Highgate Day Nursery

The care given to the children at Highgate Nursery is next to non and the staff are attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. It's reassuring to know the children are in such a safe and nurturing environment every day.The management team are fantastic as well. They're approachable, organised, and very flexible when it comes to supporting families, which makes a huge difference for parents with busy schedules. Communication is always clear and helpful. Another thing that really stands out is the food. The meals provided are varied, healthy, and clearly prepared with care. It's great knowing the children are eating nutritious food and being encouraged to try different things. Overall, it's a wonderful nursery with a warm, supportive atmosphere. I'd happily recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their children will be well cared for and happy.

The staff is amazing and give you a break down of how your child has been throughout the day. They also provide you with an observation through the app. My child is settling in nicely. The staff and management are doing an excellent job to support my child's development.

My son has only been with Highgate for 3 months but I can honestly say it's the best decision we ever made. Having moved him from his previous setting, Highgate is second to none. The staff are all lovely, so attentive and caring. Although we are paying double what we did previously, I really don't think you can put a price on good quality care. My son is so happy and he's come along leaps and bounds since starting. I wish I'd had him start sooner!

My son has been attending Highgate nursery since July and he loves it. The staff are very friendly and caring. They always keep me posted and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend this nursery.

I have loved having my son at Highgate Nursery for the past 10 months. I initially started at 2 days a week but have gone to the full week and he absolutely loves it. I feel better knowing he's in safe hands and he has a great time with his teachers and peers all day. Definitely recommend this nursery.

My girl has just transitioned to toddler room but has spent a lovely wonderful year in baby room/older babies, the staff were always so kind, caring and attentive to my girls needs, wants and overall happiness. As a first time mum i was so anxious leaving her at nursery to go back to work but seeing how much she loves it here and has developed has made it all worth while. The app keeps you updated so you can always look back on her day and the activities they provide are stimulating and challenging. The only honest feedback I could give was when they transition room to room it would be nice to meet the new staff and see the room too.

My little girl absolutely loves it's here every morning she smiles when she sees the teachers. The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions I have. I just know my girl is been looked after and having a brilliant time and is learning while she's there. I feel parents are always kept in the loop with events, illnesses and what their child has done while there

I couldn't recommend Highgate enough. My little boy has been attending weekly since 9 months old, he is now nearly 3. All the rooms have amazing, patient and such caring staff. They're all so lovely. They all go above and beyond with my little boys type 1 diabetes and the communication is brilliant. I am so grateful that I can leave my little boy in Highgate's care and know his diabetes is handled with care and urgency. The learning curriculum is also fab.

I think Highgate nursery is a lovely and warm and welcoming nursery. I bring my son and daughter here and they both love coming to nursery. They have developed so much coming here and that is all thanks to the staff that works here. All the staff have helped so much with supporting my son and helping him . My daughter says "like nursery'. Both the manager and deputy manager are so nice and welcoming. They are always there to listen to you and will help you out in anyway they can. The cook is so friendly there and cooks nice and delicious meals . I recommend this nursery to everyone as both my children love it and are both developing well here.

Really lovely nursery, updates parents regularly and good level of learning, my child was very happy here and had lots of friends. Options of food was very good and fluids. Overall very good nursery for younger age.

Cannot speak kindly enough of the nursery as the staff have been integral to our son and daughter's development and both of them love coming to nursery. Management are very approachable and supportive in the event of any problems.

Highgate Day Nursery is the most amazing nursery. The staff are so kind, attentive and compassionate. They take such good care of our two children. We love the photos they send us and the app is great for summarising their day. They are always happy to help if you call with anything to ask. Our children aren't old enough to talk yet but it is so so clear they love their time at nursery and they love the staff.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. They have gone above and beyond for my son and made sure all his needs are met and surpassed. I had raised concerns with a member of staff about my son having additional needs to find out that the staff had already taken it upon themselves to put an action plan in place to help my son and give him more 1 on 1 time without me even needing to request so. After this they have been more than helpful and placed meetings for us to talk about his progress and get him additional support from an outside source. Each member of staff I have encounter have been so polite and caring, it really puts my mind at ease knowing he is genuinely cared for while I'm at work.

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery our daughter has been attending for the last 6 months and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are caring and have built an amazing relationship with our daughter. We have noticed how much she is coming on and growing in confidence since attending. The management are friendly approachable and helpful, they go above and beyond when contacted and nothing seems too much trouble! Thank you for making our daughter's transition to nursery such a positive experience!

The staff are terrific and the app is a joy, be it the comments or media updates.

The management team are exceptional and always accommodates any extra time when needed. You can see that his keyworker has a genuine, caring relationship with him and he adores her.

My daughter has attended this nursery from 10 months old to age 4. She has loved every room and all staff members have been great. They really get to know each individual child and help them thrive. They are super flexible with hours and extra sessions. My daughter is now ready to move on to primary school thanks to Highgate.
