Overall Experience

My son has attended toddletown since September 2024 and I cannot fault the nursey staff and team in the rooms especiallyas our son could be on the spectrum. The nursey has had a lot of changes in management from around June 2025 causing a lot of miscommunication and inconsistency but it seems to have

all settled down and the current manager appears to know what he is doing and has offered support

Overall Experience

Our Son has attend Toddletown since April 2023 starting first in the baby room and since August this year, moving to the Toddler room.
He is thriving! I put his improvements with speech and generally how he learns down to what he gets up to at Toddletown! I believe the change over in management did

for a short period effect everyone, staff and children at Toddletown, but the new management team has been clear with their actions and have always kept us up to date with any changes coming into place. My son adores his key worker and has made some really great friends at the ripe age of 2.5!! Keep up the good work Toddler Room- and thank you for all you do for our little ones!

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been in Toddletown since February 2025 and she has just flourished during her time there. She has been in the toddler room and has moved to the pre school room. The staff have been loving, caring, attentive and totally on the ball every day she's been in.
Imagination and creativity

really are encouraged within the nursery and she just loves her time in there.
We are hugely grateful to the very hardworking staff of Toddletown for their care and kindness. What comes across the most is just how much all the staff love the children and love caring for them. As a parent , it's very comforting to see the lovely connections and bonds formed.
Toddletown is a wonderful nursery and we're so happy our daughter goes there and no doubt our son will join too.

Overall Experience

Our little one started in the baby room back in September and has loved it from the very beginning. He's always so cheerful at drop-off and has built such lovely, genuine bonds with the staff, which gives us so much reassurance each day. It's clear they truly know him-his routines, his personality,

and what makes him feel comfortable and happy. The environment they create is warm, caring, and full of fun, engaging activities that help him learn, explore, and grow. We really appreciate the detailed updates and photos that show how much he enjoys his time there. The team has been incredibly supportive in helping us navigate the transition into nursery, always taking the time to answer questions and guide us with kindness. Their communication is consistently excellent, and we feel fully included in his day. We're so grateful for the genuine care, attention, and enthusiasm they show our son-it's wonderful to see him thrive in such a happy, nurturing environment.

This nursery has been amazing for my children, they have come on so much since joining, learning new things everyday, throughly enjoy being at nursery! When it's the weekend they're sad they can't be at nursery! All the staff are amazing and incredibly supportive, I feel comfortable talking with the

My daughter started going to toddletown Nursery in February 2025, the care she has received in the baby room has been second to none. Every person I've spoken to have been so lovely, supportive and reassuring of all my worries - as a first time Mum there are plenty! I truly believe they care for my

daughter's well-being, she's happy and settled in perfectly which I know is a result of them. Unlike some nurseries that want all babies to follow a specific routine this nursery follows their home routine as closely as possible. They have garden time & fresh air in almost all sessions, I love the messy play set ups that they put together each morning, the photos which provide a window into their day is the highlight of MY day. There have been some changes recently which at first left me feeling a bit unsettled, however after speaking with the lovely new nursery manager & receptionist they have put these at ease. They're so friendly & approachable, which makes a huge difference! Recommend!

Our daughter started at Toddletown in September and she has settled in so well. It was a bit nerve wracking leaving her as I returned to work but the staff have made it so easy. I can tell she really looks forward to her nursery days and goes climbs into the staffs arms each day with a smile. I can

tell Mercedes and the team have really got to know her and care about her a lot which makes me feel at ease leaving her. I love to see what she gets up to every day on the end of the day posts and am so impressed with all the activities. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since she started, particularly her speech and play. Thank you Toddletown for everything!

We have had a fantastic experience having our daughter settle in at Toddletown this year. The staff are super attentive to individual needs, have a key workers that really help your child's initial settling period, share regular updates and help keep you up to date on anything from daily updates to

guidance on developmental support. Regular staff and great energy, our daughter loves going, which says it all.

Overall Experience

We have two children in the nursery and have been with Toddletown for over 3 years. The staff are amazing and so attentive to the children's needs, they know them well and engage in their interests and milestones continuously. Toddletown are brilliant at recognising how our children are feeling, they

are great at talking and preparing activities around how children are developing & noticing when extra attention or care may be needed. This has given our eldest in preschool confidence & her communication skills are brilliant, the team know the children so well and make it very engaging. She has also made wonderful friendships at TT. Our youngest is in the baby room and he has settled extremely quickly. He loves going to nursery and the baby team are a dream, they notice and encourage them in their interests and to develop independence, which I'm sure will continue once he moves to toddlers! The children are well fed, they have lovely days and we only have positive things to say about TT!

The entire team though really are fab, I can't fault them and you can see how much they care about the children, and their

Overall Experience

Our son joined the Toddletown family in July 2024, having had a slightly challenging experience at a different nursery we were blown away by how nurturing, supportive, positive and caring all the staff are at the nursery. I love how dedicated the staff are to every task or activity they plan each day

and everyone, even those in other rooms, all know our sons name at drop off in the morning, he walks in so excited and with a big smile on his face. The development we've seen in our son over the last few months is all credit to the great team!

Since my LB started Toddletown Farnham this year in the baby room, he has done nothing but excel in all areas of development. From the first settle session he was loved. The baby team completely understood he's needs especially as an EBF, contact napper and 1 who had never been left before starting

child. They were so good at getting him settled, but also making sure I was OK as retuning to work mumma. The girls work soo hard in the baby room and you can tell they all love what they do. The management team are available to answer and questions I had around anything, especially weaning and supporring breastfeeding him if he needed. Thank you Toddletown Farnham for making the return to work so much easier, knowing he is well loved and cares for makes it soo much easier and the frequent updates on the app are brilliant too. Thanks again team.

The staff go out of their way to get to know the children, and he is already so comfortable with them. We have been so impressed

Toddletown is such a wonderful nursery with a welcoming, caring and dedicated team who truly care about each and every child. Overall Experience

I couldn't have found a better nursery than Toddletown, I'm very happy with all the friendly staff. The staff are very dedicated to the kids and passionate about their jobs. My little girl joined in August and she's so happy there, especially on Mondays when Molly Moo Cow and Kate come to visit them!

The menu for the kids is great too! It was very easy and smooth for my child to settle in as she struggles a lot at drop offs but the team are very attentive and quick and come to 'the rescue' to pick her up and keep her distracted or give her some cuddles. I only hope since Happy Days has taken over that things don't change much and they keep the staff as happy as they have been so far. For now, it's a shame to see some people holding the main door for parents to collect our kids at -5ºC degrees! It seems like that door never gets fixed! I believe things used to get fixed really quickly before.

We have felt so supported as a family by Toddletown Day Nursery Godalming, who have gone above and beyond

at every turn to consider out beliefs and hopes for our child's care. They offer a hugely inclusive space, rooted in open and friendly dialog. It is so comforting knowing that out child is not only safe but enjoying a hugely enriching range of experiences. Toddletown has truly became like a home away from home and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience at Toddletown Day Nursery. We have seen the positive impact that staff and setting have had across the board, language, motor skills etc. The support we've had as she has started her toilet training has been amazing!
