My daughter started when she was 9 months old. I couldn't be happier with the care and support my daughter gets. As a nursery, you have made a massive impact on my daughter's life. You've helped to set her foundations for life. My daughter absolutely adores the staff, especially Meg, Michelle and Chrissie.
We even have to play nursery/preschool and pretend to be the staff. My daughter has made lots of friends. I will be forever grateful for everything. Thank you.

I had some concerns regarding my child's behaviour at home. Possible ADHD, Autism. I spoke to the manager, asking for advice, and what next steps to take. I can honestly say, she is so helpful. She spoke to me about him, listened, and is going to help with more info, and contact numbers.

Since Sienna coming to nursery I have seen such a change in her. Shes more confident and is always coming home with learning something new. Sienna loves coming to nursery not only to her friends but to other staff too. If Sienna is having a sad morning the staff are amazing and give her the time and
attention she needs. We are so thankful for everyone there and will continue to use Little Wishes with our future children.

My son loves it here! All the staff are very caring and lovely. My son is thriving because of them. Very informative when handing over and what my child is doing. I will recommend this nursery to everyone!

Very Happy with my son's time here so far. All the staff have been great and take genuine care in his development. Mixing fun with education. Although the nursery may not be all sparkly, that is not important when you have staff like you do. The new management team should be grateful of the current
team and ensure they are looked after to ensure the kids receive the best care as a result.

My son joined the nursery in 2024. Both my son and I have felt very welcome from day 1. All staff are friendly, polite and on board with everything. My son has a great time every day he is there. He loves all the members of staff. I like that we are updated on his progress and what he has been learning.

I cannot recommend Little Rainbows highly enough. Sending my son here was the best decision we've made. From day one, the staff have treated him like family, creating a 'home away from home' environment that made his transition so smooth. It's a huge relief as a parent to drop him off knowing he's not
just safe, but genuinely loved and nurtured. He comes home every day with a massive smile, full of stories about his friends and the amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Extremely dirty. Rude staff biased behaviour from management. Complaints not resolved. Bad Sen support. Charges extra for nhs funding. Toys and play equipment not cleaned. My child was poorly after every visit.

Had you chosen to attend the subsequent meeting that was offered I am sure resolution could have been achieved. I am sorry you feel our SEN support is bad, however we do have an excellent reputation, as detailed in our Ofsted report, with our SENCO being an expert in her field. I am unsure what you are referring to, when saying extra charges for NHS funding but our fees are clear and transparent and listed on our website.

An amazing nursery with wonderful staff. My son is always so happy to go in and really doesn't want to leave. They have been so caring and nurturing from the baby unit through to preschool. Lots of trips out and fun activities. We've been kept up-to-date through the app on all adventures. I'd definitely
recommend this nursery.
