Overall Experience

Amazing nursery. Our daughter started nursery here at 1-year old in March 2021 during Covid. The nursery were extremely welcoming and despite all the covid restrictions, they helped her settle in well. Our daughter is very happy at nursery and goes running in every day, the staff are great and during handovers, it definitely feels personal and that they know my daughter well. Our daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes this year and the entire nursery were so willing to learn how to manage her care and try to ensure consistency for her to allow her to continue to attend. At every point of contact with the nursery, they have been more than happy to take on the additional challenges that come with caring for my daughter and we are extremely grateful to them as she loves attending. They have a huge range of activities each week and lots of outdoor play as well which is great. Would highly recommend!

Overall Experience
Great nursery. My kid is attending preschool and is really happy with all the activities, indoor and outdoor, that are proposed.
To be noted that she was not talking one word of English when she began a few months ago, and going to KingsWellies was never an issue for her. She never complained and was always excited to go every morning!

Lots of information is given by the teachers when picking up the kids at the end of the day, and always available when specific points need to be discussed.

Overall Experience

Since my little one joined the nursery in August 2020 he has thrived in the environment. Communication between the nursery and parents/carers is excellent. This is operated through different means including, social media, emails and also 1:1 calls. The nursery also continuously seeks feedback from parents/carers on ways to improve. It really is such a wonderful and caring environment for children to learn and develop.

Overall Experience
Brilliant nursery. My son attended and now my twin daughters attend at the moment. My son has lots of happy positive memories and my daughters have settled in well and always have happy faces at pick up.
If I’ve ever had any issues the team are quick to respond and resolve. I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they have and currently provide for my children and I always recommend them to any friends who are looking for nurseries for their children!

They did very well managing everything with Covid and I feel like the children never noticed the changes that were going on, which is a positive!

Overall Experience

We have two children in KingsWellies and couldn't ask for a better setting. The kids have great outdoor space, always have a range of learning and stimulating activities, and always come home with new stories about what they have been doing. Our oldest has lots of friends and is always excited to go back.

The staff are very attentive and friendly and our children always been very found of their key workers.

As parents we have felt like KingsWellies was a great choice from day 1 and are very happy with the service they provide. We would recommend to anyone looking
