Cannot recommend enough! My little one is so excited to go in, his smile is ear to ear each morning. The staff really go above and beyond here - everyone is so friendly! In 4 months I have seen so much growth in confidence and can really see his character developing. The food menu is also incredible
- he eats like a King! I have zero doubts dropping him off in the morning and the little updates throughout the day are a great reassurance! I love the little excursions they take them on also!

The Nursery School Company Worthing is an incredible nursery. Our little boy has absolutely thrived since starting there in November 2024. We are delighted with the care he receives and the wide range of activities that are on offer. The food is of high quality too, with excellent, nutritious menu choices.


We have seen a huge leap across all of his skills and his communication has progressed exceptionally well, which in part we feel is due to the efforts of the staff team. We feel our little boy will be so ready for school when the time comes, as the nursery are preparing him across all areas of the curriculum as well as developing his social skills and shared play etc.


I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone and feel it goes above and beyond the standard nursery experience you can expect to receive from other nurseries.

My little one has been at The Nursery School for almost a year now. At first we were both a little wary about leaving each other, but the staff were brilliant, patient and supportive. Before starting, I had several meetings with the team to talk about our family. This care and attention is a core part
of the nursery, with every staff member taking the time to get to know my child, even those in other rooms.
My child had a complex start and they have been accommodating and understanding, prioritising my child's (and my) emotional wellbeing, and supporting evolving SEN needs. We have been able to collaborate to provide my child with consistency at home and at nursery.
The rooms, toys and garden are always clean and well maintained. The children's garden and forest school are large, with a variety of areas, and they spend a lot of time outside. There is opportunities to mix with other classes, and join a variety of externally run activities for no additional cost.
We love it here.

My child was in Charlwood for a few months before we moved.
As someone who now works in a nursery, I have to say, hands-on heart, Charlwood is one of the best nurseries. The Teachers and Support Staff were amazing with her. The staff is very good at following the safeguarding policies, and they do
not leave anything to chance.
I wasn't too keen on the food menu originally, as I wanted to be the one providing the lunches, however I now see that it opened her sense of taste, and it was a very varied diet, more varied that what I could ever provide for a packed lunch.
We miss Charlwood Nursery, and it was very hard to leave - if we were to ever come back to the UK while my child is of nursery-age, this would be with no doubt the nursery we would choose.

Our child has been with The Nursery School since September 2023. All the staff care so deeply about him. They encourage him to learn with patience, comfort him when he is sad and bring him so much joy.


He loves them so much that every morning when he enters the Nursery, he does so with the biggest

smile on his face. That's the telltale sign that he loves the place and the people in it.

The nursery school has been amazing with us as a family. They made the transition of me going back to work so much easier as I knew my daughter had the support and comfort she needed. It's also great how they keep us up to date with all her activities through the app and I look forward to the updates

Outstanding nursery with exceptional staff and a fantastic forest school program.
We couldn't be happier with the nursery our two children attend. We have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old and they both absolutely love it at The Nursery School Charlwood. The team here is incredibly friendly, approachable,
and truly invested in the well-being and development of each child.
One of the standout features for us is the forest school program. The opportunity for our children to explore the natural world, engage in outdoor play, and develop a sense of adventure and curiosity is invaluable.
The facilities are great and the daily updates on the app are amazing and always up to date, we are simply happy that we have found this place for our children.

Both my children attend The Nursery School Worthing, my son started at 22 months and is now in the 'big boy room'. He loves his time at nursery and has made lots of friends. The staff are wonderful, engaging and helpful; this really stood out for me when I visited a few other nurseries in the area -
just how proactive and engaging this nursery is. My son has activities planned every day - from yoga and music through to sports. My daughter has just started in the baby room at 10 months which is a new experience as my son moved here later. The baby room is great - one standout thing for me is the flexibility in approaching my baby's routine, which I think is important when they're so small and naps and feeds are unique to each child - some other nurseries I visited and my son's previous nursery aren't so accommodating. The nursery offers engaging activities but there's lots of calm and love in the baby room, so that the babies aren't overstimulated. Highly recommend this wonderful nursery.

I was so scared to send my 1-year-old to nursery but it has been the best thing. This nursery has in one month allowed my daughter to become more confident, chatty, outgoing and playful. She really does enjoy it and seeing her blossom has been wonderful.
I go to work confident and happy that I know
my little girl is in fantastic and nurturing hands.
I get updates during the day, that always bring a smile to my face.
Her room and the gardens are beautiful and clean and it's just the cutest when they go out in the big push cart.
The range of activities they do are fun and educational. The range of food is great (I wish I could have my meals there).
The staff are so helpful, friendly and reassuring, especially in the first few drop-offs.
My daughter's key worker and other staff in her room are wonderful.
The only thing I need to pack for nursery is spare clothes - everything else is taken care of.
Even if I didn't have to go back to work, I would still send my daughter here.

My daughter attended the forest school holiday club, she had the best time. I would highly recommend this for adventurous children who love being outside.
It is a great opportunity to understand the outdoor environment and nature at its best, this includes having lots of fun in the woodlands.
She
is very keen to come again in October.

My child attends this nursery 5 days a week. We have been nothing but happy with the care, support and help with developing our child's speech and physical skills. They are all very friendly and nothing is ever a problem.


The house its self is beautiful exterior, with modern clean facilities throughout.

The garden space is fantastic and really promotes independence and learning.


We feel lucky that there is a forest school attached and that my child gets to mix the most of that too.


For me personally they excel in everything they do. There has been times where my little one has been emotional with other children being picked up- and there is always a staff member supporting him.

Excellent nursery with outstanding facilities and care. My son has been there since he was 8 months old and is now nearly 2. The staff have brilliant bonds with the children in their care and do so much with them. They do activities every day and have lots of sensory play. They have a varied menu, three
meals per day and snacks, as well as nappies and wipes being provided. My son genuinely looks forward to going in and I can go to work knowing he's happy and looked after. All of the staff including management are friendly and approachable.

I'm so impressed with the staff and setup at The Nursery School Charlwood. My child is obviously in a calm and nurturing environment. We get regular updates and any issues or messages are always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Every day I go into the nursery, everyone always has smiles
on their faces. The balance of activities my son does: creative, outdoor or social or from an outside agency are carefully planned and enjoyed. The meal choices are nutritious and fresh fruit is always available. He comes home so happy and fulfilled. I would highly recommend sending a child here.

The Nursery School Company is a wonderful setting that I feel so lucky and fortunate to be able to send my daughter to. We receive very regular updates and photos of what she is up to through the day- she always looks so happy. The staff have all been incredible in not only making my daughter feel relaxed,
but me also. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The fruit bowl in reception is also a very welcome added touch that my daughter loves! My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found The Nursery School, and would reccomend to all our friends and family with young children.

Amazing nursery. Both my boys have been through the nursery. The staff are all brilliant, so knowledgable, friendly and kind. The staff are there whenever you need and treat each child individually. Such a warm environment with outstanding facilities. Cannot recommend enough.
