Nursery Rhymes - Stoneygate

Nursery Rhymes is a great nursery and I highly recommend it. My little boy started in the baby room and is currently in preschool. He absolutely loves it there and every morning he has a smile knowing that he will enjoy his day. My twin girls started last year and they have settled in so well. They love going there and I know they are well looked after. The staff are so professional and always going above and beyond to help us with carrying the twins in and out of the car. I also never feel rushed with the handovers and I can see they genuinely love having the kids there. So glad my kids go to this nursery and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough.

Our daughter joined Nursery Rhymes when she was 9 months old. Previously we were on their waiting list whilst she attended another nursery. We removed her from the previous nursery as Nursery Rhymes was always our first choice. Nursery Rhymes reputation is impeccable and the only place we wanted our daughter to attend knowing she would be safe, looked after and educated. Our family and friends' children have all attended Nursery Rhymes. Being in education myself it is crucial for me to know how my daughter is progressing and if she is meeting her targets. The Nursery keeps us regularly updated on its policies and procedures, daily updates, observations, and areas of development in the early year's framework and pictures via their app. The app is a great tool to share information quickly and puts parents' minds at rest during the day. During collection at the end of each day, staff updates us on our daughter's day. We have also had a progress meeting where we discuss progress.

My son started at Nursery Rhymes after he turned one and he is currently in the toddler room. The staff settled him really well with their nurturing abilities. My son has additional needs, which the nursery have supported brilliantly, especially his current key person. The environment is warm and welcoming with lots of space for the many activities created for the learning and development of the children. I’m kept well informed of my son's day via the app and I’m always provided with a verbal update upon pick up. My two older children also attended Nursery Rhymes and loved every single moment there!

We only have praise for Nursery Rhymes. It has a loving, nurturing, playful environment with confident staff who have a genuine fondness for the children. The variety of educational activities is exceptional and the communication of my child’s development is really very good indeed.

Both our children have loved attending Nursery Rhymes and we continue to be extremely happy with all aspects of the setting.

My daughter started Nursery Rhymes as a baby and I can now see why the staff are so highly spoken of. As a first time parent, I was nervous as we approached her settling in sessions, but as soon as we stepped into the baby room I felt at ease and confident in the staff that she would be in the best possible hands. From keeping me updated over the Famly app to our conversations at pick up time, I am so pleased with my decision to send my daughter to Nursery Rhymes as I can see how much of an impact the amazing practice has had on her confidence and her social skills.

Absolutely amazing nursery, we are so pleased we chose this nursery as we were torn between two. Exceptional level of care. My little girl keeps asking everyday 'is it school day' makes us feel so peaceful leaving her in safe hands and being cared for. Lastly, you can't forget the chef who makes amazing fresh food every day in the building. You can smell it from the door. My little girl waves bye to him too. It's just such a family environment.

We have sent both of our boys to the nursery and feel very grateful for the experience they’ve both had. From the moment both boys have entered the nursery, they’re welcomed with the warmth, smiles and reassurance if their met keyworkers. Communications through the parents' app have made it easier to stay in touch and see what our children have been up to during the day. We are so fortunate to have a nursery which has felt like a ‘home away from home’. The facilities are modern, clean and age appropriate in each room to help encourage skills and development across each stage. The garden space has always been our boys’ favourite and the nursery has done exceptionally well to enhance all the outdoor facilities to create such an inviting space for the children to play and explore. We have always loved how all meals are cooked fresh on site and include a range of nutrition daily, to help encourage different flavours in our children's diet - the chef does a great job!

We highly recommend Nursery Rhymes, the care and communication from the staff is exceptional. The nursery has a lovely, homely feel to it and our son has thrived learning key skills and gaining confidence in social interactions with other children and forming wonderful bonds with staff and children alike. The nursery is well equipped to allow the children to explore their imagination and their potential.

My son moved into the toddler room in March 2022. The staff helped him adjust to life in a new home and new city. They read his file from the previous nursery and all helped to make the settling-in process very easy for him. Within a day, he felt at home. They also took into account his intolerance to gluten and have a special menu for him. My son says Hi to the chef and clearly appreciate the food. He has formed strong bonds with the carers particularly, his key worker, and often talks about her at home. I'm very impressed that she has made us a place to go guide and has helped him make cards for special occasions such as daddy's birthday, father's day etc. The management team are always present and the team are always available for a chat and to check in with me to see how he is doing. I appreciate the family atmosphere of the nursery where it is a home away from home and would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for making it a pleasant experience for us.

This nursery is superb and we are so pleased we chose this environment. The attention to detail is exceptional. The love, care and education is like home from home. My children are so happy and content, and so are we as parents, knowing that they are being looked after so incredibly well. Also as a gold star - they love the meals at Nursery Rhymes which is a relief as they can be fussy eaters.

Both of my children have attended Nursery Rhymes and I couldn’t be happier with the care, learning and development opportunities that this nursery provides. So much so I travel 30-40 mins to ensure my youngest can continue at Nursery Rhymes now that my eldest has started at his local school. Great environment, staff are great and communication is outstanding. Would recommend to anybody!

As soon as I stepped in and met the friendly team I knew this was the nursery for us, a lovely family feel to the nursery. I’ve seen my son’s development grow from strength to strength. We are very pleased with Nursery Rhymes, our daughter loves going to nursery and thoroughly enjoys playing and learning with the children and staff. We feel she is developing very well and that nursery has certainly encouraged her growth. We really like that the children go in the garden daily. We are also pleased that tastebuds are encouraged with flavour.

My daughter has been at Nursery Rhymes since around 13 months and she has really flourished during this time. She’s always happy when I drop her off and seems to have really bonded with her carers. Since my daughter started Nursery Rhymes, I have seen amazing progress in her speech, sharing, eating habits and also toilet training. My daughter settled so quickly into the toddler room, thanks to all the staff. Daily observations I receive are in so much depth, which I love! And the photos that come with it are just heart-warming and reassuring. Communication between myself and the staff, especially the key working, has been amazing from day one.
