to others and will continue to do so.

My little boy adores going to Kids Planet in Lymm. He started at 11 months in the baby room and moved into the Tots room recently with a smooth transition and no tears. His eating, speaking and communication skills have come on so much since joining and he giggles with delight when we pull into the car park each morning as he loves it so much. The staff are all absolutely incredible, so kind, caring and committed to all the babies and children that attend. The car parking attendant is also fantastic and so happy and welcoming each morning. Highly recommend sending your kids here. I was so anxious before my son started nursery and now I am so happy knowing he enjoys it and is so well looked after whilst I'm at work.

Management are always helpful whether helping with queries on the phone, via email or in person. The app is also great at informing on what the children have been up to, what they are eating, how long they have napped, the status of their nappies and uploading progress reports. It’s great to have everything in one place and we particularly enjoy the photos and videos! They also have lots of open days for special occasions at the weekend and the children get out into and involved with the local community regularly which is great. They also have unique things like a hairdresser, a sensory room, a pet tortoise and a great garden.

I have two girls who have gone through the different classrooms and are now in the after school club. They have loved it at this nursery and have always settled in with everybody who cares for them and are happy to tell me about their day. Their chef is also really lovely and accommodating with dietary requirements.
