We’ve felt really well supported since moving to Alpha. We’re raising our children bilingual, and the nursery was great in supporting this. When we started, they asked lots of questions about the words we use for certain things at home so that they can continue using this at nursery. Very pleased with our experience!

We recently moved to the area and were so nervous for our daughter to start a nursery. The staff team are super friendly and made us feel at ease straight away. We get updates on the app throughout the day and the caregivers always make sure we know exactly what is happening at nursery. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Accepted our application. Got a space. Two weeks before the term starts he has his induction day. Not even 10 minutes we’re told no despite saying previously they can deal with non-verbal kids. Now I have to scramble around for another place last minute with no effort or help. How can you assess a child in 10 minutes? Sorry, my child isn’t good enough for your nursery.

My little girl has recently started at Alpha Kindergarten and is so happy to go. She is so excited in the morning when I tell her that it is a nursery day. All the staff there are extremely friendly and have helped her settle so well, especially in these Covid- 19 times, as she has not been to a nursery before. A great nursery, I would definitely recommend.

Everyone at the nursery were very welcoming when my little one started. They put my mind at ease and made the transition back into work much easier. She has settled very well and looks forward to going.

The staff are very friendly and have made the transition to nursery very easy on myself and my son. The communication between myself and the setting is excellent as they keep me up to date with events and photos of his development.

During the stress of Covid, I can honestly say the staff were a shining light. Settling my daughter on arrival and updating me daily. We got to the point where my daughter didn’t want to leave. She came on in leaps and bounds with her learning and most of all a fussy eater has been cured. Highly recommended.

Our son attends the nursery two days a week. He enjoys going there, so far so good. All the staff are very welcoming. It will be nice to see a video of the children doing activities and then put on the website for us parents to look at.

I was nervous about sending my daughter to nursery when I returned to work after maternity leave, however, I had nothing to worry about. All of the staff have been so kind and helpful and my daughter's key workers are lovely and really take the time to go at her pace. I also love the app as it allows me to track her day to day activities while I'm at work. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I have a daughter in the toddler room. The nursery is fantastic after sending my older daughter to Alpha I wasn’t going to be sending my youngest anywhere else. Staff are friendly and professional. My daughter is counting to 10, showing good manners and holding down a full conversation. Her confidence is outstanding all thanks to the help of Alpha. Recommend to anyone.

Alpha is an amazing nursery, my daughter absolutely loves attending and her days are filled with lots of fun and learning. During the current pandemic, they have provided a safe and friendly environment for the children to have some sense of normality perfectly.

The way the staff have taken on board the constantly changing 'Dos and Don'ts' and what you can and can't do through the whole of the pandemic has been a credit to the management team. The nursery as a whole have always gone above and beyond and communication has always been spot on. Well done and thank you all at Alpha Kindergarten.

The staff at Alpha Kindergarten are very well trained. They have gone above and beyond in some instances to support my child's development. They have paid attention to our individual needs and delivered high-quality care for our child. All in all, I think they have done an excellent job.

Our son has been coming to Alpha for the past month and a half, and we can see the change in him now. He's mixing in with other children in playing-wise. He was shy, to begin with, but slowly getting out of his shell. My partner and I are happy with the progress so far.

From the staff to my child’s development the services are first class and always putting the child first. The staff are very informative and have clearly had first-class training and the support from all colleagues, they offer a first-class holistic, team environment of which everyone associated with the nursery can achieve.

The level of care is consistently high and staff are always professional and approachable, they take time out to go the extra mile, for example when we got back from our holiday last month one of the first things that a member of staff asked was if my son had a nice holiday and if he enjoyed his birthday. Little touches like that go along way.
