This nursery has been amazing from the start. I was really anxious in the beginning as he was our first, but the staff were so supportive and helped both us and our son through the settling-in period. Now he absolutely loves it there! The team are always happy, caring, and go the extra mile. The facilities
are fantastic - a forest school, garden, sensory room! My son has thrived here.

The staff and care at Ivy house has been incredible. The team are thoughtful and as parents we feel each child gets the care and attention they need. It is a nurturing environment and we have seen a real step up in confidence, language and early writing skills. We get monthly updates on her developmental
milestones and and areas that they are working on together at nursery. This way, we are able to keep up rituals at home and vise-a-versa, which makes for a seamless transition. I love that they talk openly about feelings, have forest time and learn practical things like shopping for groceries.
What has struck me over the 2 years I have been supported by Ivy House is consistency. From day 1 till today I have experienced the same level of care, kindness and everything is done with a smile. We are very happy having picked Ivy House and the wonderful start it has given our daughter.

My little boy a has settled into Ivy House Ham really well, despite me being really worried about leaving him. The staff have been great and made us feel very welcome & at home. The outside space is lovely and they go on lots of little trips with the little ones.
One concern I had with sending him
to any sort of childcare was communication and being kept in the loop with how my child is settling/doing but communication has been great. Such a relief!
Would highly recommend.

Ivy house has been absolutely wonderful for my 2 children. The staff are warm, caring and supportive. The nursery offers a caring approach which makes me feel extremely comfortable leaving my children in their care.
I have noticed amazing progress since both of my children started there.
There communication
with parents is excellent too! I am constantly updated about my child's day which really puts my mind at ease.
They have an onsite chef and my children have never eaten so much! I've even asked for some of the recipes to make these at home.
I couldn't be happier knowing that my children are soo looked after every day!

As a parent, leaving your little one with anyone is hard, not least strangers. But the whole team at Ivy House genuinely understand (as parents themselves) what it's like. They've created a nurturing environment that feels a home away from home. My little one reaches for the team when he arrives each
day, and is so happy when we pick him up. The app is updated regularly so we can keep up to date with what they're up to. The staff are great communicators. Ivy House have made a difficult thing so much easier, and I'm genuinely safe in the knowledge my little one is ok when he's with them.

A truly wonderful nursery!
From the very beginning, the team have been incredibly warm and welcoming, helping our son settle in with such care and kindness. He's always come home smiling and it's been clear every day how much he's loved being there.
Ivy House has created a truly nurturing, home-from-home
environment where our son has felt safe, happy and supported. As parents, we've felt so reassured knowing he's been in such good hands.
Thank you for everything you've done - we will always be grateful for the wonderful start you've given him!

I have nothing but great things to say about this nursery, My daughter absolutely loves it there, and always has. The staff are always happy, caring and energetic and willing to go above and beyond with the children. The facilities are excellent, with their own forest school outback, a garden and a
sensory room; they even have their own chickens!! My daughter has pretty much been there from the start and is flourishing in every way.

Ivy House, Station Road provides an incredibly supportive and caring environment for our daughter. The transition into nursery life was handled with attention, kindness and flexibility. The guidance and compassion we all received in the initial months was simply exceptional. The team have creating a
warm, secure and fun environment for the children to develop and learn. The facilities are excellent including the forest school (with hens!), large garden and sensory room which they integrate within the children's day alongside a varied program of additional activities.

It's a nurturing nursery with empathetic and honest staff. Trusting carers outside of family can be difficult, but the team here makes it easy. They're caring, fun, transparent, and genuinely interested in each child. They go above and beyond to work with you as a parent, keeping you informed and involved.
The staff are skilled, attentive, and supportive, creating a warm and trusting environment for both children and families. The nursery itself is full of great ideas and learning opportunities. From creative play to unique experiences like helping care for chickens. it's a great place to grow curiosity and confidence.

