Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Caldecotte

My daughter loves nursery. She started off on a rocky start as would just cry at every drop-off but now she walks into nursery and even waves bye to me. One criticism I do have is the lack of daily updates on what your child is up to. Although we get a summary of what is written in the books, having an online portal would be great to see what your child is up to in the day. I joined this nursery as I was told by the time my daughter starts the portal would be up and running however it has been 4 months and still no sign of a portal.

Other than that I can't fault the nursery at all. All the staff are wonderful and the set up is always different to keep every child entertained on a daily basis.

The nursery team are great, they are smiley, friendly and regularly update me on my son. Couldn't be happier.

My son absolutely loves this nursery! He is so happy here and goes running in every morning, with a smile on his face. He has learnt so much, and as a first-time mother - you worry about leaving your child with anyone who isn’t you or your partner! The staff couldn’t love him more and I truly feel he is looked after and loved when we are at work and not there to care for him.

The staff at Kiddi Caru Caldecotte are truly amazing, I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in, my son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting in June. I think they are wonderful.

The staff and management are really thorough and friendly and my son really enjoys going. here. There are always different activities daily and we are always updated on his development.

Our daughter has been at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Caldecotte for over three years. It's been fantastic for her. We're so proud of the little girl she has become, thanks largely to the brilliant support and guidance from the team there. I'd highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Great nursery and brilliant staff. My daughter loves to go and has a great relationship with all that work there. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

I experienced a few problems at the outset with staff not understanding my son's dietary needs, however, that issue was resolved swiftly. There were further minor concerns around poor communication with reporting and informing me of incidents, where my son was bitten by another child, but since then I have had no problems. My son seems settled and happy when he is there and the staff team are friendly.

Also, it is really great that every day I receive a detailed report about my son's activities. It helps me to be in touch with everything like I spent this day together with him.

My daughter enjoys going to nursery she has made friends with the children in her class. As a parent I like hearing what she has been up to when I arrive to pick her up and the ladies in her class are very personable.

There has been a change of team leader and it has affected the overall feel of the room. The children, including my own, seem so much more settled and my child is enjoying the day more. I don't know if this is down to change in activities or just personal style but it seems so much better and more relaxed.

When returning to work, like many parents I was reluctant to leave my baby at nursery. My son started Kiddi Caru aged 13 months and it has been the best thing for him. Being at this nursery has given him the confidence and ability to talk to anyone, play with other children his age, younger and older and he loves going to nursery every day. The staff are so welcoming and every single carer whether they are the staff in his class or not greet him by his name every day. It makes you feel very welcome and puts my mind at ease that he is loved and looked after throughout the day. I know he is in safe hands when I drop him off every morning.

My daughter loves Kiddi Caru Caldcotte. It's a struggle to get her to leave at the end of the day! The activities, meals and the care given by the team is excellent. She has developed brilliantly at the nursery and is becoming a well-rounded individual. The team genuinely care about her well being and all know her personally. My second child will be starting the nursery later in the year and I have no reservations about this. I'm sure he'll enjoy it as much as she has.

He is always happy to plod off to nursery and see his favourite nursery nurses and his friends.

I am very happy with this nursery. Very friendly and accommodating staff who are brilliant with my daughter. The facilities are great, clean and they have lots of activities through the week. I have recently change from another child care provider and am so glad I did.

My daughter has been coming to Kiddi Caru since September 2017 and her development has come on so much in this time. She has developed a good relationship with the staff especially her key worker. She loves playing in the sensory room and gardens best.

My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru Caldecotte since she was 15 months. She is now approaching 4 and due to start school this year.

She has had an amazing time with this nursery and development has been amazing. She is advanced already at 3 and a half.

The staff and the facilities are fantastic. It makes my daughter sad that she will be leaving in September.
