We have been at Green Shoots Oldfield Park for 4 months now, and we couldn't be happier. My daughter started at 2 years old and had never been away from me, so I was very nervous about how she would settle. From the very first visit, everyone was so warm, gentle and welcoming.

She absolutely loves going to nursery now, especially seeing Judy and her key person Milena, who she has formed such a lovely bond with. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she is happy, loved and well cared for. We are so grateful to the whole team!

We are very happy with our son's nursery. It is a wonderful place with caring and friendly staff who make the children feel safe, happy, and loved. We have seen a positive difference in our son since he started, and he really enjoys going every day. We are very grateful for all the hard work and care they provide. Highly recommended!

My daughter has never been away from me before so I was anxious about her starting nursery but she settled really quickly at Green Shoots. The staff all engage really well with the kids, they have a lovely big indoor space & a beautiful big garden with lots of things to do in, lovely food & are always going out on trips and doing different activities. She runs in happy every morning she goes.

Our daughter loves Green Shoots in Oldfield park. This is her first time away from us but the staff there are excellent and are really attentive to her and she settled in very quickly. The facility at Oldfield Park is really convenient for us, has a large open and well lit hall and a beautiful garden with lots of activities for the kids. It's also close to Moorfields Sandpits play area and Brickfields park and has easy access to linear park for some beautiful walks which our daughter loves. The food is good too. They have a great chef on site that makes tasty freshly prepared meals that she really enjoys and she regularly cleans her plate. Highly recommend this pre school.

My daughter has settled into Green Shoots so well. She's all smiles and now rings the bell and runs in without looking back. She's clearly very comfortable and happy, which makes me feel confident as a parent knowing she's enjoying herself and being so well looked after. The staff are engaging, kind and patient, and the environment has a lovely down-to-earth, inspiring feel. The tables and areas are thoughtfully set up for activities, with story time, crafts and plenty of outdoor play. I would highly recommend Green Shoots

Overall I'm confident when I drop him off he's in a caring environment and he's going to have a fun day.

I was very nervous of sending my daughter to nursery, where she doesn't know anyone and it's a new surrounding. But the team settled her so well, after 3 times dropping her off they calmed her down amazingly ! The communication is incredible, the team keep you updated all throughout the day and keep you updated with progress or what needs to be improved! I recommend this nursery to anybody who wants advice or opinions!

My little boy went to this nursery for 1 year, my little girl has been here for 2 years. There has never been any problem. All the staff are very, very nice and professional. Both of my children loved going here. They always go and come home happy. They have learned a lot here. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to everyone.

You are unlikely to ever find a management team that cares more about the children than they do. We've had three girls attend these past few years and not once have I been uncertain they were getting the very best care. They're ecstatic to go in and a joy when they get home with stories of their day. Green Shoots is incredible for taking tots where they're at and providing the care and guidance required to have them flourish. I only wish all children were so lucky as to visit such a setting.

Green Shoots is a very magical Pre-School. My son started as a caterpillar a year ago and is now a butterfly. He has developed some lovely relationships with his key people, it is such a safe and nurturing environment. My son enjoys the nutritious homemade hot lunches. It is a very inclusive setting where all children are supported to fulfil their potential. SEN support is a huge strength here, they really do go above and beyond to identify and support individual needs. I highly recommend this wonderful Pre-School, it's a real gem! Green Shoots has provided my daughter with so much confidence in herself and her early years of learning. They lead with love and kindness and cater for each child in their care, right where they're at. It is a wonderful nursery and we will miss the team when our daughter goes to school in September.

We’ve had a great experience with Green Shoots. Our daughter was very shy and now she is leaving for school, she is a very happy and confident child. The staff treat each child individually and meet all their needs. They are nurturing and encouraging. The activities are brilliant, with visits to allotments and to sing for residents in a care home. I would highly recommend this pre-school!

I love the team at Green Shoots. They’ve really cared about my daughter over the last three years and she’s blossomed there. They send regular photos and I now have a really lovely book with her drawings and photos. I feel like they really know and see the kids there and love them all. It’s lovely to know she is in safe hands and so well looked after.

The best nursery. I'm very happy with this nursery. The staff offer a friendly, caring approach to looking after my son. The daily activities help to develop my son's learning as well as lots of free playtime. My son is always happy to be dropped off.

Both my girls had a wonderful time with the fantastic team at Green Shoots. The atmosphere the manager and her team create is welcoming, friendly and fun for the children, with lots of outdoor learning and interesting activities every day. An enriching nursery with something interesting to do every day.

My son had a wonderful time at Green Shoots and still talks about all the fun he had and his lovely Green Shoots teachers. He settled in quickly and easily and was always happy to be going to pre-school. He made good friends and learnt all the skills he needed for starting in reception. As a family, we felt really included and enjoyed lots of fun events and gatherings, as well as the delicious Christmas dinners! I would recommend Green Shoots to anyone looking for a kind, caring and family-like environment for their child.

Best nursery I could have ever chosen, I leave my son there every session knowing he is safe and happy. It’s small and has a lovely family feel to it. My son has additional needs and they are amazing with him. The care, the support, the professionalism, and the knowledge and skills from the staff are incredible. My son looks forward to going every morning and even at night when he doesn’t want to go to bed, and as soon as I tell him he has nursery in the morning, he then jumps into bed with a smile on his face. I get updates every day and have frequent meetings on his development. This nursery is flexible but also goes that extra mile for the parent as well as the child and nothing is a problem to them. My son has developed so much and thanks to them he has come such a long way.

This is a fantastic setting, with caring, kind and enthusiastic staff. My daughter enjoys a wide range of activities, and I like that they regularly visit a local care home and that they have a good focus on healthy eating. My daughter has flourished here. Highly recommended.