Our 19 month old son couldn't be happier at Ivy House. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and the team have been very accommodating with my requests for ad hoc days, often at late notice. I feel very reassured knowing my son is being so well looked after. We have recently moved a little too far
from the nursery for the journey to be manageable long term and we will be very sad to say goodbye. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Ivy House Thames Ditton for 7 months now and is absolutely flourishing. The setting is warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. The impressive outdoor space, including the wonderful Forest School was a real drawcard for us as our daughter loves being outside. We've
been equally impressed with the range of activities offered including yoga, sing and sign, trips to the local village/park/library, onsite forest school and a large variety of sensory activities. We are very impressed overall and it makes going to work much easier knowing how well cared for she is and how much she loves to be there.

We are so happy with the nursery. Our 18 month daughter is thriving here. She is always coming home having learnt something new. She is very chatty and I'm sure they are inspiring her vocabulary. I love that they can spend all day in the forest school also. The staff are so kind and attentive. It's
a pleasure to drop her off with a smile and pick her up messy knowing she has had a full day of exploring different mediums and sensories. Couldn't believe they even get external people in to do music classes and yoga as an example without extra cost. Couldn't recommend it enough.

So happy to find this nursery it immediately felt like a good fit. The staff are so warm, fun and genuinely invested in the little ones. Our now 3-year-old settled in really quickly, his confidence has grown and he loves it there. He comes home most days with artwork/baking, there's weekly yoga and
a big new forest school too.

Our little one has been at Ivy House Day Nursery Thames Ditton for nine months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it truly feels like family.
A big factor for us was the forest garden and outdoor space, and Ivy House delivers. Our child spends so much time outdoors, exploring
and learning in nature. The transition from maternity leave to work felt daunting, but the team made it so easy, offering constant support and reassurance.
The manager is fantastic-always there with parenting advice on speech, separation anxiety, potty training, and more. The team is also super flexible with ad-hoc days, which has been a lifesaver.
Our child's key worker and the team provide daily updates and monthly reviews, and they truly know and understand our little one. Drop-offs are a breeze, and pick-ups are full of happy chatter-proof she loves it there.
We couldn't recommend Ivy House more, a nurturing, happy place.

Ivy House is a warm, child-centred nursery that has a family and homey feel. My child has been here since 9 months old and we are so happy with the love and care he gets. The staff are friendly and build great relationships. We love that they celebrate and follow our child's interests. They take the
kids on outings most days and the classes they have are brilliant including sports class for older kids and Hartbeeps. They go out to the forest, park, the train station, to the supermarket, to the shops and sometimes to the local care home. This community interaction is so valuable for giving the children real world experiences and building their stamina for walking. They have supported my child with each milestone and the kids even have a graduation ceremony when they leave for school. They also run great World Book Day and charity events. The farm visit, stay and play events and Santa visit are really special. Our son is thriving here and we are so grateful.

My daughter has been at Ivy house for 2.5 years, since she was 6 months old and has evolved and developed incredibly at Ivy House. I've had key contacts since the beginning who know my daughter well and help her thrive in her environment, as well as providing timely updates on her development and behaviour.
My daughter loves her key workers at Ivy house and always gets the love and attention she needs. Ivy house provides a safe and secure place and I trust she is in good hands while I'm at work. They do lots of outings and spend time outdoors as well as sports, music and language activities which my daughter loves.

My eldest went to Ivy House and now my youngest is there and we couldn't be happier. It's a home away from home. Everyone who works there makes the effort to get to know your child and you as a parent. They are always thinking of new and exciting things for the children to do, taking them out on outings
(which lots of nurseries don't do) and have external companies come in each week like Sports 4 Kids, Hartbeeps and yoga. My son is happy and thriving there and I would always recommend Ivy House!

I am very happy with Ivy House Nursery at Thames Ditton! My daughter (nearly three years old) is happy going there every morning! The staff is very caring and supportive, they always answer all my questions and try to find variants in tough situations. They have lots of things to do including yoga,
crafts of course, and they had a great backyard with a forest school. The food is also good: it is diverse and my daughter eats most of it. My kid is happy there and I am happy for her!
