Child looks forward to going and comes out smiling. Nice to have parents invited to share picnic and play with children. This has increased my child's imaginative play when outdoors. They get dirty, showing they've had fun.

Treehoppers are amazing, with neurodiverse children. They adapt to the child instead of the child needing to adapt. They encourage, support, nuture, and provide such a unique setting. The children love it! They have such unique ways of teaching, structure and can honestly say the staff are so warming and leaving my child/children knowing they are in the best hands having the most fun!

Both my children have attented (one still there) Treehoppers. And the progress they have made in so many area's has been amazing to see. The staff are incredibly friendly and built such strong, trusting relationships with the children. The communication is excellant - I really love how parents are kept up to date and involved. The activities are creative, engaging and really thought out. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this forest school to other families.

Treehoppers changed my son's life. Before Treehoppers my son would hysterically cry going to nursery (indoor setting). At Treehoppers the outdoor setting is breath taking, the staff are kind, patient and understanding. The staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You'll watch your children run into camp and not look back. I'll be forever grateful.

My son goes to this forest school and I can't fault any of the teachers they are so kind and calm with the children. They have also been really supportive and kind to me and helped me a lot with my son's behaviour and speech. The teachers have really got to know my son and have put things in place to best support him when he's having difficulties. Thank you to all the staff at treehoppers. We have been here since April 2025.

Treehoppers has been such an amazing experience for my both of my children. We had been using Treehoppers since 2020 and the quality of learning and support for the children has been brilliant. It has given my children great skills not only for mobility, physical play but also using nature for play and learning that you would get at a conventional nursery setting. So glad that we attending Treehoppers and can not recommend them enough.

What a place. Our daughter had the best time here and has made friends for a lifetime (as have we!). The experiences the child get to have - climbing trees, making food on fires, building dens, planting and managing a veg patch... plus a whole lot more! We will miss this alot as she's now going to school. We'll be back for the summer camps :)

My son has just left this setting after two years of fun filled, adventure packed days. They staff are fantastic with the children and so attentive. I have no regrets sending my child here, one of the best decisions I made. He grew in confidence and Independence and made some wonderful friendships. Absolutely thrived. The outdoors calms them but I turn let's them get all their energy out. Cooking round the campfire, woodwork, sawing, nature walks, bug hunts and more. I highly recommend visiting a stay and play session. It's where children should be.

I cannot recommend Treehoppers highly enough - the camps are so lovely and well equipped, the staff are professional, kind and supportive and my daughters days are full of fun, adventure, incredible activities and excitement, while growing and learning so much too! After a terrible first experience of another early years setting, Treehoppers has restored my faith and I am so grateful. An amazing place where kids can be kids - if you are considering a forest school setting, there isn't a better one - thank you.

Oh and the additional hours for early starts and later pick ups are a God send for working parents too!

It's a beautiful setting with a nice mix of fun and calm. So happy he had a chance to spend time there and we are grateful how much confidence he has been able to gain there!

The facilities are brilliant and the staff even more so. What a magical place to spend a childhood!

Absolutely incredible, couldn’t ask for a better place to send my daughter! She loves being outside and always comes out with a smile on her face, they’ve got great space and brilliant people who have a great time with the kids and really care about them. (Low cleanliness rating because everything comes back covered in mud and sand but that’s a good thing in my opinion!).

Our son attends the Borde Hill Treehoppers. The team are truly fantastic. They very obviously care about the children and what they do, the vibe is positive, warm and full of energy. Our son has been very nervous and the team have been really supportive, taking time to talk to us and think of ideas about how to help him for which we have been really grateful. The gatherings for families, gardening days and open invitations to certain things like a recent police visit really make you feel part of a community too. This is a group of very special people and I have the utmost trust in their care.

My little one always comes out with a smile & covered in grime often with a lovely craft project.

I can’t recommend TreeHoppers enough. My son loves going there and he has grown in confidence so much in the last year. The teachers and volunteers are so amazing and it is really nurturing. I feel jealous hearing about what they’ve eaten around the campfire on a cold day! Communication is brilliant and I feel like my child is valued there. It’s so reassuring to drop him off with people I can trust and that he loves.

Treehoppers is such a welcoming place for children, no matter their individual needs and personalities. The staff are highly trained and are so caring, fun, energetic and attuned to each child and their own unique circumstances. You can tell that they enjoy working at Treehoppers as much as the children love going. The activities the children do are so varied each week and are brilliant at developing different skill sets, as well as the children's understanding of the world. The communication with parents is fantastic too.
