My son has attended here for the past two years. I'm a single mum and survivor of DV. I've paid every month except this month opting out of the consumable charge as I could no longer afford it (after going up 95% after it changed from the previous provider to Barton day) due to suffering two...
My son has attended here for the past two years. I'm a single mum and survivor of DV. I've paid every month except this month opting out of the consumable charge as I could no longer afford it (after going up 95% after it changed from the previous provider to Barton day) due to suffering two strokes and needing to use the money to help pay for a cleaner at home instead. This is his last week and I've just been informed they're with holding his graduation from him which is a massive mile stone and one I may not have been here to see after suffering two strokes since February. I also found out that while I was in hospital recovering from brain surgery, when my little boy needed them the most, they left him caked in feces the whole day all down his legs to his ankles and it was dried by the time he was picked up. I called the main office to make a complaint to the owner who had a snotty "I couldn't care less attitude." Do not send your child here. Disgraceful and disgusting behaviour.

We're sorry to read that you feel this way after your child has been with us for the past two years. During that time, we've supported you both through difficult periods by offering flexible bookings and reduced fees to ease financial pressures.Regarding the consumable charges, you were previously on a reduced rate, which is why the increase may have appeared significant. In May, you chose to opt out of consumable charges, which we respected.To clarify again, we're not holding a graduation this year, but your child was fully included in our end-of-term party.The personal care concern raised dates back to December and was addressed at the time. As your child continued attending for several months, we believed this matter was resolved.It's disheartening to receive this review after the time, care and flexibility we've provided, but we remain committed to offering the highest standards of care and support to all families.We wish you and your child all the best for the future.

Hi all. Absolutely amazing nursery with wonderful caring staff. The staff are hardworking and friendly. My child always looks forward to going to nursery! My child feels secure and happy and is very well looked after, meaning I feel happy getting on with my day too.
