Owl Nursery is a very good place, very amazing staff members. My daughter has a beautiful time and she was always happy back there. Thank you a specially to our teacher Edita , she is a wonderful person and teacher. My kids had an amazing time there and I recommend this nursery to everyone. 5 star definitely

We've had a great experience with this nursery. All of the staff is so kind, friendly and welcoming. My daughter attends pre-school and it's so reassuring to see how happy and settled she is when going into nursery and when being picked up. The communication from the staff has also been amazing, especially when there's something we needed to be aware of. They're attentive, supportive and always make sure everything is okay.

We're really happy with the care and support provided and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

We have been extremely happy with our daughter's experience at the nursery. The staff are warm, caring and genuinely attentive to her individual needs. She has grown in confidence, independence and social skills since joining, and it is lovely to see how happy and excited she is to go to nursery each day.

We really appreciate the effort the staff put into creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. The activities are varied and engaging, and the communication with parents is excellent. We always feel reassured knowing that she is well cared for and supported throughout the day.

The Management and staff team at Flintmill have been amazing the past year. They are always so welcoming and professional and have helped a lot with referrals and supporting my son to increase confidence and improve his behaviour.

I am very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely look after the children. My child enjoys going to nursery, which is the most important thing to me. I really appreciate the welcoming environment, engaging activities, and friendly communication. I highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter received a call from Owls Nursery informing her that my grandson had suddenly started vomiting and was unwell. His condition was serious enough that he had to be taken to the Emergency Department for medical attention.

Following this incident, my daughter emailed Aiste to request some information and to express her concern about her son being given sausages at the nursery, asking that he not be served them in the future. Rather than addressing these concerns and working with the family, Aiste decided to remove my grandson from the nursery.Aiste made comments about my daughter that she is too much asking too many questions every day and judging my daughter .

I am sharing this experience so that other parents can make an informed decision. In our case, it felt as though genuine parental concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of open communication and support, our family was asked to leave the nursery. Parents should feel comfortable raising concerns about their kids

My 2-year-old son attended this nursery full-time and 10 hours a day. Recently, the manager, Aiste, informed us that our place was being terminated because I asked too many questions and raised too many concerns. She said i am too much.As a parent, I believe it is reasonable to ask for updates about a child who spends 10 hours a day in nursery care. My concerns related to my son's wellbeing, including his diet, safety, and development. Following a serious illness that required emergency treatment, I requested a discussion about his meals. Instead of support, we were asked to leave. Parents should never feel discouraged from advocating for their children.I found it very Unprofessional and just don't want to be bothered manager.I also noticed that the staff is changing very often.

We wholeheartedly recommend Owls Nursery School. Our son joined when he was 9 months old and has been thriving since. He is genuinely happy at Owls, which means the world to us. He has built such a lovely bond with his key worker, and it's clear he feels secure and valued by the wider team as well. The nursery has played an important role in his development, especially helping him learn to walk. The staff show patience, encouragement, and genuine care. Their expertise in child development shines through in everything they do. We particularly value the fact that the weekly activity plans are shared on the app. What really stands out is the strong home-school partnership. They keep us involved, informed, and supported every step of the way. As an anxious parent, I really appreciate this excellent communication. Our son especially enjoys outings in the lovely nature surrounding the nursery, as well as the healthy, delicious food - he always comes home with a full, happy belly!

My son is autistic and non verbal, hes only been going to nursery since February, he has developed so very well, now says a few words and starting to communicate alot easier!! I couldnt thank the staff and manager enough!

Overall.A very happy place for a child to learn and enjoy making friends and feeling secure.

Our Daughter asks if she can go to Flintmill at the weekends. She absolutely loves Nursery because of how kind, caring, patient, hard working and nurturing every single member of staff has been. They make such an effort to learn and understand each child and what they need for them to thrive. Communication is incredible, and the management is excellent. They plan a variety of great activities daily, for the children to learn through exploring, having fun and playing. They celebrate a variety of different events across the year which the children love. They make their healthy lunches and snacks freshly on site and our Daughter will now eat a variety of foods. We feel so lucky to have found such a special Nursery setting and would fully recommend Flintmill.

My child's been at this nursery for around and year now she was at a quite negligent nursery before, that chose money over wellbeing from what I could see, from day 1 at owls she's a different child no tears going in and always happy when being picked up, her development has been great since being with owls, even with the nursery getting busier now the care has not dropped one bit still top tier if your thinking about sending your child here I highly recommend it.

Owls is such an amazing nursery the setting is beautiful, my daughter loves coming in every day she goes in happy and comes out happy she's come on leaps and bounds since attending this nursery and that's all down to the lovely ladies here! They are super helpful with the parents too and are super quick with answering any enquiries I may have!

My experience with this nursery is fantastic. My daughter was the first to attend the nursery, and now, because they earn our love, my little one is attending the nursery even if we are in a different borough. Staff are always friendly and lovely with little ones

I am completely satisfied with the care of my child in the nursery. I feel that he is safe there. He receives warm food there, good care, education according to his age. He is happy to go there, this is very important to me.

The staff here treat my child with care and kindness, they clearly know my child well and think about his individual needs. They always communicate with me brilliantly and have taken on anything I have requested. they have made me feel at ease leaving him and going to work. My daughter has settled in so nicely here and i always receive updates about her day and how she is, lovely friendly staff, great outside space and clean environment! My daughter has learnt so much being at this nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Owls Nursery since April, and she really enjoys it. Staff is super attentive, constantly doing various activities with kids. Amongst other nurseries we've seen, Owls has biggest space inside, without steps, which is safe for kids. Can't recommend enough!
